Trained at a commercial gym for the first time in a long time. Hit some squats and bench everything moving well on cruise dose.
Will up the test this week in prep for the start of my blast next week will post current physique(bloated corps with hair) next week too.

That’s the one mate super conservative. Got bloods done yesterday to see where I’m at haven’t got much left so might be able to drop it off now Im only running low test.

Hahaha tough comp. His total was like 400 something but his age and weight got him 3rd. I don’t think he runs any gear 🤣

Squat 220kg Bench 145kg dead’s 250kg

30kg off my best comp total. Weight cut definitely affected strength on the day. Plan is to maintain current weight through this strength block. Get some decent numbers up.

Using an old bottle of notorious labs and before this I was using odins. I didn’t put the vendors as I know they’re band. But for transparency I’m telling you guys.

Yeah been on for 3 years next month mostly cruising. FSH & LH are in the red but that’s expected. I’m not to concerned I’ve had kids now. Got a couple mates who said to run hcg to try and get natural production up and running but i think it’s a waste I don’t think I’ll come off anytime soon.

Yeah this was my light day on dead lifts. We’re thinking about changing from conventional (in comp) to sumo. Just trying to iron out the wrinkles with sumo but in doing both my conventional dead lifts has gone up as well.

Had to cut today’s session short. Lower right back popped when deadlifting. I had my belt to high when I started should have adjusted. No major pain but we will see how I pull up tomorrow. Popped on first rep still
Managed 4 reps at RPE7 so not to concerned just yet.

Thank mate. This is an ongoing issue for me dates back to a work injury from 5 years ago unfortunately I made a mistake with my belt position. Spewing but hoping for a quick recovery.
