New here!!!!trying trenbolone e for first time

My suggestion for Tren is to run Tren A at 10mg daily, you will get a lot of benefit without the sides; reason I say Tren A over Tren E is if you have negative sides, once you stop most symptoms have gone around 7 days. Caveat this is based on not knowing anything about you or your body comp.

I suggest starting a log with your goals, diet, fitness plan and body comp photos.
 
45yo 198 at 5'9 ,been running test/deca ,test/dbol cycles for years ,also on 200 mg on prescription trt .wanted to dabble with tren for first time ,would 100mg tren ,400 test be a good starting point?thanks

100mg tren with 400mg test is not a mild first try, especially at 45, and you need blood pressure, lipids, hematocrit, sleep, and anxiety baseline dialed first.
Before touching tren, get a proper cycle log up with current dose and pin schedule, full labs, BP readings, training, food, and sleep so the EVO family can guide this safely instead of guessing. 15min of your time to start :D

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Thanks man appreciate the tips ,im a hyper responder and ran up 500 deca 750 test wo 0 sides except my prostate being the size of a orange lol

Thanks my friend I will do a log ,my trt Dr is really cool and knows I run cycles ,she's does my labs once a month and guides me in the right direction ie donate blood etc ,I also take defend w nac regularly which seems to be pretty good

I've always did tren somewhere between 250 to 350 milligrams a week. It's a very strong steroid. Even 50 milligrams up or down makes a difference.

When it comes to using Trenbolone, it's not that complicated. You're going to want to go with Tren E for 10 weeks. You can always switch to Ace and go 6 weeks or 8 weeks.
 
Trenbolone is an awesome steroid, but you want to use N2Guard with it. That will help with side effects. Also, make sure you're drinking a ton of water on it, eating lots of fruit, especially things like melon, which are full of vitamins, minerals, and water.
I do take Defend when I run my cycles ,how is N2Guard compared to that? Thanks

Bros, if your first time with tren, you'll get great results, 200-300mg a week. You don't have to go crazy with it, a little bit goes a long way.

Tren is one of those steroids you love the first few weeks and then you get fed up with it after that. It's extremely potent. You want to make sure that you're running it at a dose and make sure you understand that the side effects will come on very strong while you're on it.

100mg of Tren would be the max starting dose as a first timer. If you use TrenA and have unwanted side effects you can stop and have it in and out in 3-4 days. Probably the compound in most need of a log is Tren so I would put in the effort so we can help you out.

Post a pics of your base physique so you can get an avatar pic and get put in the mod que for log approval. You'll need to take a few minutes and throw up your training, diet, supplements, and cycle with dosing, etc

I do take Defend when I run my cycles ,how is N2Guard compared to that? Thanks
N2Guard is much better. Check the 20+ ingredients on the label. We have bloodwork megathreads showing N2Guard works for organ support and I posted one showing it lowered my cholesterol back in range as well.

I’m not sure hyper responder means you can run a lot of gear and get little side effects. My definition of it is you can use less get and get the gains most people can only get from a lot of gear usage

Sorry my friend, I worded it wrong, I can do alot wo sides ,knock on wood haven't had any yet ,acne ,hair loss ,gyno,etc

Just libido, hemocrite, hemoglobin which i control with ease ,no estrogen problems,acne ,trouble sleeping etc. My trt dr monitors me as much as she can.she sending me for base line blood work tomm before I hop on the tren ,I will post results on log soon as I get them
 
1st time (and only time so far) I tried Tren Ace 10-15mg a day. No sides and a good introduction to it. And if your sides creep up (which is way more common with Tren) you can stop it and its out of your system in a few days.
 
id go 100 test 200 tren to start. here's the thing. my opinion is that supplements like prohormones, oral anabolic steroids, SARMs carry way higher risk than tren. doesn't mean you should take a boatload. doesn't mean you should run it year round. but the most side effects I ever got were from orals and sarms and they don't even help you that much. tren like you could take 10 other drugs and still wouldn't equal it lol. will need N2 guard, all 7 pills a day will be necessary.
