Cycle update - Honoured to be a part of Team SCL
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:
Test E - Nice and smooth as usual. This was really good today since I did Deca as well.
Deca - Nice and smooth, no pip, no pain. This made a world of difference since I did two pins this morning.
EQ - Not today. Noticing an couple of things that are positively happening but will wait for a couple more doses to elaborate as I wish to be more certain.
Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today (yeah I know, decided to just get on with upping it). Second 20mg taken this afternoon before training.
Overall - The increase in strength and endurance in lifts is now getting obvious. I feel amazingly strong and recover during the sessions much quicker. Still early days too.

Last time I did this workout on 23rd Feb I wrote the following:
It's been a while since I have been truly humbled by the iron in a gym, and today was absolutely one of those days.
Last week I added a pure Shoulders day to my program as I knew they were a weak point, today I found out how weak that point was.
PED's on 23rd Feb were Sustanon 225mg, Deca 140mg every 3 days
Today I successfully did all the lifts. The pump in my shoulders was unbelievable at the end (pic below). The difference is obviously in the cycle I have started in conjunction with @Southern
My strength and endurance is increasing and my recovery during the session is much faster. Still early in the cycle but so far results are speaking for themselves.
To make my day even better I had my Cardiologist appointment today. He is very happy with progress and we are reducing my medications to almost nothing. Echo will be done in 5 months with blood test. Iam under no restrictions except alcohol and since I pretty much ceased doing that in January (thanks Reta for the assist) it wont be an issue.
Respiratory Specialist on Friday so hopefully more med reductions are coming.
A very nice outcome today though.
Much Love Evo Fam.

Might be a little early but Iβm interested in hearing more on the dbol. Iβm torn between that and Anadrol for my bulk.

Found work to be a real grind today and would have happily walked out many times. Once again the gym became my mental health saviour and I feltbetter when I had finished my session. After 40+years it is still the no.1 reason I go there, and always will be. If I was Peter Pan it would help me fly

Thankyou very much brother.Beautifully written log yet again brother.
I'm not coach but curious why have your protein so high and not just throw more onto carbs so you can be way stronger?
250p
366C
50F
You're a unit man.
You only need so much protein before its redundant and it really doesnt add any energy to you like carbs , carbs are our bodies most easily accessible fuel source our bodies can grab this rapidly or glycogen. So having carbs maxed out is literally night an day difference in strength and energy in the gym and also how much of a pump you get.Thankyou very much brother.
My nutritional knowledge is Fuck all bro. I was told to eat more protein and drop carbs and fats so I did. That obviously worked so now I am being told to drop protein back and up carbs. But no one is telling me why so I am reluctant to do so. Your the first to tell me it will make me way stronger, so now that interests me greatly. I am adding more carbs but I will add more pre training.
Looking great mate, just a question as eq is an undecalynate ester you wouldnβt expect to feel the ester working yet would you? I thought it took a couple of weeks to βkick inβ ? Newbie questions here sorry lol. Great work getting through the straight arm pull downs!17th March log update

Nice job that you're slowly increasing carbs and trying something different with the protein. Nothing wrong with that. You're never going to know what works for you if you don't try. @Kopite67Thanks brother, went extremely well. Yes they are ducks bro.
I am slowly increasing carbs and will try (maybe, probably not
) to lower protein.
![]()
Thanks brotherNice job. I like how you go through the different steroids and tell us what you note about them. I agree with you on deca, super smooth and very easy to use. @Kopite67
Thanks brotherBros, heck of a job on this. @Kopite67 PEDs are looking terrific. DECA, Equipoise, and Dbol are outstanding. Keep up the good work on that.
Thanks brother, fully appreciate thatNice job that you're slowly increasing carbs and trying something different with the protein. Nothing wrong with that. You're never going to know what works for you if you don't try. @Kopite67
Thanks brother. He is fantastic@Kopite67 You've got enough ducks there to play duck-duck-goose with them, haha. I'm glad your cardiologist is working with you. That's very important. That will help you with longevity.
Ok, ok, more carbs coming up. I will try to move towards a 300/300 protein and carb mix. Is that ok?I feel you can grow a bit more and get more energy get carbs in@Kopite67
Don't know brother. All I can tell you is how it affects me personally and I know my endurance during sets is better. I am constantly able to hit the last 2-3 reps each set with energy and that was definitely lacking on just Test and Deca. I know that because I have been on those 2 for quite a few weeks now. It's either the Eq or the dbol or bothLooking great mate, just a question as eq is an undecalynate ester you wouldnβt expect to feel the ester working yet would you? I thought it took a couple of weeks to βkick inβ ? Newbie questions here sorry lol. Great work getting through the straight arm pull downs!![]()
Thanks for the more "tech" explanationIt works off the rip but it does take longer to build up, its in mct oil too so absorbs faster.
Thanks brother. Now that is an explanation I can run with, thankyou. More carbs (slowly), less protein ( just as slowly), got itYou only need so much protein before its redundant and it really doesnt add any energy to you like carbs , carbs are our bodies most easily accessible fuel source our bodies can grab this rapidly or glycogen. So having carbs maxed out is literally night an day difference in strength and energy in the gym and also how much of a pump you get.
You're a big guy but that is way to much protein trust me idgaf what anyone says you will see waaaaaay bigger gains with more carbs in this bulk phase due to your training output level being increased from having that ready source of fuel.
Fat is good there but usually we keep it to 50-60g a day so we can eat more carbs.
Cbum has some great videos on YouTube going through his mass and prep phases.
I'm no coach but this is what Ive learned watching pro's and listening to them.

Was the high protein from a cut / recomp? I think that makes sense in terms of trying to hold as much muscle as possible during a deficit. When gaining though the increase in carbs will help fuel workouts and you don't need to protein so high due to being in a surplus.Thankyou very much brother.
Still the protein king in my eyes gThanks brother. Now that is an explanation I can run with, thankyou. More carbs (slowly), less protein ( just as slowly), got it![]()

Everything else

Thanks brother, yeah just might beLooking big and vascular bro!!
If you're already seeing hint of improvement that's a really really good sign for things to come. This is gonna be an amazing cycle for you.
Hey mate, you might have misinterpreted what I was saying. I was just guessing why you might have been told to lift protein and then also providing my comments on why it would be ok to lower now but lift carbs. Wasn't having a go or anything. Thanks brother.
Just Dumbells on shoulder press. I need to get some Jammer arms I can attach to my rack which will give me more with shoulder pressing. Kind of like a machine.
Love T-bars.
Definitely better during and after sets now.
Bro, I was told to increase protein so I did.
Please understand, nutrition in lifting, recomp, cut, bulk, whatever is all new to me from a look at it seriously point of view.
I lifted in gyms from 16 years old to stop me doing serious damage elsewhere. It literally saved my life and gave me focus and more importantly an outlet. This was always the way until last year when I looked at Evo for the first time.
I say I like Dave Tate's "The Void" but that is because that is me. Lifting is No.1 mentally important to me, the rest are a distant 2,3,4 ect.

No brother, never, ever took it that way...in fact that conversation is fully expanded on in today's log update later todayHey mate, you might have misinterpreted what I was saying. I was just guessing why you might have been told to lift protein and then also providing my comments on why it would be ok to lower now but lift carbs. Wasn't having a go or anything.

Thanks brotherVery introspective! Well written aswell![]()
Sure, thanks. I've been doing them since the eighties and they haven't fucked me yet, so@Kopite67 hey brother be mindful with the behind the neck pull downs they put the shoulders/joints in an awkward and compromising position, can cause shoulder issues specifically joints and rotator cuff issues, no significant data exists providing an extra benefit going behind the neck vs infront of your body just be careful with those.
Takes one time and one time only, you do you brother if it works it works, i just don't want to see someone get derailed, i think weve progressed since the 80s what can i say though i was born in 88 lolSure, thanks. I've been doing them since the eighties and they haven't fucked me yet, soI do front as well btw

Well said broFirst off you are so far from peak performance. Secondly we all have our inner demons, the key is being able to control them. It sounds like youβve managed to do that along with your lovely wife which is really 90% of the battle. Kudos to you brother!
I was scanning earlier and saw you was asking about carbs. Your sponsor gave an outstanding reason as to why carbs are so important and Iβm sure the vets here would echo what he said.
I was always scared of carbs, oh itβs gonna make me fat, but when you read the logs of guys like @Dreamer you look at through a different set of lenses.
@LevButlerov suggested I go up and it was like a new beginning for me and I working even harder in the gym now because, granted itβs only been two days, but I went from 225ish to now 350. Itβs like taking that new PED, just want to see the outcome.
Anyways Iβm rambling here but just want to say keep kicking ass brother!!!

If the carbs donβt agree with you, then just like anything else, you gotta do you brother and thatβs perfectly fine too. Thanks brother. My demons are leashed for the most part, though their attitude still manages to shine through now and then unfortunately
. I am slowly changing them and I will watch and see. Usually carbs don't sit well with me but I will give them a chance. Thanks for the input legend, ramblings are always welcomed

Cycle update - Honoured to be a part of Team SCL
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:
Test E - Nice easy pin today. Still as smooth as ever. Just loving this.
Deca - Not today.
EQ - Not today. Still Looking a little tighter in places. Endurance in sessions is certainly better.
Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. Second 20mg taken this afternoon. Took usual dose regardless of training or not to keep it up in my system. This seems to work for me.
Overall - All I can do is repeat that I am still finding an increase in strength and endurance over the course of the entire session. Re-interating that I am still not at peak yet.

I received today from @RGSX their Regenex Gold Standard Vital Cycle Support from a competition I was successful. Thankyou for the awesome delivery.
As I am in a full cycle swing I will be implementing it straight away to see how it goes. I will keep you all updated.
So on to something else.
I wrote a response to @waggat this morning that I thought I would expand on this. See brother no offence. It has become a bit of a theme lately.
He asked me about my high protein intake and whether it was from a cut/re-comp.
I will answer that in January @LevButlerov , said to increase my protein, so I did. And it worked.
However everyone, please understand, nutrition, supplements, PEDs and Peptides in recomp, cut, bulk and whatever, is all new to me from a "look at it seriously" point of view. This was always the way until last year when I looked at Evo for the first time.
I started lifted in gyms from 16 years old for my sporting pursuits and to stop me doing serious damage elsewhere. I should at this point state that I had a perfectly normal upper middle class upbringing. No drugs, no issues, normal friends and a healthy sporting obsession with soccer and athletics.
What I have always had, however, was a quick temper and a deep rage that was just there, always has been, still is. Sport helped control this a bit, but when my attitude really started needing adjustment I started lifting at 16.
It has literally saved my life and gave me focus and more importantly an outlet for these dark energies. Whenever I feel stressed, overwhelmed or just fucking angry and wanting violence with anything and everything, I would use iron therapy to channel this and reduce it back to its usual simmer.
It is so much a part of my life that I have always been in a gym every year since 1983. I might have a few months off here and there over the years but I always ended up back at the iron conducting therapeutic practices.
A couple of times I have stated that I enjoy reading Dave Tate's article "The Void" but that is because it is 100% who I am. To read that is to understand why I do what I do in the gym and more importantly wh I do it.
The reason I still lift and will always do so is No.1 its mentally important for me, and reasons 2,3,4 ect are a long way behind this.
Just yesterday, I came home was getting uptight about nothing and everything and my beautiful patient wife told me to go out to the gym and unwind myself. I did and it worked, as it always does. So training is still vital in my life and I suppose always will be.
Much Love Evo Fam.

Much Love Evo Fam.

everyone has inner demons on the inside. some of us are able to manage it better then others. the key is balance @Kopite67Thanks brother. My demons are leashed for the most part, though their attitude still manages to shine through now and then unfortunately
. I am slowly changing them and I will watch and see. Usually carbs don't sit well with me but I will give them a chance. Thanks for the input legend, ramblings are always welcomed

Thanks brotherThat is a good-looking parrot right there. He's got a nice blue head and he has really good colors on him. @Kopite67
Thanks brother. I think the mind balance is so importance.@Kopite67 Bros, as usual, nice updates. I like your story about your anger issues. It just shows that weight training is not just about building big muscle, but it's also about balancing the mind.
Thanks brother. You are so right, balance is the key. That log was more about remembering why I started to love the iron, and none of it had to do with how big I was or strong I goteveryone has inner demons on the inside. some of us are able to manage it better then others. the key is balance @Kopite67

Everything else
I know almost every brother and sister on Evo has body dysmorphia on some level and I am no different. However, I can be a bit discerning and I did not like what I saw in the mirror the last 3 days. The sharper edges that I was starting to attain softened significantly. I think I know what the issue is and over the next week I will explore this and let you know on the 27th March. It has nothing to do with my PEDs cycle btw, just to be clear.
Therein some of my log will not be totally accurate as I need to look at items in isolation, and away from distractions, but I will explain that on the 27th.
Much Love Evo Fam.
