I enjoy it and its fun when I go after my session like a dog with a ball ya know what I mean. Fun competition between me, myself and I.

Had fun, not a terrible workout at all. Feel like I could've gotten more out of it if I rested correctly. I felt like I had plenty or energy, just couldn't connect that to strength to drive with.

Not hating what I see in the mirror even with the added fluff. Putting weight on, hopefully some of the size stays on at the end of 12 weeks, and I don't get too soft.

Need a tan and need to learn how to pose.

At the end of the day, a bit of extra size is what I'm after, but I need to remember I'm training to look pretty, not huge 😅

Stacking on the weight but it's not the kind I want. A bit too much water and fluff for my liking and a bit too quick this fortnight, jumping up by almost 2kg. Pull the reigns back a bit and be a bit more sensible. But the body needed a feed. Just gotta do it smart over the next 12 weeks.

A little over half an hour on the recumbent bike and a quick set of 20 decline pushups and a 10 reps of 20kg kettlebell curl complex.

Just to keep the body moving and work up a little sweat before work.

The rest of the workday was just a foggy mess with this head cold aye.

Bro nice updates, Drs can be fucked hahaha ive never had good experiences until I went out of my way and pay out of pocket for a good one. But even then ive learnt how to talk to them and I dont take no for an answer.

Hahaha still into the training while sick, it is hard for us to slow down sometimes until our body forces us
 
Interested in seeing how you go with the b12, its something ive been looking at

I get a lot of symptoms of b12 deficiency, fatigue, brainfog and nerve problems

Serum levels are okay but still doesnt mean its being used correctly

Its deffo helping with the tremors bro. But if you have good serum levels maybe you aren't great at methylating it?

Try methylated b group vitamins and see how you feel or use a methyl doner like TMG or methylene blue maybe? (As long as you arent on any anti depressants that is, as MB is an MAO inhibitor)

So im just in range doing a Methylated b complex, Methylated b12 and 2g TMG daily.

But still got all the symptoms, I do have the mthfr gene and some other related genes.

But have been wondering if the injections might be a better fit

It really couldn't hurt to try, for $8 the price of three pins, its worth a shot.

Mthfr runs in my family too. Mum has it and same with her sisters, so I'm just gunna assume I have at least the 50% reduced capacity version as a baseline.

I always felt better when I spent the extra coin on the methylated vitamins. I also felt heaps better with methylene blue too. Got more coming this week.

Switching over to Beef Mince with rice and veges from Chicken Breast Broccoli and rice in Week 1 of the mini push.to.aee.if its a suitable weight gainer. Not sold on it tbh but i did put on a some weight. Went up to 93.5 and Levelled back off to 91.3kg...

Cals and Macros are attached for the working week. I've been giving the multicooker a bit of a run and trying different soups/stews out over the week.

This week coming I'll be trying a butterflied leg of lamb and a silverside along with chucksteak stew. I might have chicken breast for smoko and lean beef mince for lunch.as the main protein. I need to sit down and properly run the numbers again now that I'm not crook and I can think straight.

Is 125 - 250gm of mostly lean mass achieveable every week? Any input here is greatly appreciated.

Oh and I had some BA water from Premium Supps arrive... Lets see how it mixes and what it pins like eh?

It's become normal for the lads to see me taking meal pics at smoko and lunch for the log now 😆 My workmates are very supportive. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Actually I have 400gms of Roo ready for tomorrow evening.😅 Usually when I'm talking about my diet, I'm referring to my working week, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday will have a little variation but still be relatively clean for the most part 🙂

For some reason I'm able to load my hammies up harder than my quads, smaller weight in the leg extension these days, it used to be the other way around... Still a lagging body are though the old quads. 😓 Throw the oin on the hundo tomoz and see how they go.

Actually I have 400gms of Roo ready for tomorrow evening.😅 Usually when I'm talking about my diet, I'm referring to my working week, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday will have a little variation but still be relatively clean for the most part 🙂

For some reason I'm able to load my hammies up harder than my quads, smaller weight in the leg extension these days, it used to be the other way around... Still a lagging body are though the old quads. 😓 Throw the oin on the hundo tomoz and see how they go.

Switching over to Beef Mince with rice and veges from Chicken Breast Broccoli and rice in Week 1 of the mini push.to.aee.if its a suitable weight gainer. Not sold on it tbh but i did put on a some weight. Went up to 93.5 and Levelled back off to 91.3kg...

Cals and Macros are attached for the working week. I've been giving the multicooker a bit of a run and trying different soups/stews out over the week.

This week coming I'll be trying a butterflied leg of lamb and a silverside along with chucksteak stew. I might have chicken breast for smoko and lean beef mince for lunch.as the main protein. I need to sit down and properly run the numbers again now that I'm not crook and I can think straight.

Is 125 - 250gm of mostly lean mass achieveable every week? Any input here is greatly appreciated.

I think that lean mass target is fine. It's a fine line eating the right amount though given natural weight fluctuations. Can see why back in the day people would stress the importance of making sure you ate enough.

Thoughts...

Just a quick 40min session to keep the body warm coming out of having the flu this week. Nothing too heavy, I wanted to focus more on the movements and totally control the weight and motion. I really enjoyed this morning's session for that reason.

After I walk Delta tomorrow I'll be catching up with Mick and we'll head into the Gym in town and really have a good lash at it. Day off so I can spend much longer resting between sets and no drama loading up the weight because I can recover well over the weekend.

Oh and I had some BA water from Premium Supps arrive... Lets see how it mixes and what it pins like eh?

Still not happy with the look. I fucked up last night and ate too many carbs, loving my pane de casa sour dough and slow cooked stews... Run it up to 94kg from yesterdays 91... Oof... Anyway, being a bit bloated, I had trouble getting a good shot, but a couple of young ladies were nice enough to help me with some photos today.

I've practically only eaten beef brisket vegetable stew and sour dough today...
Still walking the fine line of bulking and not getting too fat or fluffy at the same time.
So I'm not expecting to look any better till the end of next week. Anyhow, thats how it goes, nothing that a few days in the gym and eating with more sensibility can't fix.

The multicooker is a sunbeam jobby that does slow cook, rice, braises, boils ,sautes and pressure cooker all in one. I bought it last week and just started smashing stews. Made a lovely kg of silverside last night and practically ate the whole thing in one sitting. (I think the EQ is really putting me on the fang 😆)

I've been trying to bring my legs up, and focus more on the slow controlled movements, especially deloaded leg presses. In my full body routine, I need a curl an extension and a press every single time. And so I don't cook myself at work, I'll be focusing on the time under tension rather than focusing on achieving a close to/failure set. I've certainly been feeling it after and I really enjoy that.

I been loving food a little too much on the carby fatty side this week. We all know what I gotta do tho 😆 but thanks brother I've been good on the fang this week for sure.

The doctor sent me more blood test results, bit of a delay getting them back.
I forgot to post them while I was crook.

This was from the first round of bloods when I requested LCMS E2 from the public system, but the pathologist told me it would only be LCMS Progesterone.

Turns out the lab tech at Prince of Wales understood the assignment on the hand written referral and did the E2.

It doesn't make much sense to me because E2 was crashed on the results via regular testing, but this one says it's right in range?

I'll just carry on with my own testing method of seeing if I start to tear up listening to Filipinas covering love songs by Whitney Houston and Olivia Dean. Seems to be far more accurate.

I didn't record Friday and Saturdays food, I was just grazing and food prepping really while on a full rest and recovery weekend, bit of stew, a turkish breaky roll coffee and a shared slice, and I destroyed the Silverside I made.

This morning I weighed in at 92.5kg with a fasted BG of 4.9, really happy to see the BG on the correct side of 5.

I did record todays intake. The macros and cals attached with diary screen grab.
Still feeling the little bit of muscle soreness from Fridays workout which I absolutely love, cos it feels like I did some propper growth stimulation.

Woke up about 530am after a really decent sleep in and went to the loungeroom with Delly and had a banana, some sour dough with goats cheese and vegemite and an earl grey tea with brown sugar.
We then had a another nap to youtube and later went out to the river for a bit and stopped at the shops in town for a bit of an extra walk and to grab some utensils and more sour dough.

Then when I got back I was hungry again so I dusted off the Kangaroo steaks with asparagus and rice.

Later I had some of the slow cooked shredded chicken breast with potato, leek and carrot, and somewhere on the way I snacked on a can of vanilla cream of rice, some low cal icecream and a bit of choc coconut water.

Dinner was beef bone broth with an extra 60gms of whey protein isolate.
All the food prep for next week is done and dusted, plenty of mince vege and rice and shredded chicken stew for the working week. Bag is packed and at the door for when Mick picks me up at 4:15am.

Time to mix the evening supps then pin the mighty @R&Dpharma GH and BPC157 and go count some sheep.

LCMS E2 Delayed Results
Feb 2026 received March 2026

The doctor sent me more blood test results, bit of a delay getting them back.
I forgot to post them while I was crook.

This was from the first round of bloods when I requested LCMS E2 from the public system, but the pathologist told me it would only be LCMS Progesterone.

Turns out the lab tech at Prince of Wales understood the assignment on the hand written referral and did the E2.

It doesn't make much sense to me because E2 was crashed on the results via regular testing, but this one says it's right in range?

I'll just carry on with my own testing method of seeing if I start to tear up listening to Filipinas covering love songs by Whitney Houston and Olivia Dean. Seems to be far more accurate.

These compounds do weird things to the e2 test, I largely just disregard the standard test and wait for the LCMS

My brother that IS the LCMS... Both tests had wildly varying results from each other. But I know my e2 was crashed like the original test suggested, I had sore joints like all get out and no libido. Such a wierd result. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Gunna have to wait for an imedical privately done one to make sure theres no mistakes.

129 with a huge free test and low shgb can feel terrible too, very similar result to what I had, I had to push the e2 up a little higher to feel normal

I'm off the iso bench and barbell bench while I let my shoulder settle down and making sure I get a curl, extention and press in for my legs every session to try and bring them up. Sometimes I just have to settle for a different exercise too with the gym being so populated lately too so it keeps it interesting. Trying to get more back focused work in on Friday coming.

Pushing up the cals and eating like an absolute horse.

Banana Bread and coffee and a banana for breakfast every day. Banana for a snack and a sweet treat here and there.

Smoko is 5star Lean beef, rice and veges and on monday a protein bar and a protein shake. Tuesday was greek yoghurt with oat clusters and wpi90.

Lunch is shredded chicken breast and cream of rice.

Dinner is very hearty beef stew with buttered sour dough.

Diary, cals and macros attached.

sourdough is fine but try to stick to cleaner less gluten sources like rice and cream of rice etc :D

Ended up stopping past the neighbourhood centre near work and grabbing a steroid pack and a couple fit packs.

For those of you that aren't familiar with NSP's (Needle and Syringe Programs) in NSW they are places you can get your slin pins in plastic packs that house the spent pins in a tamper proof container that you return to selected NSP's or Pharmacies and get fresh ones exchanged. In the better equipped ones you can also get a selection of barrels, swabs, tips, yellow sharps bins and hygiene equipment for free. Put four cups of rice on and boiled it in chicken stock and coconut oil... Major part of food prep done and dusted in under an hour.

Todays food was bananas and banana bread with coffee for breakfast, mince rice and veges with sour dough and cream of rice at smoko. Then sour dough, shredded chicken breast with veges, mince rice and veges for lunch and plenty of sweet treats in between. Dinner was a hearty serving of beef stew with sour dough and a half serve of an old covid era cream of rice I found at the back of the cupboard last time I got concerned out about shit like this...

Anyways, I hope we're all having a grouse week despite the current political and economic climate Evo Fam.

For those of you that aren't familiar with NSP's (Needle and Syringe Programs) in NSW they are places you can get your slin pins in plastic packs that house the spent pins in a tamper proof container that you return to selected NSP's or Pharmacies and get fresh ones exchanged. I implore you to make use of the program as you're paying for it anyway and it's intended to keep you safe and reduce harm. There are plenty of resources available and it reduces some of the financial burden involved in maintaining your health on your Cycle, Peps or TRT run.

These are judgement free environments so don't be shy about talking to staff about what you are after or what they have available. There's no shame in harm reduction.

Most pharmacies are part of the program for fitpacks. You buy a pack of 5 fits in a container for $5 and return the used ones in the fitpack and have them exchanged for free for new ones. No limit on how many you buy or return really cos I do my returns 10 fitpacks at a time.

Every town has a community or neighbourhood centre and they are usually part of the program too in one way shape or form. There and the major state health hubs and hospitals are where you will find the more extensive range of items available like pre made steroid packs, boxes of slin pins, swabs, tips, barrels and bins etc. I encourage everyone to please look into whats available around your area.

Like I said they're judgement free zones. Even if the local community centre isnt part of the program it's likely they'd know a place that is.
