I'm completely new to the world of PEDs and have some questions.

Hi, Im 31 y/o man, 5'9'' that weights around 221 lbs atm. Last year i was at 250 lbs in about 4 months I've been able to lose roughly 30 lbs.
My goal is to get to 160-170 lbs which was the weight i had back when i was around 24 and went to the gym consistently. In short, I want to burn this fat, get fit and join the US military.
As for my questions, I want to start with Reta, and the source i've been interested in using is UGFreak, which I know it's a sponsor of this Forum. The lab I was eyeing is Dragon Pharma which I've read has been in the business for a while. The amount I was thinking in buying is around 20 mg, to administer twice a week, starting with 0.5mg (2 times/week), then raise it to 1mg (2 times/week) and stay there until I am coming off from it reducing it back to 0.5mg (2 times/week for 2 weeks).

1) How reliable is UGFreak? - Is there anything I should make sure to do in order to have the smoothest process, example: Payment methods, communication, etc.
2) How good/pure/reliable is Dragon Pharma Reta?
3) Is my dosage plan acceptable or should I modify something?
4) I suffer from constipation, will this peptide mess me up even more?

For additional information, I have never done any steroids, or peptides, or basically anything you inject. I am currently taking creatine, L-carnitine, Ashghawanda, Longjak pills, and supplements (vitamins) with Omega 3 from Sports Research.
My diet is 1700 - 1800 calories, always making sure to hit at least 180g of protein daily.
My workout is minimun of 2 times a day with the morning having a fasted walk for an hour or stationary bike for an hour fasted as well. For strength training I do Push/Pull/Legs 2 times a week each with sunday being a rest day. I do about 5 exercises/ 3 sets of 12-15 reps for each. I am not looking to gain muscle, I do not want any Test, or any other chemical and want to stay as natural as possible because I want to join the military as soon as possible and not have any hiccups with MEPS.

Hopefully some of y'all can help out, and if you guys need additional info let me know.

Your dosing plan is reasonable to start low, I’d run 0.5mg-1mg 1x/week for the first 4 weeks and only increase if sides are manageable since constipation is common with retatrutide and you already deal with it. We need to get you on digestive aids asap

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Bros, UGFreak is legit. They are one of our approved sources so you're gonna do great on it.

I wouldnt worry about tapering off reta for 2 weeks as its half life is around 6 days, so it mostly tapers itself off over a 2 weeks or so. Id only taper if its from a mid to high dose.

Dose plans good. Twice weekly helps reduce sides for some people, since you have constipation its a good idea. As @LevButlerov mentioned, stay at your initial dose for 4 weeks, if youve adjusted well with no sides, increase dose.

If budgets not a problem, consider 3mg for week 9+ if theres no sides.

For constipation, are you taking anything for this currently? Even without constipation i would suggest organic psyllium husk powder when starting reta as it can cause both loose stool or constipation depending on person/dose/diet.

Id start psyllium husk powder now if your not taking it already as itll help anyways. Buy organic, some brands like metamucil have as little as 30% of the products weight as psyllium husk. Some other brand names ive seen at 60%. Why pay for fillers right?

Start with 1/2 tbsp twice daily (7g should be). Increase to 1 tbsp twice daily if needed or when starting reta.

As natural as possible, but retas okay. Can i assume other peptides are on the table.

After starting your log so the brothers here can give better advice after seeing the big picture, some suggestions can be made regarding adding a peptide or 2 that could aid you in recovery and further fat loss without increasing mass or effecting hormones like steroids do.

The plus side of starting a log bro, is itll also help keep you on track with the goals you plan. If you dont currently use an tracking app, i suggest MyFitnessPal for tracking macros, weight, and exercise. I even take screenshots for my log to make daily updates quick and easy.

Reta is not a peptide. It is actually a drug and yes it can make constipation problems worse. That's why you keep the dose low for the first few weeks.

Reta is not a peptide. It is actually a drug and yes it can make constipation problems worse. That's why you keep the dose low for the first few weeks.

3) Is my dosage plan acceptable or should I modify something?

For additional information, I have never done any steroids, or peptides, or basically anything you inject. I am currently taking creatine, L-carnitine, Ashghawanda, Longjak pills, and supplements (vitamins) with Omega 3 from Sports Research.
My diet is 1700 - 1800 calories, always making sure to hit at least 180g of protein daily.
My workout is minimun of 2 times a day with the morning having a fasted walk for an hour or stationary bike for an hour fasted as well. For strength training I do Push/Pull/Legs 2 times a week each with sunday being a rest day. I do about 5 exercises/ 3 sets of 12-15 reps for each. I am not looking to gain muscle, I do not want any Test, or any other chemical and want to stay as natural as possible because I want to join the military as soon as possible and not have any hiccups with MEPS.

Hopefully some of y'all can help out, and if you guys need additional info let me know.

Hey Lev thank you for the response. I am planning on staring a Log, I've been listening to the Podcast for Reta and I'm branching to more general older podcasts. I'll search for a good digestive aid. If you have any suggestion I'm open to try.

Steve thank you for letting me know. I've been ogling NapsGear, but I've seen some iffy posts here about it, I know it's reliable and many people use it but since I've been stumbling to some knock offs (naps-gear, etc) I am a bit wary with it.
nice thing about napsgear is each product usually has a bunch of user reviews on them and COA's.
 
Ulter, thank you for letting me know. I thought it was a Peptide, but then again, I've never done any of this so apologies for my ignorance.
Not many people have; it's very new to the industry but check out other people's experiences.
