Thank you sir! There’s nothing crazy about what I do but works for me. Time to time through something else in there but overall it’s pretty much the same.
Still working on the back though… you’ll see with the update pics. The back muscles are taking as long to define as the love handles are taking to go away.
 
I’ll check it out but think u may hold off for a second and see if I can manage it.

Almost time to start looking at post cycle macros. Training really won’t change but diet may.
the psyllium is cheap and worth the add easy to control hunger :D

Had a compliment on the shoulders today from a gym bro kinda cool!
You look good :D strong shoulders pumped and arms bigger and you look leaner, overall nice recomp @Tankie EVO family support!

I like to think I see it too. Feel thicker more vascular. Wife says I’m obsessed with way myself, always have to be looking in mirror. We work hard for this shit and we should be right, lol.

I like your style man. @Tankie one of the things I want you to continue to improve is recomposition: gain more muscle and keep losing fat. You're making good progress but a year from now I expect big things from you.

It’s works for me you know! Weight is slowly increasing so to me that’s all that matters.

The crossovers work so much better for me than flies. More control I think.

I've used N2Guard for many years. @Tankie I can say it's definitely the best supplement out there. It's got everything in it you could possibly need.

Front double bi looks great bro. Big blocky abs there. That's a powerful looking core. That's a pretty big difference for 5 weeks

Always a beautiful touchdown. These are some great products. The taurine and joint support go well with N2Guard but don't forget N2Guard already has taurine in it. @Tankie

@Tankie that's a good looking touchdown right there. Those are important supplements. I would definitely run the joint support on every cycle, especially if you're increasing your volume, and the N2guard is crucial on or off cycle.

Hey brother! Thinking about jumping on some GHK-CU. Maybe 2mg/day to start out. Thought maybe it would help with some of the loose belly skin I have from losing all the weight. It’s not crazy but could use some tightening up. Thoughts?

Funny you bring this up cause while back while listening to your podcast I heard them laughing at you about PF but wasn’t totally sure what the joke was all about. The whole time was wondering cause well I go to PF lol.

All I have to say is my wife and I can both go to any PF for only $22/month. Laugh at me all you will 😂

It's made a minor difference in mine I'd say try it out. I'm running 5mg into loose skin from left to right across the lower belly fat. Like a lot of peptides it's not instant and not unlike GH it seems to take a few months to start to plump up the loose skin to appear less wrinkly.

After light day yesterday and traveling all day today I was pumped for my workout.
@2Thick I almost made 2 miles in 20 mins. Damn treadmill kept sputtering on me. 2nd treadmill was even worst or I think I would have done it.

To-go food is somewhat tracked. I think the biggest thing is attempting to eat smart and by doing so a little plus/minus on the macros never hurt anyone.

I can only imagine. We don’t have any out here so that’s good. Interesting to see what their comments will be come July 4th. They had plenty last year when I ran my primo cycle.
