- My last cycle was Test only, titrated up to 500mg over 16 weeks
- This time I’m aiming for more of a recomp / lean gain phase and want to introduce Masteron

- 5–6 day bodybuilding split
- 5/3/1 strength work at the start of sessions, followed by hypertrophy/volume work
- Generally high-volume training
- LISS cardio 3–4x/week (30–45 min post-workout)
- Mon: Shoulders / Biceps
- Tues: Squat / Legs / Calves
- Wed: Off
- Thurs: Bench / Chest / Triceps
- Fri: Deadlift / Back
- Sat: Pump day + cardio (flexible)
- Sun: Sports / activity
