so it started off very promising but has dropped off and lost little bit of sting for me team. @LevButlerov
Nah bro they don’t really effect me too much ( I know everyone says that) but over my life I’m very very self aware of my outward personality to the point I will say to myself is this me or the gear talking.. is this positive to the other person or not.. so it’s very easy for me to gauge bro

So day 7 strength gains have paused aggression and motivation also come to a halt
So for me personally def a decent compound and it will become my kickstart to bulk phase
Don’t get me wrong I’d prob put it in the scale of tren a @ 300mg per week and 50mg dbol a day.


Fluid retention high and be aggressively increasing
107 kg today so up 3kg in the week obviously fluid

Pumps are very decent on the compound but only with the combination of SHOGUN HGH makes it amazing ran a day with the gh and pump was nowhere near the same

Today was a posing and check in day with the comp federation was awesome as 💪💪

Hamstrings
Chest shoulders tris
Arms abs core

Quads

Occasionally double up within the week with second sessions a day but with work not very often now

Def rest day between but some days because of programming the first tricep day is literally only 4 sets of skull crushers so some
Weeks I back it up just cause my arms for past 18 years hit over 30 sets during a wo so they don’t even feel 4 sets @ 💯 training to haha

We 4 weeks out from health phase and I am little feeling deflated as seems whole offseason has just been me fighting and playing with fluid retention and feeling like ass and fighting stupid bgl 😫🤬
But I am keen as for a reset and getting into prep where I know exactly what to do and what works getting compounds in that respond to me 🙏🙏

Try and run another supporting ped preferably mast p for final 4 weeks or run an oral like anadrol, dianabol 💪 just to finish the off season off strong as coach wanting to run a 20+ week prep 😪😫 hahaha but I do love it sooo just gotta not lose all the muscle I’ve gained 🤞🤞

Combatting hgh hands will try and keep gh in and run taurine, magnesium and push fluids and electrolytes a lot more 7grms sodium and 8 potassium for a FEW days only to reset hydration ( yes I’m aware of high potassium and the dangers) won’t effect kidneys for only 2 days though team

Single leg 45 decline leg press
80kg 17 reps

Seated hamstrings curls
4 sets @ 130kg 15- 13 reps last set

Lying hamstring curls
3 sets @ 80kg
20 reps ( feet in stage stance, toes out an knees slightly bent, exaggerated cause I believe this is the way to build them for stage.)

I'm a big fan of this type of training. @Lilbrods I like how you specifically go after certain exercises, especially the dumbbell lunges and the feet-together leg press.

So added an extra recovery day in so day off inclusive of no cardio but added sauna 30 mins extra a day in to help regulate some sp02 stats

Now another little brodz experiment will be is the duration and influence of eating meals..

Now I’ve thought pretty hard about this one and I eat a lot very very fast,usually can eat 200grm cooked rice and 300grms meat around the 2-3 mins but my thinking around this has been of all the food is dumped extremely fast that will no doubt have an effect of the spike into blood glucose and therefore would

Been a bit slack on here this week due to doing some work and pushing the body for recovery but picking it up this week as this is the last week pre prep so all this means is trying to half ready the mind and body for prep
I take this week to really meditate and dictate the work ethic that’s about to come, try and forget all the day to day stresses and really only have 1 thing on my mind and that’s levelling up this season.

So we lock in on carb timing a lot more now and swap it to fuel only instead of pushing food in for meals
We make sure our last meal is 3 hours prior to sleep
We make sure carbs are getting used instead of stored
And we lock right in on digestion steps after food slow eating and adjust to loving the hunger pain 🙏

Calories:- we will stick to the 4000 but we start getting rid of high gi carbs

4K cals today but 400carbs 50 fat 350 protein

So now in prep we HAVE to make sure the protein isn’t only just covering recovery but there abundance of it for muscles and then again the extra for fuel ..
and we pay super close attention to our blood glucose spikes our timing of peds supplements aswell

During prep it doesn’t matter you WILL feel like shit so but now it’s not about “ need more carbs” it’s about what micro nutrients do we need to function properly if we can’t get our energy from carbs and food we dial in our fats lets our body properly utilise its stores , glycogen glucagon to still hold performance..

SHOGUN HGH fastened in the morning now prior to 30 mins low intensity cardio ( stairs)
Really shines for fat loss and muscle retention

3ius straight away out of bed and kickstart metabolism with 1 litre of COLD water..

And our last meal MUST be a min of 3 hour prior to sleep… get our fastened hours lengthened and burning that fat 🫡

This is start of prep and for me it’s simple I treat it like peak weak almost
Where I prime everything as much as possible
So
Nutrition is roughly 500 deficit but I pull carbs a fair bit to get bgl down and sensitivity up

So macros are 400grms protein, 100grms fat 230grms carbs with big meals being 50 grms carbs and rest pre and post workout..

Now the good one PHARMA

Now I switch to ONLY fast esters
But with mast being extinct we only on Test prop

So now this prep looking like most pharma is only test with some adex to control e2 then run in the orals clen, and then close to show Winnie and var hopefully 🤞

Keeping gh as high as possible till closer to show will stay 6-8ius split am/pm

Now prop this is because cruise just finished and receptors where they suppose to be I use test prop 2x day
Morning /night

0.5ml / UGLOZ Sparta test prop 100mg :- 700mg per week …
1 mg Sparta arimidex
Also prescription metforphin now @ 1000mg night

Keep aces up our sleeves with cardio not going in any time soon clen will start @ 16 weeks out so another 4 weeks

Now supplements are no longer negotiable they become religion

Post wo shake 1 scoop whey scoop glutamine
10 grms honey 20 grms oats coconut water 200mls
