BODYBUILDING PHASE
Wrapping up a solid strength peak and now shifting gears into a full bodybuilding phase. Strength is there, time to refine, grow, and bring up detail.

FINAL WEEK OF STRENGTH PHASE (PEDS) from @Southern Cross Labs :
• Test E — 750mg
• Tren E — 400mg
• NPP — 300mg
• HGH — 5iu daily
PEPTIDES (from @Prymal):
• IGF-1 LR3 — 30mcg daily
• BPC-157 — 250–500mcg daily
• TB-500 — 2 mg mon/Thursday
FOCUS MOVING FORWARD:
Transitioning from moving maximum weight
maximising muscle.
• More controlled tempo + execution
• Higher volume, better contractions
• Bringing up weak points
• Dialling in condition while holding size
Strength base is locked in, now it’s about carving it into something more complete.
NEXT STEPS:

• Diet
• Training split
• PED adjustments
