Rest Day

Pulled things right back today, just steps, food, and recovery. just letting everything absorb. energy is steady, and sleep has been solid. Exactly where I want to be heading into the cut phase.

Proposed Cut Stack(doses to be determined)

  • Test – base to hold muscle and performance
  • EQ – lean look, vascularity, steady output
  • Anavar – hardness + strength retention
  • HGH – recovery, fullness, fat loss support
  • Retatrutide – appetite control, driving fat loss
  • SLU-PP-332 – metabolic push/endurance
  • 5-Amino-1MQ – targeting fat loss pathways
  • MOTS-C – recovery + mitochondrial support
Nice and structured, focused on holding size while steadily peeling back body fat over the coming weeks.

Back Workout

Fasted session, no max attempts. Just focused on stimulation, not annihilation. Still feeling the aftershock from that heavy squat and bench 😅

Deadlift
270 kg × 5

Seated Cable Row (Neutral Grip)
Working:
140 kg (full stack) × failure

Machine Row
Working:
4 plates/side × failure

Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown
Working:
120 kg × failure

Post-workout: IGF-1 LR3 + BPC/TB from @Prymal
all pinning smoothly

Cutting phase Cycle Update (Doses)

Test – 500 mg/week
EQ – 200 mg/week
Anavar – 50–60 mg daily (back end)
HGH – 3–4 IU daily
Retatrutide – 2 mg weekly
SLU-PP-332 – 40 mg daily
5-Amino-1MQ – 2.5 mg daily
MOTS-C – 1 mg daily
BPC – 1 mg daily
TB – 1 mg daily

All doses are estimates, if tolerated well, adjustments will be made.

another EQ king

Fine choice my man

I expect striated glutes out of you one day!!!

Striated glutes are definitely on the agenda one day 🤞 just a matter of time and conditioning.

105 kilo is the first target, then going to reassess and decide if worth pushing leaner or just filling back out from a cleaner bas.

I wanna see how you're gonna look at the end of the phase

Appreciate it bro, this phase is going to be a different level. I’m keen to see how it all comes together too.

EVO family love your way :D

EVO family always ❤️ appreciate the support brother.

One thing I'll say is I have a lot of respect for your logs. It's always enjoyable to read them. I would love to see some meal pictures in this one. I love the meals that some of you guys are putting together. @Ohdamn

That means a lot man, seriously. I’ll start adding meal pics into the log, been keeping things pretty simple but I’ll show it all.

Amazing work on this. I like the control tempo and execution that you're doing. @Ohdamn also bringing up your weak points is a smart idea. That's what we like to see.

Appreciate that bro. Really focusing on slowing everything down and actually owning the movement. Weak points are getting full attention

@Ohdamn test and tren at those dosages is incredible. You're going to have a really crazy good cycle. You're going to enjoy it.

Yeah it’s a solid setup for sure, just need to execute properly now and make the most of it.

Still looking super strong brother. Going to be fun watching this next phase 🩵

Thanks brother, strength’s still there, now it’s about maintaining it and even trying to push for more strength even while cutting.

Oral versions?

2 daily is where I found it shined. (Fasted

I'm pretty sure bro, I'll know when the order arrives 💪

Would you say for mots @ 2mg fasted you would have to train fasted for the most benefit from it?

Or could you pin am fasted then workout that arvy after work

Strong as fuck bro 💪 good shit

Yeah I’ve heard similar, fasted seems to be where it really shines.

another EQ king

Fine choice my man

EQ will be doing its thing 💪

Couldn’t pass it up, fits the phase perfectly.

How you can still lift that heavy fasted blows my fucking mind haha you are an absolute machine, I love it!!

appreciate it bro. fasted training just feels normal to me now. Body’s adapted. ❤️

Will be watching! 🙌

Love it bro 🙌 appreciate you following along. Always watching your journey bro.

it’s gonna be good

100%, going to be a good one.

Bros, execute the hell out of it.

That’s the plan. Full execution, no wasted effort.

TRANSITION LOG — STRENGTH PEAK ➡️ BODYBUILDING PHASE

Wrapping up a solid strength peak and now shifting gears into a full bodybuilding phase. Strength is there, time to refine, grow, and bring up detail.

Big thanks to the team making it happen:
@Southern Cross Labs @Southern cross labs rep @Prymal @Gains Man

FINAL WEEK OF STRENGTH PHASE (PEDS) from @Southern Cross Labs :

• Test E — 750mg
• Tren E — 400mg
• NPP — 300mg
• HGH — 5iu daily

PEPTIDES (from @Prymal):

• IGF-1 LR3 — 30mcg daily
• BPC-157 — 250–500mcg daily
• TB-500 — 2 mg mon/Thursday

FOCUS MOVING FORWARD:

Transitioning from moving maximum weight ➡️ maximising muscle.

• More controlled tempo + execution
• Higher volume, better contractions
• Bringing up weak points
• Dialling in condition while holding size

Strength base is locked in, now it’s about carving it into something more complete.

NEXT STEPS:

will be updating:
• Diet
• Training split
• PED adjustments

I’ll log everything as it evolves.

New phase. New look. Let’s go 🔥

Nice TD 💪

Thought I’d try a different pose for a change. Still needs practice.

Pool session today just to relax and reset, then back to work tonight with cardio + abs.

Balancing pushing hard and recovering properly. Progress is building.

Recommended target weight is 105 kilos then reassess if pushing leaner or filling out more while at a leaner base.

Style workout!
It incorporates the Pre-exhaust method of doing an isolation movement before moving on to heavy compound movements that engage the sale muscle group as previously isolated, then hits all of the surrounding muscles with the compound movements.

You would have given Dorian Yates a hell run for His money with the weights that you use & the form that you can do it with 🔥⚡💫💪😎💫⚡⚡

This goes along way towards my motto, That with training everything works, just as long as you apply maximum focus & maximum intensity towards each & every single little rep & step that you do.

Fucking massive brother. Now the lifts make sense 🩵

Appreciate that bro. That’s the goal, bring the strength up in line with the size, but doing it with control so it actually translates.

cardio always see you doing it :D very strict love it!

Cardio’s always non-negotiable, gotta stay sharp and conditioned

That looks really horrific 😱. Need to go and have a lay down after reading that 🤣🩵

Hahaha it definitely feels like that too 😅 but those tougher sessions are usually the ones that drive the most progress. ❤️

That is smart and that is having a lot of humility to admit that.

Means a lot, always room to learn and adjust, just staying honest with it.

Execution is definitely crucial.

100% bro, if the execution isn’t there the weight doesn’t mean much

Keep up the good work. The EVO family loves it.

Much love to the EVO fam, that support doesn’t go unnoticed ❤️

Bros, hell yeah, that makes me happy!

That’s what it’s about bro, lifting each other up 💪

Look at that fucking bar bending hahah I’m still gobsmacked over the fucking machine you are bro, this bodybuilding world is 100% yours and I truly believe you can achieve anything man! Keep it up brother, you’re fuckin inspiring ❤️

That means a lot brother. Just focused on stacking consistent sessions and refining everything, long way to go but we’re building it properly ❤️

Man you make that look too easy

Appreciate it brother. just trying to stay controlled and efficient with every rep 💪

Seriously strong leg session. You are still hitting some insane weights brother and over a number of exercises. Just blows me away🤯, like everyone else, that you can do this with such relative ease🩵

Thanks brother. The focus is keeping intensity high but controlled across everything, not just one lift. Consistency and execution are what make it all come together over time ❤️

🔥 the energy is unreal brothers and sisters, I’m feeding off all of it!!

Aka There is more than one way to skin a Cat!

That means a lot bro, seriously appreciate you taking the time to break it down like that 🙏

You nailed it, the pre-exhaust style is something I’ve really leaned into from studying Yates, Mentzer, and even Arthur Jones. The goal for me has always been to make every set count, not just move weight. If I can take a muscle to true failure with intent and control, then I know I’m on the right path.

Hearing you say I could give Yates a run for his money is wild, that’s the standard I’m chasing. Not just size or strength, but that level of intensity, discipline, and conditioning. Still a long way to go, but we’re building it brick by brick. I would love to utilise rest-pause sets and negatives a lot more.

And that hybrid style you mentioned. that’s exactly it. I don’t want to be just strong or just conditioned, I want the full package: strength, power, endurance, and control. Real, functional dominance across the board.

The way I look at it too, if I can train a muscle three times a week, I can cover all bases. One session focused on strength (4–6 reps around 80% of 1RM), one on hypertrophy (10–12 reps around 60%), and then a full-body bodyweight session to build control, stability, and endurance. I find That combination just keeps everything progressing.

SSPE camp might have to become a real thing at this rate 😂 Appreciate the support big time brother 🤝🔥

What's your take on overtraining/periodisation?
The way that you vary your training style, high volume, low volume, high reps, lower reps, tempo speed of execution it's obviously planned prior, is this largely instinctive?
I'm going to say that yes it is 🙋

Appreciate it brother 💙 built up clean and stayed tight the whole way.

Appreciate that big bro 💯🔥

It’s a mix of both honestly, there’s a clear structure behind it, but I leave room to auto-regulate based on how I’m feeling on the day.

I keep the main focus blocks planned (strength, volume, speed/technique), and rotate intensity/volume to manage fatigue and avoid overtraining. Then within that, I’ll adjust slightly if performance is up or down.

So yeah it might look instinctive from the outside, but it’s really structured with controlled flexibility 👌 keeps progress moving without burning out. Sometimes 😅

It's a tough one hey!
There are so many factors that influence over training, burnout, fatigue whatever you want to call it.
Mentally if you have it the fire 🔥 is always there but sometimes like you say, you just have to listen to the room & let it vote on what you can do for that day
