But surprisingly felt pretty good when I woke up, so we will take that as a Win.


Work was pretty low effort today,

Post work was a small bit of chill with the kids and then I went for a run,

Neglecting the lawns for too long is punishing haha. Lucky the weather's are cooling down and they aren't growing as quick. I made the mistake of fertilising trying to get beautiful lawns last year and regretted it so I didn't do that this year. Think of doing it next year though 😅

So not overly excited for playing in that.

Pulling the pin on the daily dose of MT2 after 1 week,
Going to give it a rest for a week or 2 then go into maintenance dosage,
Getting too many comments about my tan,
Wife thinks it's 1 shade too many, so need to pull it back a fraction,
But damn quick working stuff,
And I only managed to get sun on 2 or 3 days if the last week.

It's my birthday week,
So I only backed off on the Reta dose and went to 1mg,

Woke up to find the wifes crook,

Spent the day chilling out with the younger three whilst the wife slept all day
(Literally all day, she managed over 8hours sleep)
I'm jealous of her day time sleeping ability I struggle to get that over night.

So have had to call in off work for the next 2 days.

Later night gym session once all kids were asleep,
Wasn't really feeling it,
Alot of stuffing around,
Did attempt a PB on DB Bench Press,
I got an unassisted 1rep 50kg a side,
I'd say 2 reps for sure if I had a spotter get me into position,
I think that equals a 1rep PB, except I was like 100kg when I last did it.

Hope the wife is feeling a bit better today legend. Nice PB, getting into position with DBs is difficult at any weight let alone 50kg. Rest of the session was full tilt as well. Shifting along nicely brother 🩵

She was a lil unwell over night and this morning again,
But seems to have come through the other side.

I’m very interested in adding it once I’m off my holiday
I'm 2 weeks in, and just the 100mg, so I'm not too sure on the full effects to be had just yet, am a bit vascular however, even with weight on the up.


dbs 50s are a win :D love that big lift you're killing it!
Thought I'd give it ago, and it paid off, strength on the up 💪💪
