Didn't get my steps in either after a packed day. Could've stayed up late on the walking pad but prioritised getting to bed on time.

Saturday - Deload fun session

no Pilates so went to the gym and just had fun. :)💪

Around the worlds
BB bicep curls
Rope tricep pull downs
Rope pull throughs (glutes)

Sunday - Push

Basically my same exercises but super sets at a testing but comfortable weight

Average weight for this week is 49.7kg. 300g up from last week so slightly more than planned, we'll see how this week goes.

I want to balance the idea of not wanting to gain too much weight, with the fact that i need to be mentally comfortable with seeing the scale go up.

I think as a female, so much of your relationship with fitness is keeping weight down, just because of general beauty standards. :(

I think im at my current stomach capacity for food. Being smaller in frame, i think i probably have smaller organs. So even though my calories aren't that high, its alot of food for me.

The reta does lower appetite, but its mostly for the health benefits. I could try lowering the reta, but i feel it helps with my insulin sensitivity with the HGH. :unsure:

Had an early session planned today but after a few wake ups overnight I woke feeling too heavy and rested longer. I was able to train later which is better for my energy levels but doesn't always work for me to take off in the middle of the day. :cool:

Great update and still looking lean while gaining some size! Quads and shoulders especially!
I wouldn’t worry too much about the extra weight, I think you will find it stabilises after the de-load as it was probably fluid/ inflammation being held by fatigued muscles. Bumping your GH dose up may also see the scales climb a bit too - but it’s fluid.

Also higher than the 100-200g per week aim but my weight has actually fluctuated a lot this week so I'm not overly worried...

I'll keep the same plan for this week and add back in my tracked gym sessions from Sunday. 💪

I've been eating really healthy still. I dont really get cravings for food much anymore. I sort of eat the same foods mostly all the time. I think the worst thing i'll sneak in is a small chocolate, but thats like 80 calories.

The reta really does make it mentally much easier.

I get hip pain sometimes. Used to get pretty bad, enough to step out of my truck and nearly fall down. Hips are tough, hopefully you can pinpoint what’s aggravating it

I'm having a good skin week so far which is always nice. I wonder if it was because I had a few days gap between finishing my last KLOW and starting up the next one. Maybe my skin started to dull when I came off and is now perked back up.

📝Week 14 - Tuesday Update📝

Not a great start to this training block. Sunday night had a rough sleep so skipped my Monday morning workout and will catch up later in the week. Tuesday morning still felt too tired so weights weren't moving great and my body ACHED the rest of the day.😭

But I will make up for the missed session tomorrow and at least I got it done today! 💪

I'm having a good skin week so far which is always nice. I wonder if it was because I had a few days gap between finishing my last KLOW and starting up the next one. Maybe my skin started to dull when I came off and is now perked back up.

As you might have seen from my previous log, i had gotten into the best shape of my life. I don't see the value in getting any smaller, so its time to GROW!

I've just recently come off a week long deload. My first couple of weights sessions felt extra tough and I realised I could not go straight back to my pre-deload weights. By my final weights session of the week I was able to really push myself again and am paying for it with DOMS today.

I plan to update my log with detailed posts Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, but will reply to comments and post ad-hoc updates throughout the week.

Im looking for recommendations on a better food tracking app, over myfitness pal. Im not paying for it, and the free version is almost un-usable.

An additional goal throughout the log is to work on pull-ups. I want to be able to rep out bodyweight pull-ups. I've been able to get 2 underhand reps before, so a set of 5 (or 10!) overhand wide grip would be awesome. Happy to take any suggestions or tips.

In Australia we have a rather vulgar term called "Piss Fit". The word "Piss" means alcohol. "You getting on the piss tonight?", is a phrase to say "Are you getting drunk tonight?".

I think the word "Piss" comes from the fact that you pee alot when drinking.

"Piss Fit" refers to your ability to tolerate alcohol. I am NOT "Piss Fit" anymore :ROFLMAO:

Women certainly have it way tougher than men in the hormone department. Guys can take TRT and solve 80% of their issues. Women have to take an enormous amount of different compounds and even then it's no guarantee. Totally sympathetic, and menopause just makes things even worse. My wife and I have been playing with several different avenues for months for her and while we are close, still not as easy as TRT is.
That said bottomless cocktails with ruin your day(s) every single time regardless of hormone imbalances 🤭🩵

In Australia we have a rather vulgar term called "Piss Fit". The word "Piss" means alcohol. "You getting on the piss tonight?", is a phrase to say "Are you getting drunk tonight?".

I think the word "Piss" comes from the fact that you pee alot when drinking.

"Piss Fit" refers to your ability to tolerate alcohol. I am NOT "Piss Fit" anymore :ROFLMAO:

(Note, this is more a saying that guys would use. Like tradesmen and typical hard-men)

Had my stuff ready for my usual early workout but had another rough sleep with a migraine. Probably still dehydrated from Saturday's cocktails and then spending the day in the sun Sunday. Definitely can't handle alcohol like I used to! Plus I often get hormonal migraines this time of my cycle so I'm hit at all angles!! 🤪

Felt tough. Definitely wanted to snooze the alarm!

Women certainly have it way tougher than men in the hormone department. Guys can take TRT and solve 80% of their issues. Women have to take an enormous amount of different compounds and even then it's no guarantee. Totally sympathetic, and menopause just makes things even worse. My wife and I have been playing with several different avenues for months for her and while we are close, still not as easy as TRT is.
That said bottomless cocktails with ruin your day(s) every single time regardless of hormone imbalances 🤭🩵
Periods in your 30s and bottomless cocktails are a recipe for a rough week 😂
I am definitely not piss-fit for anymore
that makes two of us.

And the var is still up my sleeve. Feels funny to have it in my vitamin drawer 😂

Saturday - Pilates.

After no classes the last few weekends it was a struggle to get up and out the door, and I felt so stiff and heavy the whole time. Hopefully next weekend will be better! 😞

Tried to do my last workout (legs) for the week in the afternoon too. Got nearly half way through but didn't have the energy to keep going. Wondering if I'm fighting off something or just a bit run down... 😭
