This is start of prep and for me it’s simple I treat it like peak weak almost

Nutrition is roughly 500 deficit but I pull carbs a fair bit to get bgl down and sensitivity up
So macros are 400grms protein, 100grms fat 230grms carbs with big meals being 50 grms carbs and rest pre and post workout..

Now I switch to ONLY fast esters
But with mast being extinct we only on Test prop
So now this prep looking like most pharma is only test with some adex to control e2 then run in the orals clen, and then close to show Winnie and var hopefully
Keeping gh as high as possible till closer to show will stay 6-8ius split am/pm
Now prop this is because cruise just finished and receptors where they suppose to be I use test prop 2x day
