Just cruising along this health phase 😁 leaner than this already for sure but happy with the decent fullness @Prymal GH is doing for me ☺️
SISTER, you look like a champion if you ask me. Keep up the good work. I'm proud of you and you kicking ass. @Jigglybuff

@Jigglybuff Impressive job as always, I got a lot of respect for what you're doing, you're showing how it's done and you're having fun at it.

I give you a lot of credit. You definitely walk the walk. You don't just talk the talk. Thanks for taking the time to post up some pictures. It's inspiring to see it. @Jigglybuff

This is something I believe I must share, not just my own experience as an athlete using the products from @Prymal but that of someone close to me — my mum

My mum is close to 60 and recently had a terrible fall with fracture to the humerus and knee issues . So I had my brother order in the bpc 157 and put her on it 2mg a day before surgery and after surgery . When results came back after each review the doctor’s were commending saying how at her age the rate of recovery is unreal

I also had a mishap on the leg extension some time this year — dislocating my patella so there was some soft tissue injury. I did the same 2mg daily and within 4 days post injury swelling completely gone and pain is gone too . Just some guarding obviously as the brain has to learn to trust the joint but that comes in due time

1mg a day I find is a brilliant dose for joint health and maintenance if you can afford it daily . But I really do feel massive recovery differences on 2mg

I’ll add that prymal has also done a great job taking care of his team and the loggers . i think a successful business owner is one who takes care of their people and is a fantastic leader— so im grateful for prymal ! Thanks a lot mate @Prymal 🤝

Anyways , JIGGLY10 for a lovely 10% off your order 😇

Really progressing beautifully. Your work in balancing your physique is showing in all areas. Arms are nicely balanced with everything now and legs are exceptional. Your back and shoulder to waist ratio is next level sister. Pro material indeed. 🩵

Great detailed update and your pics look so impressive! Your muscle density and maturity is really showing and you've obviously added some size. I'll be writing an article in 17 weeks for the Tampa Pro and I know I'll be commenting on your top 3 placing I'm betting!

Oh fuck yeah 🙌

Clearly, I’m a few laps behind you on that one. 🤣 Massive congrats! That's a serious achievement to have under your belt!

I love the energy. It takes a hell of a lot of discipline and consistency to stay at that level, but you’ve obviously got the drive for it.
All the best in your journey! Let me know if there’s ever anything I can support you with!!

Wow damn I’d be honoured if I place that high up 🥹 I just made the switch to women’s physique 2 months ago so honestly I know i’ll still need size to hang with these bigger girls in a new division . I will still do what I can with my strengths to give everyone a run!

gosh you look amazing! I bet in real life you look even more insane!
Thank you girl goes both ways 🥹❤️ it’s always sweet when another female can appreciate the muscle !

Just stepping on stage is a huge victory. Hardly any of us will ever accomplish even that feat!

Women's physique is a great move, your frame and the size you've built will translate really well into that division. You've got the structure for it 💪 exciting times ahead! And thanks for offering to help out, really appreciate it 🙏

Very good

- How is your digestion on a daily basis? Any bloating following a certain meal, gas?
All good I am a lot a lot more hungry this week since the high day

- Are you having regular bowel movements? (Daily)
Yes

- Current Hunger levels 1-10: 10

- Date of last high day/ refeed : 3rd April 2026

- Feedback on injuries if any: knee noticeably better week to week

- Feedback on Sleep Quality / Duration: 7h (quality 8/10)

- Feedback on Recovery from each session: so far so good

- How rested did you feel upon waking for the majority of the week? (1 being awful, 5 being alert and ready for the day)
5

- Provide me with a brief breakdown of how training went the last week. Performance, pumps, progression changes, injuries, etc.

Peaked on some movements if not better execution . It’s mostly the execution I find that keeps getting better . Thanks to the refeed also able to hold through the higher volume sessions. As for the legs its improvements on both strength reasonably within how I’m supposed to be moving now + increasing range

- Has soreness/ readiness recovered within 48hrs of each session? If not, which one(s) and which body parts struggled the most to recover?

All good here.

- What session is the most difficult to perform? Is it duration, exercise dependent, or overall work intensity?

Honestly not really I’m getting the hang of everything

- Based on your performance, recovery, pumps, connection, energy, etc. what sessions/body parts feel they could take more work or needs less work?

We just scaled up volume for some stuff so don’t think we should be raising yet even if I feel fine? I wanna say delts but definitely not on push day especially when it’s got 3 pressing movements after and as I get better on these alongside the flyes I realised it can really affect strength on the presses

- On a scale of 1-5, how motivated were you to train this past week? (1 being run into the ground and burned out, 5 being recovered and ready for the new week)
5

- Did you notice any new joint pain or discomforts in training or daily life this week? If so, elaborate more below and provide insight on what activities you are noticing discomfort.

Thankfully none god bless

- On a scale of 1-5, how energized are you throughout daily life? (1 being run down, 5 being alert and well)

5

- Did you notice any visual changes occurring this past week? If so, positive or negative, and what was it?

Continues to be in the push muscles that I’m really getting a lot out of this programme

- If you are enhanced are you experiencing any new positive or negative side effects or changes to your physique, mental state, that I should know about?

- Current Check in day weight : 161.2
(08/04/2026)

- Blood pressure measurement
Last week : 95/65
This week : 112/79

- Fasted blood glucose: 5.0

- Daily step count
Average 8257 (average)

- Calories burned during cardio: 200 not sure how accurate (as shown on the machine , HR 145-150bpm)

- Number of water consumed per day: 4-5L

- Daily stimulant usage, # of mg’s: 200mg

- How was your diet & cardio adherence since last check in? Any slip ups? Nil

- Mental health- how is everything going here?

Nil .

@Prymal touchdown 🥳🎉

Have received 3-4 touchdowns from the man and has never failed to not reach me within 5 days .

While the GH has always been goated and the BPC I never fail to get its recovery benefits from, this time round I’m going to be testing out the teorelim for visceral fat loss in my contest prep soon being 15 weeks out . Keen to see how we go! 😃👌🏻

PRs are exploding this week all around . Especially with the push and arm stuff I’m very very happy . Legs are moving way better and I’m able to load a lot heavier now with improved mobility and joint movement so definitely I guess things happened for good reason! Hard to see it in the moment until later on. back day also seeing increments but it’s not as drastic as my push and arm day. Everything was freaking fantastic this week.

Coming back down to 158-159 by mid-week after the back-to-back 7500 cal high day plus the sushi cheat shows the system handling the big loads exactly the way prep should mate 💪

Fasted shots from earlier this week 12.5 weeks out🙏🏻

I have hired a coach on top of my existing for mainly more in depth training programming . A lot of my coaching services also includes this so I wanted to learn from someone over in the U.S. who had been doing this for almost a decade as part of his business . Can only help others better if I continue to put myself in the shoes of athletes

Would look something like this for this week. My split is the same week to week however the workouts are alternating week to week. Some movements remain the same while others will swap to hit the muscle in the same plane. For example in week A I could have a meadows row and week B would have it swapped for the dumbbell row

We make changes to training mainly based off a training only check in form . Changes can include set up progression to the same exercise , reps or adding a set here or there to a movement that has me needing to bring up an area that could be moving better . For instance , I could be doing rack pulls on my posterior day and then add a back off set where it’s dumbbell RDLs to chase more range with lighter weight . Or it could be just pulling directly off the floor too with lighter weight in a conventional deadlift . Goal is to get strong in all ranges whether it is offseason or in prep!

Cheers everyone hope the week is going well ❤️

Fabulous update sister. Certainly leaving no stone unturned in your preparation.
Look amazing and still have 12.5 weeks left. 🩵

So what are you shooting for, as far as your goal weight to hit once you officially weigh in???
Honestly , I don’t know what my new stage weight will be , I don’t need to lose as much as the last round and atm being leaner and. Offer than what I was this many weeks out as the previous I’m 20lbs heavier 🤣 I think I might go down another 6-7kg

beautiful meals and easy to eat well prepped and perfect :D
McDonalds no bun im in lol :P @Jigglybuff

Bringing in a U.S. specialist on top of your existing coach so you can learn the deeper programming layer for your own athletes is the kind of long game that compounds the prep and the business at the same time mate 💪

Capping the 7500 with a Maccas BBQ Angus plus a slam dunk McSpicy plus large fries plus a choc chip Maxibon is the cheat meal hall of fame lineup right there mate 😂

Honestly , I don’t know what my new stage weight will be , I don’t need to lose as much as the last round and atm being leaner and. Offer than what I was this many weeks out as the previous I’m 20lbs heavier 🤣 I think I might go down another 6-7kg
Isn't it wild how you can look back to last year and realize you're not only leaner but also heavier and still look better. That's called improvement. I'm very impressed with your physique, you look like an IFBB competitor... This is what I'm shooting for, I feel like I look like I lift, but I don't have that specific IFBB look. You have that, keep working hard and stay healthy.

15/05/2026 (11 weeks out Tampa pro if it’s even happening)

So firstly for context, this week I come to learn that my visa has been delayed and would require a reapplication of 13k . On top of having to renew coaches fees etc and the expense of being in the U.S. for 5-6 weeks which averages about 17k it’s a hefty expense and has me put prep on pause . Until this situation is properly sorted, I'll be following compliance as I'm not someone who wants to bend rules or operate in grey areas just to force things to work and jeopardise stuff. However while this sorts itself it would also mean my preparation for the season is up in question due to both the cost of the visa expedition and the arrangements that come with it which require my attention

I'm obviously disappointed because I was genuinely excited about this season, but sometimes life forces you to pivot even when your heart is fully in something. Thank you to everyone who's supported me throughout this prep and checked in on me. I appreciate it more than you know and I hope you’ll continue to support my endeavours . Will be back soon again!

This is a really good long update @Jigglybuff I like how you talk about the bowel movements. I'm not sure people realize how important that is.

That's a LOT of cash for visas etc 13-17k
Things are certainly getting more difficult with US visa's. I hope things work out for you with this. Are you able to compete elsewhere easier to access like Europe or Asia?🩵
That Visa can be so debilitating for so many athletes. I hope you can get it all squared away.

It’s fucked hey. It’s made me have to relook the budget for a bit as it would be a 30k Blow out inclusive of the 6 weeks in the USA. It’s not the lack of money it’s just a huge blow out at once which I would need more time for the physique to justify. I guess more time I can only look better! Thank you for the support 🥺

Sister, at the end of the day you do what makes you happy.

Only missed one cardio session and one training session this week because I can feel my immune system is tanked still every shot I do has a pip and I’m still feeling really run down so I know I just need a day to rest a bit

Not shabby at all considering all. In fact I think I look better resting more

Just transformation Tuesday showing the timeline of changes from my first time bodybuilding in 2022 all the way till recent . This is why we grab pictures because you don’t know how far you’ve come unless you see them 😃

Posting this transformation not just because but more as my own reminder that while God’s plans will test your patience , it will never fail you . 50lbs up (60lbs peak for this year’s offseason) from when we started between pictures and 5,3” 🫪🙏🏻 in between would be some genetics , some discipline , some hardwork , some failure , A LOT of food 😂but it really goes to show you can never stop improving no matter what the circumstances may be. And that it won’t happen if you aren’t consistent !

What a great post with a full recap of your journey. Incredible hard work displayed here. God makes the most rewarding feelings come with a price for a reason as it keeps our humility and ego in check so we remember where the glory lies. It's a great partnership with God because the tradeoff is that hard work and struggle builds self esteem and character when we get through it all.

Nice work! Always good to side by side photos to capture the difference in the journey. Some days we feel like we aren’t really progressing as much as we would like then just like you have we compare old to new and are amazed at where we have come from.
