Saturday - Pullups
Warmed up, completed the below. 30 mins on treadmill, walking. I'm getting heavy and my pullups are taking a bit of a hit.

Supplements
Creatine 30 g, Omega 3 capsules (algae), CoQ10, NAC, Magnesium, Bergamot Extract, Astragalus Root, general electrolytes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Probiotics, 10g psyllium husk. Magnesium Glycinate + L-Theanine, 2g Glycine
Anyone struggling with sleep on Deca. I recommend the following 30 mins before bed:
2g Glycine
300mg Magnesium Glycinate
200mg L-theanine

I'm going to run Deca for another 2 weeks then ease off the bulk. I'm getting a bit of fat and looking forward to getting my abs back.
@LevButlerov any ideas on what the next cycle should be?
I'm thinking of doing a few weeks at maintenance calories running only TRT, to give the deca time to clear. Then jumping on something else for a cut for a bout 12 weeks.
