tuesday night i received a refund for some "dodgy" tren i had purchased previously (not from oxygen)...I already knew what the plan was, reach out to @OxygenPharm and get some decent tren!

Turned up today, did a quick 10mg for a pip test (so far so good, no pip) and will be running this at low doses after my next set of bloods.

Nothing but a great experience with @OxygenPharm

🧠 SELF-REFLECTION

Spent the weekend camping, the good; generally ate well, a lot of protein, went on a hike Saturday. The bad; had a couple of drinks Friday night, but made the mistake of drinking again Saturday evening, and then ate badly after.
Slept poorly fri/sat night as forgot to bring sleeping meds camping.

Have made the decision to cut out drinking again as it doesn't align with my goals. Big test will be in a couple of weeks when I go to Ontario to see big drinking family for a week...if anyone is in Hamilton area and wants to train, let me know.

Bloodwork has to be done in a week, so peds will reduce a bit to pass that.

Sort of, the plan was never to run it more than 70mgs per week (maybe 140 if needs be) , and i was going to wait till after blood work...but i did a small pin for a pip test, and "forgot" to take it out again for the next pin 😂

The general idea is to find lowest effective dose, I find even at 10mg tren ace, and 20mg test prop, performance in gym has increased...whether that correspondes to noticeable physique change is yet to be seen

I've never used more than 10mg a day with great results so long as diet is 👌
I liked it as pre workout and trained early morning and it never messed with my sleep.

Man that update format is super clean! Good work man, and good on ya for just being honest with it. I cut out booze 99% a while back as it just was doing nothing good for me. Still enjoy a beverage here or there but 355ish days a year I just leave it out.

🧠 SELF-REFLECTION

Spent the weekend camping, the good; generally ate well, a lot of protein, went on a hike Saturday. The bad; had a couple of drinks Friday night, but made the mistake of drinking again Saturday evening, and then ate badly after.
Slept poorly fri/sat night as forgot to bring sleeping meds camping.

Have made the decision to cut out drinking again as it doesn't align with my goals. Big test will be in a couple of weeks when I go to Ontario to see big drinking family for a week...if anyone is in Hamilton area and wants to train, let me know.

Bloodwork has to be done in a week, so peds will reduce a bit to pass that.

That's good to know, how long do you run it for at that dose?
That depends on you brother. How you're handling any sides. Bloodwork etc. I've done it up to 3 months but now I'd likely keep it to one month. I can have prolactin sides at that long others have no issue. Being honest with yourself is the key. I also know at that long I become impatient and more irritable so its important I check myself on that. Tren is fucking amazing and a lot of people will blame something else when they have negative mental sides. Its important to recognise when its enough IMO.
Also very important that if it hinders your sleep you keep that in check.

These are only my experiences brother and its very much up to your individual bloods and how you handle the compound. For me microdosing is perfect.

I have done that but not anymore.
What's important is what works for you and keeps you healthy. I prefer to keep it in the toolbox to use at the end of a cut. Microdosing is smart.

Only on the weekend... I have gone the longest time without any alcohol, but did drink on the rare occasion, maybe 1 or 2 drinks once a week...but at the camp it was two days in a row, and I knew it was time to cut it out again

Oh yeah, as much as I like the 22 reps, I find i get a better pump if I throw in a few heavier sets on the compound movements.

By the end of the workout I could barely lift the 10lb weights 🤣
I feel ya on the heavier lifts. I am the same. But @LevButlerov is sooo on my ass with high reps and lower weight lol

I think he is talking about that machine which is narrow at the top and when you pulldown it opens up a bit. But I will let him clarify this.

Just to clarify, too many different exercises? Or sets? Or reps?

On a "pull" day, which i hit every 5 days, my main goal is to increase size in back/biceps/traps
You can always make adjustments and try different things. @BritishCanadian at the end of the day as long as you're putting in the hours and you're getting in the volume, that's all that counts.

Im definitely doing that, a few things to be tweaked but I like the rhythm right now, spent in the gym...and recovered by the next session

@BritishCanadian nice man. Did your wife cook them on the grill or is it something she cooks just in the pan? I think steak is one of those things that tastes a lot better in the pan since the juices get trapped.

Log looking good, lots of details. Keep it up man! Do you find the PSYLLIUM HUSK helps? I was going to try it based on recommendations here but haven't fit in my budget yet. Deemed other stuff more important. lol

I honestly think that pound for pound, psyllium husk is the best supplement you can add. It really isn't that pricey either, I get mine at bulk barn, and what i get for $13 lasts ages.

It really helps with digestion, and seems to have a real impact on cholesterol levels

I wanna grab some and see if I can feel any difference. I think maybe I was trying to find one that was made in a gluten free environment and only ended up finding something that was like $40 and just decided to skip it at the time. I might try the bulk barn one. Normally I stay away from anything that says "Might be processed in a facility that contains.." but maybe I suck it up and try it. lol

Mostly want to try it for the digestion stuff.

Do that once a day for a week or so, and then you can add a second one later.in the day if you like.

It's one of the most important (and cheapest) supplements we can use. Gut biome and digestive health is very underrated and misunderstood and psyllium along with probiotics and apple cider vinegar was a game changer for me.

Get this below. It's dirt cheap and will last you forever. You definitely have room in your budget for this. $22.09 on amazon.

I feel ya on the heavier lifts. I am the same. But @LevButlerov is sooo on my ass with high reps and lower weight lol
@LevButlerov switched me over from heavy duty lifting to high rep and it's been unreal. No advice he's ever given me hasn't dramatically changed my body and digestion as well as how I feel.

Try it bro! Heavy lifts are grunt work but high reps also aren't for the faint of heart especially a true AMRAP set.

Okay yeah that's nothing not sure what I was looking at or or how I was thinking I needed to dose it but yeah I'm definitely gonna grab some. Yeah honestly until I started having issues I never thought twice about my gut. When I realized how it effected my skin that's what I was like okay the gut controls a lot of things. lol
