Injuries: boxers elbow (right elbow, mostly healed), right knee arthritis, limits leg training to just cycle and rower right now. Left wrist arthritis from old break that never healed right.

DAILY JOURNAL
Excellent session at the gym, took a bit to get going, but ended strong. Completly wiped after, 2 hour nap, maybe a bug, or maybe from weekend drinking. Increased psyllium husk to twice per day.

SELF-REFLECTION
Spent the weekend camping, the good; generally ate well, a lot of protein, went on a hike Saturday. The bad; had a couple of drinks Friday night, but made the mistake of drinking again Saturday evening, and then ate badly after.
Slept poorly fri/sat night as forgot to bring sleeping meds camping.
Have made the decision to cut out drinking again as it doesn't align with my goals. Big test will be in a couple of weeks when I go to Ontario to see big drinking family for a week...if anyone is in Hamilton area and wants to train, let me know.
Bloodwork has to be done in a week, so peds will reduce a bit to pass that.
