Need help with a new cycle

Hey guys it’s been a while, world was turned upside down a bit over the last 18 months, but im back, and im planning to do another cycle and more logs

I was going to keep this one simple probably something like test e, bcp-157 and tb 500, some hcg and some estrogen control.

For my first cycle I started sus250 and deca, with aromasim as I needed it, got amazing results to begin with, became distracted, stopped training started drinking a lot cos I was in this new relationship with someone who liked a drink, kind of fell off then I started again and I was on the same stuff plus masteron, I was meant to take a certain amount at the start and up it later in the cycle but by memory i had cooked the dosages somehow I was taking more of 1 than what I was meant to while tge levels of the others were lower i can’t quite remember something happened I got a huge outbreak of backne which was quite bad and then I needed up locked up for about 17 days and decided to cycle of and get my life straight before reconsidering.
There were also times where I think I was taking way to much aromasin, can’t remember quite why or how but I think I was feeling a bit shit was talking to you guys at the time was told to take it but kept it going or was taking it to manage hiw i was feeling not realising that aromasin was a suicidal ai and I probably crashed my estrogen.
Idk it was just a very messy cycle, my life I was a bit unstable and therefore so was my cycle.
Here I am ready to go, I was told back then for my first time keep it simple dont stack too many together start with a test base and that’s what I plan on doing this time around, need the help of the community to come up with a protocol, I’d like to put an order in today or asap, let’s talk about everything I need in hand to get started.
I have already had simple blood tests everything is normal, cholesterol slightly elevated test within normal range sitting at 17
I have a friend who I ordered some test p for he swears by it think I should go that way due to less water retention what do u guys think of test p, im leaning towards the test e as it sounds like same benefits more stable.

Its chalk and cheese mate, your getting advice here and picking and choosing what suits. Your original post sounds like a horror story.

With a coach you get one plan no guessing and are acountable at weekly coach checkins. Problems are dealt with before they arise.

Cost varies $200-450 a month

Im with Gainsman i highly recomend him and its worth every dollar, real results while keeping healthy and life on track
He is $300 a month or 3 months for $750.

None of this is uncommon or outlandish. I think a great many people are running their cycles this way. But that’s not good and they aren’t getting the results and the life they seek. The way I see it, what you need is a dead simple routine that you can adhere to like a monk. Because your life is chaotic. And I understand that. Buckle down on your log of you want to see what you’re truly capable of. If you meet a girl that doesn’t align perfectly with your plans and goals, block her.

Hey Brother @rooster18 Welcome back.

Like the fellas have mentioned above, planning and tracking is gunna be paramount to making the most out of running a cycle.
I completely understand financial constraints but @Freki isnt wrong when he says invest in a coach if you can afford it. Its deffo a path I will be going down myself, in the future.
I do full body workouts 3 days a week, nothing super structured, (which is where im leaving gains on the table without a coach if im gunna be honest) but keeping it enjoyable.

I use the free version of myfitnesspal to track my nutrition and help forward plan my macros. Im not super strict, especially on weekends with my better half, but im not loose and going crazy either. It helps you understand nutrition and estimate values on your less disciplined days. It works just fine, and is a great learning tool to eyeball food. Those musclechefs are a good quick fix here and there but nothing compared to clean meal prep my dude. Trust me brother, been there done that.

We're going to need you to post some bloodwork and get a bit more info like physique, age, weight, rough diet plan, rough training plan, and we can help tweak from there. Info like a BF% can help estimate the need for an ai and the initial test dose.

I would urge you to do a health phase first, trim down a bit if needed and get used to meal prepping and regular training, as a primer to the cycle to set you up for success and adherence.

I would keep things super simple, 16-20 week,single compound cycle of TestE, maybe add a secondary toward back half or an oral toward the end.

The more info available the better. Let us know what supps you have or think of running also. Do you plan on hopping off also or stay on trt from here on?

Keen to know what you think. The brothers and sisters here are an awesome family and here to help.

I tend to eat the same things day in and day out for months at a time, then I change up the "menu." So I will use MFP when I change it up to get it dialed, but after that I know the exact measurements/calories for my meals.

@rooster18 good to see you back in business! my advice is don't date someone who doesn't fit some core lifestyle values. that can be hard for those of you in Australia or UK where drinking is 80% of the population.
 
As most have already guided towards brother i think the most important thing for you to do right now before you bring anabolics back into the picture is build a solid structure or training, proper nutrition, prioritised rest and some life routine.

Ped's are just tools we have to use as enhancements when everything else is where it should be otherwise they can very quickly become a complication instead.

Wheres everything at currently with nutrition and training brother?

Good to have you back man, lean into the community when you need for whatever. Doesnt just have to be for Ped's and bodybuilding as such, we are a huge family here that look out for eachother 💙

I love seeing the responses already in you asking for help. Help is what you'll get here bro.

Before worrying about PED's you can take it one step at a time and really focus on diet. MyFitnessPal is probably the most used app here and I highly recommend it. You'll be surprised probably at how little protein you might be getting in and where your calories are coming from. Track a few days and post it here and we can go from there. It's a marathon bro not a sprint and we can get the AAS on board down the road. We got you.

I use myfitnesspal as well. Just make sure your using food entries labeled cooked for meats, as they lose 15-25% water weight during cooking but macros stay the same.

Deffinitely pick up a set glass meal prep container. You got a rice cooker?

You can just post screenshots of you meals and macros in mfp. Check out my log, thats what i do

Sounds like the main thing you need is consistency. Getting distracted with drinking due to a new GF isn't the best. My thoughts are that people should be able to dial training and nutrition in and be able to consistently make gains before considering gear. But anyway.... I'd just stick with test only if you're going to do it anyway.

Ditch the fast food brother, its rubbish. Yeah it taste good but its meant to so you keep eating it. Health and nutrition wise you may as well eat the tyres off your car wheels😂

If you want to see structured and consistent results you need to set up your macros properly legend and go from there.

Last time I weighed myself I was 84 kg 176cm tall, and I was 17% body fat, my diet was terrible not enough protein lots of bread, so for me to be eating fruits and smashing my protein intake out of the park atm is a step up, my body is already loving me for it i feel like I’ve slimmed down and toned up and put in a bit of weight to just from this diet alone, you wouldn’t believe current diet is a step up from the last few months, I plan to dial it in from here need to get meal prep going and my normal breaky would normally be 4 eggs on toast a bit of cheese, ive got yoghurt and granola there, in the past ive been known to eat berries, but working very hard atm and adapting to the early morning rush routine, I need to get meal prep for lunches sorted in the near future as im running of protein bars, tuna ready meal thingys, and yeah take away, but im chasing the cald and protein atm.

I know it needs work hey

Thanks for the replies guys haven’t replied to many as im super busy atm

As for training, I just got my membership up and running as of today and plan to start training asap, will probably start going before work like4 am something like that

I have however been working hard so it is deffinently helping me get some form of base as im getting back into it

yeah gives us something to work with anyways lads

Anyways will keep logging macros and touch base again soon, let’s us know thoughts, thanks again legends

Brother any change in the right direction is progress no matter how big or small.. things do take time so proud of ya for getting the ball rolling...

Just remember, chase progress not perfection 👌 💙
