I can't believe i've stuck to a caloric increase for this long. Thats 4 months of consistent eating and training.

After spending my entire life "dieting" this is a crazy thing or me 😜

Saturday - Pilates.

After no classes the last few weekends it was a struggle to get up and out the door, and I felt so stiff and heavy the whole time. Hopefully next weekend will be better! 😞

Tried to do my last workout (legs) for the week in the afternoon too. Got nearly half way through but didn't have the energy to keep going. Wondering if I'm fighting off something or just a bit run down... 😭

Definitely got to find the time that is most optimal for your training. Mentally it throws you off bouncing around and wrecks consistency.

Some great work in the gym sister. RDLs are great as is the leg press. These actually show nicely in your updated pics as quad sweep is really pronounced now and your back is looking muscular and dialled in.

Another rough start to the week. Awake for a good couple hours during the night Sunday so almost turned off my gym alarm... But after last week's failed session I forced myself up. 💪

Tuesdays wake up was a lot easier and workout felt good! Whoo 3 pull ups. Not pretty but getting better :cool:

This is where it is hardest sister. Everything is in a routine and rolling well. You need to change absolutely nothing. You think you need to but you don't. In a bit this becomes the new normal and then you have changed the entire game from where you started. Hope the whole busy, busy thing calms down soon though and you get to chill a bit 🩵

Sleeps been tough but still got up early Monday for legs and got 70kg RDLs (I think an all time PB for me) and only 3 plates left on the leg press machine (yes I have a small range of motion being short but I'll still take it) 😁

Backed it up with another early session today even when my body wanted to stay in the warm bed!

Despite the tiredness, the sessions have been good!! 💪

Cant comment on the headphones thing, my gym, my music 😁. One of the many reasons why I struggle when I travel and use commercial facilities 🤣🩵

Weight has shot up with the increase in calories. It'll get used to the increase soon and stabilise...I think :LOL:

Sleeps been tough but still got up early Monday for legs and got 70kg RDLs (I think an all time PB for me) and only 3 plates left on the leg press machine (yes I have a small range of motion being short but I'll still take it) 😁

Backed it up with another early session today even when my body wanted to stay in the warm bed!

Despite the tiredness, the sessions have been good!! 💪

Leg sessions are killer sister. Pushing some serious weight around now.

The bottle is mixed with 3ml of bac water so its a standard dose.
@Sheshredz Sister, a lot of respect for this. Interesting that being tired increases hunger. I've never really thought about that but I guess it makes sense.

I forgot to add in my last log a reflection I had on my last Pull workout. I'd been reading one of @Panda22 logs where she's casually DB bicep curling 12.5kg. I looked at that (I know we shouldn't compare) and thought "damn that's impressive, I'm nowhere near that" 😭

Well I decided to DB bicep curl in my latest pull workout to do a little arms but it was only the 10kgs there. And what do you know, I managed 5 reps. Thanks @Panda22 for the push. It's a good reminder that is girls are often stronger than we think and you should just try 💪

Weight has shot up with the increase in calories. It'll get used to the increase soon and stabilise...I think :LOL:

Sleeps been tough but still got up early Monday for legs and got 70kg RDLs (I think an all time PB for me) and only 3 plates left on the leg press machine (yes I have a small range of motion being short but I'll still take it) 😁

Backed it up with another early session today even when my body wanted to stay in the warm bed!

Despite the tiredness, the sessions have been good!! 💪

I forgot to add in my last log a reflection I had on my last Pull workout. I'd been reading one of @Panda22 logs where she's casually DB bicep curling 12.5kg. I looked at that (I know we shouldn't compare) and thought "damn that's impressive, I'm nowhere near that" 😭

Well I decided to DB bicep curl in my latest pull workout to do a little arms but it was only the 10kgs there. And what do you know, I managed 5 reps. Thanks @Panda22 for the push. It's a good reminder that is girls are often stronger than we think and you should just try 💪

Gosh i did the dumbest thing last night. When i went to shoot my HGH at night, i wasnt paying attention and shot 1.5mg of Reta!

I was so mad at myself. I was crashing out, throwing a tantrum and i almost messaged @CladHQ and closed the log. :LOL:

I calmed down, shot my hgh and went sleep. So all day i've been waiting for the stomach ache and nasuea for the impending Reta overdose.

Is a waiting game now :eek:

The thought actually crossed my mind that maybe i dont want to do this anymore. Nothing is 100% safe. But i calmed down, and i suppose you have to live and learn.

shoot my HGH at night, i wasnt paying attention and shot 1.5mg of Reta!
Oooops! I once shot 900mg of test e AFTER taking my regular dose of 150mg. So 1050mg in one day, 1200 that week. I don’t even remember what I was intending to do, I just had the syringe preloaded and I was foggy brained in the morning and I just did it. I didn’t realize what I had done until I was halfway through a four hour drive to work so I didn’t have any AI with me or anything. Everything turned out fine and I had a great week hahaha

i suppose you have to live and learn.
Absolutely, live learn and carry on but never quit. It's good you had that experience, this is how we learn to pay very close attention. For me at least, it happened too LOL, an accidental OD of MT2 my face was beet red all day.

Gosh i did the dumbest thing last night. When i went to shoot my HGH at night, i wasnt paying attention and shot 1.5mg of Reta!

I was so mad at myself. I was crashing out, throwing a tantrum and i almost messaged @CladHQ and closed the log. :LOL:

I calmed down, shot my hgh and went sleep. So all day i've been waiting for the stomach ache and nasuea for the impending Reta overdose.

Is a waiting game now :eek:

Oooops! I once shot 900mg of test e AFTER taking my regular dose of 150mg. So 1050mg in one day, 1200 that week. I don’t even remember what I was intending to do, I just had the syringe preloaded and I was foggy brained in the morning and I just did it. I didn’t realize what I had done until I was halfway through a four hour drive to work so I didn’t have any AI with me or anything. Everything turned out fine and I had a great week hahaha

Absolutely, live learn and carry on but never quit. It's good you had that experience, this is how we learn to pay very close attention. For me at least, it happened too LOL, an accidental OD of MT2 my face was beet red all day.

I’ve been stressing out about the potential Reta overdose but I’m not sure what’s in my head and what’s real. 😭

I think your Pd wasn’t that bad in hindsight - you are probably quite accustomed to your current dose so a little more (relatively speaking) is ok
Yeah. I’ve gone pretty high before on the Reta so I think I got away lucky

📝Week 18 - Thursday Update - Weight 50.2kg📝

Average for the week 50.2kg so down 200g from last week. Time for another small bump in calories. I’ll go up to 2500. Which is a 600 calorie bump from when I started this phase on 1900 calories.

I also wanted to be 52kg by the end of this phase. With a weight gain of 200grams each week. If I can keep that pace I’ll hit 51.4kg, 600 grams short 😭.

Overall not bad. I think I made some decent progress. If nothing else, I’ve definitely increased my base calorie level 💪

I’ve come down with a bit of a cold and I decided to take a little break from the gym so I can recover.

I’m already behind on weight gain so I can relax and let the germs pass.

Been a bit down that I’ve missed the gym, as it’s such a big mental health support. A big part of the reason I started exercising was for the endorphins. It makes me feel great, so being sick and missing the gym is a real bummer.

But I’m not that sick so if I just take a brief rest I’ll be in the gym faster instead of getting worse.

So far I’ve been lucky and had no issues from the Reta overdose. Big appetite suppression and a little nausea and lethargy, but nothing some coffee didn’t fix.
