You should start off every morning with this in Warm Water (Room Temperature).

Also, you can take a Gallon Jug - squeeze a couple Lemons into it - Drink through the Day

If you can get Organic Lemons do so - if not - No Rind in the Water - Holds Pesticides in Skin of Lemon

Well, I probably should have mentioned this.

This whole Lemon into Warm Water is Auyervedic (from India, 5,000 + years old).

Think of it like this, 1st thing in the Morning, you want to gently Wake your Internal Organs, not shock them.

It's the Difference between taking a Shower when you first Wake in 30 degree Water, as apposed to 80 degree Water.

Your Internal Organs are Extremely Sensitive.

In Ayurveda, it's about the balance of Your Dosha - you have elements of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - there's a Test for Dosha.

That is the info I studied as well and when you get sick of lemon water take a table spoon of apple cider vinegar fist thing in the AM

Nice post, definitely will be putting organic lemon in my water going forward. Are there any benefits to mixing it with vapor distilled water (like smart water)?
 
Not even on hot summer day. Doesnt your body heating the water up burn extra calories? Or is that nonsense

Lol, nope...I mean cool water is fine but not cold....haha I've also heard that but it probly only takes what a few seconds inside your warm body to warm it so how many calories could it take ???

Actually, just Filtered Water is fine, I have a Water Filtering System.

If not Bottled, or if you live near a Spring.

A lot of City Water these days has Contaminants, that should be Filtered out.

Vapor Distilled Water, is not more healthful than regular water (used in Vitamin Water).

Regular Tap Water has plenty of helpful Particulates, that cannot be found in Vapor Distilled Water..............................JP

P.S.
You just Basically want to get out the Heavy Metals, and help Improve the Taste via Filtering.

You can even purchase a small Filter Pitcher -- Brita or Zero Water or Pur, that's just a few that are Inexpensive.

That whole thing with your Body burning extra Calories heating up the Water -- Wishful Thinking & Bro-Science.

Very good info, I have been drinking water with fresh cut lemons in it for years.
