Update

Day 40 Lean Build Phase

The bad

I mentally broke after couple weeks of fighting the cravings for sweets. Returned home form the airport last night following my work trip: exhausted and stressed (work related). Wife and kids went to sleep and found my self raiding the pantry and fridge for anything sweet. Mindlessly binge eating for the first time in so many years - i cannot even remember the last time.

Its not the calories that concern me. I can simply skip 1 meal over the next 3 days and offset this to balance the weekly caloric ledger. Its the mental defeat, lack of discipline and lack of self respect for my own personal goals of which is massively disappointing me. This doesn't align with my values or lifestyle.

Little frustrated with some body dysmorphia I'm dealing with, which i think has led to my sudden mental lapse over past two weeks. My diet adherence has been nothing short of meticulous however have blow up with water and quickly gone from lean and vascular to round and watery. It's a build. Irrespective of how clean and lean someone eats, the scale is meant to move up in a surplus and the cuts and lines are expected to become less and less. I think how quickly its all changed has been the trigger.

The Good

Sleep is 9/10. Duration and quality back to pre-depletion phase standards. 7-8 hours, only up the once during the night. Woke up 5am feeling refreshed, recovered and excited to get into the gym and start to shift the momentum back my way after my actions the night before.

Currently no concerns or troubles to report. Healthy. Strong. Energetic. Injury Free. Physically in an excellent spot. Each session my performances are progressing, in either load, reps or both.

Very little to no sides from PEDs to report. The daily administration of test/mast is real game changer (for me).

Moving Forward

Perception of ones self is controlled by emotions. I cannot let this negatively push me down. I know I'm in an amazing shape. I know everything is under control to cruising as planned. Just need to get out my own head.

Complete reset this morning. Cannot change the past but can control the future. We acknowledge what has happened and why, then straight back to plan without hesitation. We learn and move on.

MASSIVE MASSIVE leg session this morning with a little angry man on my shoulders. Intensity high. Energy high. Motivation higher. Managed to increase load across all exercises today. Had a few questions last time i posted the Hak Squat sissy squat - so uploaded a photo to demonstrate the intent.

Big Weekend in the gym on the cards. Absolutely pumped to get back there and move forward towards the next round of KPIs.

I think it's important to be honest and vulnerable - otherwise the log is simply smoke and mirrors. We are all human and go through times were things are not perfect. Need to be resilient, and continue on the path to perfection.

Day 43 Lean Build Phase

"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference"

Not the best weekend following the news received Friday night, however life will always continue to throw challenges at you so it's important you build resilience and mental strength to have the ability to support those around you that need it. But. It equally important to not forget about yourself as if you don't look after #1, you wont be able to look after the love ones around you.

I managed to get into the gym this weekend, as generally stick to the plan for now. This will become more and more difficult as the week goes on and we leave for overseas end of the week for at least 6 weeks. Defiantly will not be travelling with all my supplements and PEDs internationally, especially to middle east, so will likely throw some test in the vitamin bag and run a mini test only maintenance block while away, training as much as possible, but with no agenda other than keeping conditioned and healthy as much as possible.

With respect to current update, coach and I have been trying to pull apart all training, nutrition, supplement/PED and ancillary variables this weekend which may have been implemented over the last 3 weeks - which has seen my scale weight increase by 6-7kg during this period due to significant water retention. Mainly in face, ankles and stomach (bloating).

Training schedule increased from 5 to 6 day split 3 weeks ago, as did PED dosage slightly. It also lines up with when i returned to work. Could simply be a response to these additional stressor & may settle without any adjustments at all. However have been having some GI distress / digestive issues and inconsistent bowl movements, so we are focusing on food at this point (although no change to menu or large increases to calories).

Currently cosmetic only and likely an inflammatory response (to something). BP both AM/PM has been optimum, no issues with libido, energy/mood/gym performance has been normal, pumps in gym have been great, no irritability in nipples so we are not convinced its an Estrogen issues. Booked in for bloods tomorrow to get a good overall picture of health and will make adjustments from there.

Scale weight is yet to "settle". Has progressively increased daily throughout the last two or so weeks - so waiting for this also.

THAT SAID - With all the family news, water retention and everything else a busy father of three has to deal with on a day by day basis, training was absolutely πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ this weekend. A little aggressive, angry, each rep/set executed with purpose and focus. I've log these below together, as i am unsure when I'll have the chance to jump on for my next log.

Nutrition has been 90%. Stress generally hasn't helped with consistency here. But doing my best to prep food and stay on track.

Day 43 Lean Build Phase

Not the best weekend following the news received Friday night, however life will always continue to throw challenges at you so it's important you build resilience and mental strength to have the ability to support those around you that need it. But. It equally important to not forget about yourself as if you don't look after #1, you wont be able to look after the love ones around you.

I managed to get into the gym this weekend, as generally stick to the plan for now. This will become more and more difficult as the week goes on and we leave for overseas end of the week for at least 6 weeks. Defiantly will not be travelling with all my supplements and PEDs internationally, especially to middle east, so will likely throw some test in the vitamin bag and run a mini test only maintenance block while away, training as much as possible, but with no agenda other than keeping conditioned and healthy as much as possible.

With respect to current update, coach and I have been trying to pull apart all training, nutrition, supplement/PED and ancillary variables this weekend which may have been implemented over the last 3 weeks - which has seen my scale weight increase by 6-7kg during this period due to significant water retention. Mainly in face, ankles and stomach (bloating).

Training schedule increased from 5 to 6 day split 3 weeks ago, as did PED dosage slightly. It also lines up with when i returned to work. Could simply be a response to these additional stressor & may settle without any adjustments at all. However have been having some GI distress / digestive issues and inconsistent bowl movements, so we are focusing on food at this point (although no change to menu or large increases to calories).

Currently cosmetic only and likely an inflammatory response (to something). BP both AM/PM has been optimum, no issues with libido, energy/mood/gym performance has been normal, pumps in gym have been great, no irritability in nipples so we are not convinced its an Estrogen issues. Booked in for bloods tomorrow to get a good overall picture of health and will make adjustments from there.

Scale weight is yet to "settle". Has progressively increased daily throughout the last two or so weeks - so waiting for this also.

THAT SAID - With all the family news, water retention and everything else a busy father of three has to deal with on a day by day basis, training was absolutely πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ this weekend. A little aggressive, angry, each rep/set executed with purpose and focus. I've log these below together, as i am unsure when I'll have the chance to jump on for my next log.

Nutrition has been 90%. Stress generally hasn't helped with consistency here. But doing my best to prep food and stay on track.

Day 43 Lean Build Phase

Not the best weekend following the news received Friday night, however life will always continue to throw challenges at you so it's important you build resilience and mental strength to have the ability to support those around you that need it. But. It equally important to not forget about yourself as if you don't look after #1, you wont be able to look after the love ones around you.

I managed to get into the gym this weekend, as generally stick to the plan for now. This will become more and more difficult as the week goes on and we leave for overseas end of the week for at least 6 weeks. Defiantly will not be travelling with all my supplements and PEDs internationally, especially to middle east, so will likely throw some test in the vitamin bag and run a mini test only maintenance block while away, training as much as possible, but with no agenda other than keeping conditioned and healthy as much as possible.

With respect to current update, coach and I have been trying to pull apart all training, nutrition, supplement/PED and ancillary variables this weekend which may have been implemented over the last 3 weeks - which has seen my scale weight increase by 6-7kg during this period due to significant water retention. Mainly in face, ankles and stomach (bloating).

Training schedule increased from 5 to 6 day split 3 weeks ago, as did PED dosage slightly. It also lines up with when i returned to work. Could simply be a response to these additional stressor & may settle without any adjustments at all. However have been having some GI distress / digestive issues and inconsistent bowl movements, so we are focusing on food at this point (although no change to menu or large increases to calories).

Currently cosmetic only and likely an inflammatory response (to something). BP both AM/PM has been optimum, no issues with libido, energy/mood/gym performance has been normal, pumps in gym have been great, no irritability in nipples so we are not convinced its an Estrogen issues. Booked in for bloods tomorrow to get a good overall picture of health and will make adjustments from there.

Scale weight is yet to "settle". Has progressively increased daily throughout the last two or so weeks - so waiting for this also.

THAT SAID - With all the family news, water retention and everything else a busy father of three has to deal with on a day by day basis, training was absolutely πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ this weekend. A little aggressive, angry, each rep/set executed with purpose and focus. I've log these below together, as i am unsure when I'll have the chance to jump on for my next log.

Nutrition has been 90%. Stress generally hasn't helped with consistency here. But doing my best to prep food and stay on track.

Day 48 Lean Build Phase

Just a quick update this morning as I am graced with jet lag!

Have made it overseas and things are tough. But we do what what came onto and support family get through this period of life.

Will need to find a local gym to keep active while here. Managed to get some basic supps over but will be operating at maintenance level only. Tracking nutrition will be difficult so will need to eat consciously & should be ok.

Did bloods before departure and will post results once all received. Waiting on GH/IGF and E2 sensitive still which may be a week away.

Still holding more water than coach and I are comfortable with. Long haul flight hasn’t helped. Mainly ankles/face and gut (bloated). All started with the increase in TE from 400-450mg 4 week ago. Maybe E2 or RAAS. adjustments forthcoming to mitigate

BP remains optimal range. Insulin sensitivity also great. Bloods generally ok so it’s a yellow flag for now but something that cannot be ignored

Massive shout out to @CladHQ for actually running to the post office yesterday to get some telmi out to my brother by Monday to bring across to me next week (to have in back pocket if needed)… πŸ’― love and support there brother. Appreciate you πŸ™

Day 48 Lean Build Phase

Just a quick update this morning as I am graced with jet lag!

Have made it overseas and things are tough. But we do what what came onto and support family get through this period of life.

Will need to find a local gym to keep active while here. Managed to get some basic supps over but will be operating at maintenance level only. Tracking nutrition will be difficult so will need to eat consciously & should be ok.

Did bloods before departure and will post results once all received. Waiting on GH/IGF and E2 sensitive still which may be a week away.

Still holding more water than coach and I are comfortable with. Long haul flight hasn’t helped. Mainly ankles/face and gut (bloated). All started with the increase in TE from 400-450mg 4 week ago. Maybe E2 or RAAS. adjustments forthcoming to mitigate

BP remains optimal range. Insulin sensitivity also great. Bloods generally ok so it’s a yellow flag for now but something that cannot be ignored

Day 52 Lean Build Phase

Quick update today as it has been a few days now with family overseas.

Found a humble gym close to where we are staying. Enough to get a decent workout in and some muscle stimulus.

Tracking nutrition is difficult right now. Simply eyeballing portions and going off my gut. So far so good. Scale weight has been consistent and physique holding up ok.

Fasted scale weight - 86.4kg

Bloods are back. Have been waiting for the E2 LCMS to arrive but could be up to 3 weeks - so thought I’d share results I’ve received so far

Running @shadow labs test E @ 65mg ED, mast E @ 34mg ED @ GH 4IU ED (4IU dosed IM 2 hrs before bloods drawn)

Results attached. Products speak for themselves πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ in good hands with shadow πŸ™πŸ™

From non-sensitive, E2 is high however worth noting BP in optimal range and no high E2 sides experienced ( with exception to some water retention)

Glucose / Insulin / HbA1cπŸ’―, haematology πŸ’― & general chemistry (including kidney / liver) πŸ’―

Very happy with results and in an excellent place health wise to increase mast to bring down SBGH and increase free T.

Test will be lowered with aim to control aromatisation / reduce E2 & assist water retention. Have also brought in some telmi at low dose to supplement.

Moving forward T= 400mg / week; M = 300mg / week. Still administered daily

Day 58 Lean Build Phase

Still overseas with little routine or consistency with training and nutrition - but thought I'd get something up while i had a moment.

Both Good and Bad, the anticipated family death occurred much quicker than initially advised by medical team - funeral done and I'll be heading back this weekend, couple weeks earlier than the rest of my family whose travelled over also.

Hopefully back to full swing of things next week and will bring the log back up to scratch. Really appreciate the love and support received from my sponsors @shadow labs and @CladHQ - both have been in regular communication with me on a personal leave and this has been very much appreciated. It doesn't stop there - the entire EVO community and all the regular brothers & sisters have all sent love and support in their own way - which is greatly appreciated & won't be forgotten ❀️❀️

E2 LCMS finally received today & as anticipated, high.

The decision to reduce Test and increase Mast for the two weeks ago was defiantly the right move. Currently feeling as good as i have for over a month. Water has almost fully flushed out now and scale weight has levelled.

Whilst the jump was quick and had we blew up with water for a couple of weeks, we genuinely feel some decent gains were made and retained during this period.

Physique has defiantly levelled up. Bigger. Fuller. Leaner. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Supplements / PEDs

Only brought over @shadow labs Test, Mast and GH + small selection of general vitamins + Pre-workout mixed with my favourite @Gold Standard Labs DMAA additive.

Currently running 400mg T: 300mg M; 4IU GH.

T:M ratio is much better than the previous, with a reduction of many high E2 sides and water retention. Sleep has also improved also.

Mitochondrial Stack
I brought over only some of the stack to start while away. I have been running @CladHQ Mots C 2mg / 5 x per week, SLU 5mg Caps (20mg pre workout) & L-Carnitine 600mg pre-workout for the past 3 weeks.

Iron Clad products are absolutely top tier. L-Carnitine is πŸ”₯. Full stop. Best I've used. The heat/sweat and energy intra-workout is nothing like i have experience before from other brands. Have been using along side carb dominant meal (circa 60g C) and @shadow labs HGH about 1 hour pre workout and pumps have been insane.

Whilst i am yet to undertake any quantitative "testing" on endurance or performance for the Mots C / SLU combo, anecdotally i can say πŸ’― my energy and intensity in the gym has generally increased, with the urge to "do more" above and beyond the coaches program. I did play with the SLU dosage and found 20mg to be my sweet spot. Not just in the gym, but at that dose for me it seems as thought my energy and "good feeling" lasts with the entire day without the need for a PM top up.

The combination of the 3 has defiantly assisted me stay relatively lean while away, with little to no focus on nutrition or counting calories, however in fairness i have been fairly sensible with food choices and volumes to ensure i don't take any backwards steps while here.

@CladHQ and I have already discussed some minor tweaks to the stack and will make sure i am stocked and ready to go upon my return!

Will look to add additional reviews and BRO-SCIENCE in the upcoming weeks on the stack performance and products quality as i get back to routine.

TRAINING - SHOULDERS AND ARMS

Not a full log, but latest session included:

- Machine Lateral Raises
- S/A Supported DB upright Row
- Incline Bench DB front Raises
- Triceps bar pushdown
- Close Grip Incline Bench Press (Triceps Focused)
- Preacher Curls Plate loaded Machine
- Incline bench DB bicep Curls
- DB lateral raises

No Cardio generally but still Averaging 12K steps per day.

Day 58 Lean Build Phase

Still overseas with little routine or consistency with training and nutrition - but thought I'd get something up while i had a moment.

Both Good and Bad, the anticipated family death occurred much quicker than initially advised by medical team - funeral done and I'll be heading back this weekend, couple weeks earlier than the rest of my family whose travelled over also.

Hopefully back to full swing of things next week and will bring the log back up to scratch. E2 LCMS finally received today & as anticipated, high.

The decision to reduce Test and increase Mast for the two weeks ago was defiantly the right move. Currently feeling as good as i have for over a month. Water has almost fully flushed out now and scale weight has levelled.

Whilst the jump was quick and had we blew up with water for a couple of weeks, we genuinely feel some decent gains were made and retained during this period.

Physique has defiantly levelled up. Bigger. Fuller. Leaner. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Supplements / PEDs

Only brought over @shadow labs Test, Mast and GH + small selection of general vitamins + Pre-workout mixed with my favourite @Gold Standard Labs DMAA additive.

Currently running 400mg T: 300mg M; 4IU GH.

T:M ratio is much better than the previous, with a reduction of many high E2 sides and water retention. Sleep has also improved also.

I brought over only some of the stack to start while away. I have been running @CladHQ Mots C 2mg / 5 x per week, SLU 5mg Caps (20mg pre workout) & L-Carnitine 600mg pre-workout for the past 3 weeks.

Iron Clad products are absolutely top tier. L-Carnitine is πŸ”₯. Full stop. Best I've used. The heat/sweat and energy intra-workout is nothing like i have experience before from other brands. Have been using along side carb dominant meal (circa 60g C) and @shadow labs HGH about 1 hour pre workout and pumps have been insane.

Whilst i am yet to undertake any quantitative "testing" on endurance or performance for the Mots C / SLU combo, anecdotally i can say πŸ’― my energy and intensity in the gym has generally increased, with the urge to "do more" above and beyond the coaches program. Glad to see your early management of your oestrogen. Have you run your mots-c higher than 2mg? 2mg is as high as I have gone and interested to hear feedback surrounding this. Any plans to run SS-31? I’ll be looking into incorporating a big mito stack in the final few weeks of my log to go out with a bang… so just gathering a lot of feedback from people surrounding their experiences and usage of anything mito related.

Day 52 Lean Build Phase

Quick update today as it has been a few days now with family overseas.

Found a humble gym close to where we are staying. Enough to get a decent workout in and some muscle stimulus.

Tracking nutrition is difficult right now. Simply eyeballing portions and going off my gut. So far so good. Scale weight has been consistent and physique holding up ok.

Fasted scale weight - 86.4kg

Bloods are back. Have been waiting for the E2 LCMS to arrive but could be up to 3 weeks - so thought I’d share results I’ve received so far

Running @shadow labs test E @ 65mg ED, mast E @ 34mg ED @ GH 4IU ED (4IU dosed IM 2 hrs before bloods drawn)

Results attached. Products speak for themselves πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ in good hands with shadow πŸ™πŸ™

From non-sensitive, E2 is high however worth noting BP in optimal range and no high E2 sides experienced ( with exception to some water retention)

Glucose / Insulin / HbA1cπŸ’―, haematology πŸ’― & general chemistry (including kidney / liver) πŸ’―

Very happy with results and in an excellent place health wise to increase mast to bring down SBGH and increase free T.

Yep, E2 is high. Generally tolerated it ok, however I already feel much better with the lower T and water has mostly flushed (only after couple of weeks). Assuming i'll continue to improve.

Update

Day 58 Lean Build Phase

Still overseas with little routine or consistency with training and nutrition - but thought I'd get something up while i had a moment.

Both Good and Bad, the anticipated family death occurred much quicker than initially advised by medical team - funeral done and I'll be heading back this weekend, couple weeks earlier than the rest of my family whose travelled over also.

Hopefully back to full swing of things next week and will bring the log back up to scratch. E2 LCMS finally received today & as anticipated, high.

The decision to reduce Test and increase Mast for the two weeks ago was defiantly the right move. Currently feeling as good as i have for over a month. Water has almost fully flushed out now and scale weight has levelled.

Whilst the jump was quick and had we blew up with water for a couple of weeks, we genuinely feel some decent gains were made and retained during this period.

Physique has defiantly levelled up. Bigger. Fuller. Leaner. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Supplements / PEDs

Only brought over @shadow labs Test, Mast and GH + small selection of general vitamins + Pre-workout mixed with my favourite @Gold Standard Labs DMAA additive.

Currently running 400mg T: 300mg M; 4IU GH.

T:M ratio is much better than the previous, with a reduction of many high E2 sides and water retention. Sleep has also improved also.

Mitochondrial Stack
I brought over only some of the stack to start while away. I have been running @CladHQ Mots C 2mg / 5 x per week, SLU 5mg Caps (20mg pre workout) & L-Carnitine 600mg pre-workout for the past 3 weeks.

Iron Clad products are absolutely top tier. L-Carnitine is πŸ”₯. Full stop. Best I've used. The heat/sweat and energy intra-workout is nothing like i have experience before from other brands. Have been using along side carb dominant meal (circa 60g C) and @shadow labs HGH about 1 hour pre workout and pumps have been insane.

Whilst i am yet to undertake any quantitative "testing" on endurance or performance for the Mots C / SLU combo, anecdotally i can say πŸ’― my energy and intensity in the gym has generally increased, with the urge to "do more" above and beyond the coaches program. I did play with the SLU dosage and found 20mg to be my sweet spot. Not just in the gym, but at that dose for me it seems as thought my energy and "good feeling" lasts with the entire day without the need for a PM top up.

The combination of the 3 has defiantly assisted me stay relatively lean while away, with little to no focus on nutrition or counting calories, however in fairness i have been fairly sensible with food choices and volumes to ensure i don't take any backwards steps while here.

Hahaha she was high ey! Smart move lowering the test level brother, check bloods again in a couple of weeks to see where levels are at.
Just get your test as high as it needs to be to optimize your e2 levels and just push anabolic load with masteron if you dont want to run and ai as it wont convert being a dht.

No need to rush that ai if no major sides arent present.. you have already made an adjustment but i dont feel you need lcms e2 blood work with the compounds your using. Immunoassay is fine, cheaper and quicker hahahaha

yes Not much difference with the LCMS results & agree, things have settled with T reduction so will play it out and see what next round of bloods tell me!

Day 62 Lean Build Phase

Arrived home late last night and haven’t wasted any time picking up where I left off a few weeks ago. Was expecting to be away longer than I was but will need to return in April to finalise some things..

Back on diet. Back on all supps / PEDs. Back on training program.

Successfully managed to maintain a decent level of conditioning and size while away, but did have key supps with me so that definitely help, albeit training / nutrition inconsistencies for the last month.

Straight in to a massive back and biceps session early this morning. Struggled to sleep with some jet lag so was in and out before wife and kids even woke up.

Focus this week will be diet. Getting back into the routine of preparing meals, measuring portions and ensuring all macros are met. In addition, sleep will be key. Need to get over jet lag quickly so focus on sleep hygiene important.

Day 62 Lean Build Phase

Arrived home late last night and haven’t wasted any time picking up where I left off a few weeks ago. Was expecting to be away longer than I was but will need to return in April to finalise some things..

Back on diet. Back on all supps / PEDs. Back on training program.

Successfully managed to maintain a decent level of conditioning and size while away, but did have key supps with me so that definitely help, albeit training / nutrition inconsistencies for the last month.

Straight in to a massive back and biceps session early this morning. Struggled to sleep with some jet lag so was in and out before wife and kids even woke up.

Focus this week will be diet. Getting back into the routine of preparing meals, measuring portions and ensuring all macros are met. In addition, sleep will be key. Need to get over jet lag quickly so focus on sleep hygiene important.

Physique Update Attached. Size gained. Still lean. Bloods in good shape. No excuses - time to push and push hard πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
