Day 75 Lean Build Phase
Was hoping to get this up last night - but a massive day out the house, simply crashed by the time I got home.
Alarm rung 4am and left home 5am - Gym to work to son’s soccer game (1.5hr away from home on the other side of the city for a 7pm game) meant I didn’t get home until after 10pm

Likely one of the best weeks I’ve had this year with respect to all round health, recovery, progression and performance. Everything is dialed in and working in sync. Rinse and repeat. Day in day out.
Show up, working hard and getting food in to fuel workouts, recovery and life.

New gym opening up near home today. Smallish but supposedly designed to cater for body building over general health / fitness. Interesting to see their selection of “hand picked” machines from 10 different brands. Apparently best of the best
Have logged a Full day off eating today as it’s been a while since I’ve done it, although, not much has changed
