I've got to get a video of the one arm pull Downs I haven't seen that in a while
I love doing them, i even lean back slightly and add a slight twist and really pull down from the elbow as low as i can go with them, and on the way up i do a slow full stretch, i get a great pump from these, i will see it i can get a video for you sometime when i do them.

That is my weakest link brother, i hope with doing belt squats alot and focusing on RDL it will in time make vast improvements, my upper body has always grown much faster than my lower body, either way we make the best of it and try to build something great.
 
arms look massive and Vascular good job and you have a nice v-shape
I hope with this recomp i got coming up and then going into a hard cut that v shape will pop like crazy

👀 the majority of my results have come from para pharma and just think its been on low dose milder compounds, imagine when I get my hands on a little more advanced cycles.

I cant wait for my next touchdown from para pharma as well, para pharma just works and works extremely well at that, my photos are proof if you look from 2023 to current day 2024 night and day difference .

I'm an open supporter of para pharma, clean gear, used them for years. @Noah Wixx
I didnt like the high mg/ml stuff, would not suggest it, but normal mg/ml like 200-250mgs is the best for testosterone (used test mainly).
 
I love that Noah trains forearms
I feel especially with men's physique if i didnt train forearms it would make my body look imbalanced, i have bigger biceps, if i went into a show having really small forearms, it would create a situation in which judges would dock me points, as overall upper body is judged, im trying to create a good balance between bicep and forearm ratios, my logical could be off with that, my mindset believes it could be a con if i didnt train them, plus having stronger forearms has helped me alot when i go heavier with different movements.

Push/Pull/Leg split preformed 3 days a week cardio 45 minutes on Push & Pull day, 15 minutes on leg day.

Rep range on all movements bedsides AB work those reps vary.

1x15 ( warm up )
2x10 or 2x12 ( working sets )

Recovery time 4 days a week.

Future goal aspiring amateur men's physique competitor

Future goal/year for starting competition 2026

primary goal at the end of my current para pharma cycle preform a successful recomp.

Ive done so well with ugfreak and on para pharma from 2023 into 2024, maybe they will be gracious enough to help me out once again with a recomp cycle, you never know what is in the cards for the future, undoubtedly ive put in the sweat equity even changed gyms and have worked harder than i ever have before and pushed myself to the breaking points, para pharma and ugfreak have pushed me past every single barrier that has stood in my way, i am thankful, humble and grateful for ugfreak and para pharma accompanying me on my jounery towards the stage with men's physique and all the help and support with always having my back every step of the way, truly appreciate them more than words can describe.

Ugfreak and para took a chance on me in 2023 and it was my hope I didn't let them or myself down, i accomplished that and then some by coming through for myself and for them, which is something i am very proud of doing.

I posted my current meal prep and daily diet, this will be changing from 90/10 beef into chicken as they had a huge sale on chicken thighs, so i did what any bodybuilder would do... i cleaned out the enitre shelf and bought 22 packs lol.

I couldn't pass the deal up $1.99 a pack no brainer to stock pile that protein up.

Curious why your first meal is so late in the day ? Any reason for that ?

Work schedule and i dont like to eat right away in the am or afternoon, i dont get hungry till later, so i choose toneat later in the day typically on my break at work, i feel weighted down if i eat to early in tje day or sluggish, not a fan of it honestly.

Today i decided i would focus more on the squeeze and hold instead of how heavy the weight is for my movements.

I somehow still hit a standing Ez-Bar Curl pr today, 15 reps is the most ive ever done so far this year with that bar.

Pump was absolutely excellent today, in other news coach has me upping cardio from 30 minutes into 45 minutes on both pull and push days and dropping down into 15 minutes on leg day.

The recomp my coach has planned is on the horizon at this point as my para pharma test & primo cycle will be ending at some point in the near future as i am on my last bottle of test & primo

Stayed consistent the whole cycle dosing test and primo at 300mg each for a total of 600mg

Never really calculated it like that brother, it would seem it plays out that way with my window and work, plus training and the times i can fit everything in.

Since your recomping it's probably not too bad but if you're concerned about muscle gain I would highly suggest avoiding it and adding in a protein shake several times or at least take BCAA and glutamine.

The coach has an entire plan for different stages we enter into, on training days he has me switching it up and doing one protein shake and 4 walnuts an hour before i train, forgot to mention that, non training day eating routine is as u posted it above.
 
I do too! I've used their gear for my last couple cycles and it's def top notch!! @ugfreak is awesome as well. Great customer service!!!
Yeah gentz para gear and ugfreak service and kindness is always highly valued and much appreciated, have you notice this about para even day one injecting it you feel it hit like a train, you can feel the shift happen, atleast i can.
 
I don't feel day 1 but you can tell it's high quality. The NPP does hit hard. All of their orals are great too.
Products are the same whether domestic or international.
I've had domestic orals from other labs that are clearly different and not as good.
Para is my go to for the foreseeable future.

Yeah i agree its very potent and high quality in my experience, ive been trying to tell people with all my para logs how damn good it really is, im happy you agree and see the difference and feel the difference just like i do when u use it, how awesome is it to have ugfreak as a source with access to products like they carry.

Pull day today decided i would utilize rack pulls again as i havent done them in a while, really enjoyed switching it up a bit on this one.

Racks had been used up for a while so that is why we went smith machine today for the beginning of the workout.

Macro break down for each individual meal as my coach has changed it up heading into a recomp in the near future, probably around thanksgiving or shortly after, just want to see how i respond with the caloric switch.

After recomp we are heading into a hard cut and mock prep just to see how i could possibly look on stage, coach has it all mapped out, i just need to execute the rest.

Man, I’m so far behind on this log! Hope you are doing well brother!! It’s been non stop here. Seems like I catch up. Should be able to come January. My daughter is getting married in December. And with all the stuff we’ve had going on and all of the holidays… I’m just way behind.

Overall im doing great since switching gyms anf utilizing more racks and gree weights and switching up my movements, overall progress has been very steady.

I hope everyone is doing well and in good health for the holiday season, i wanted to start out by saying i took a few weeks off with a deload, i also had to focus on getting my mind right.

My motivation and energy was lacking alot last few weeks, which leads me into my next order of business. I will be trying to run bloods next week monday or tuesday, it all depends on appointment availability.

Only thing is im not happy about shelling out over 400 dollars to lab corp for it lol.

Ive been working on getting out of this mental rut i find myself in. I am two days back into the gym, trying to refocus.

I am nearly finished with my para pharma cycle, not many injections left at this point.

I appreciate the motivation and kind words brother, this time around seems to be a bit harder than the first time, its been a bit of a struggle towards the end of the cycle.

Check back at the discussion with @AE1079 and @Eddie Haskell they are talking about estradiol being low with primobolan use long term.

I wrote an article on this as well. I was checking your log back 70 pages you've been on primobolan at this dose for too long from the looks of it. I would cycle off at this point of time.

This cycle wasn't my best showing brother i will be upfront about that, i screwed up at the start by ordering testosterone in 400mg/ml had to reorder and switch it back down into the 250mg/ml, at one point i injected into my delt like ive done 100s of times before. Somehow it got infected, had to cycle off for a brief time let the antibiotics run its course, originally was running eq with my cycle, dropped that, added in tbol for 5 weeks instead, so i ended up running testosterone at 300mg a week Primo at 300mg a week and 10mg of tbol a week, lots didnt go right for me this time around and all of it was my fault, wether it was the high concentrations with a backwards logic on less is better, pinning to much gear into a small muscle learned the hard way on that, and bow possibilities of crashed E2, not alot worked right in my favor, at the end of the day i learned valuable lessons to not repeat in the future, and i can educate others based on my experiences.

Maybe you should change up your training of your getting frustrated? Cut back on volume or increase volume not sure what style you're doing now. I do know that for me a change is sometimes the best thing to get out of a mental rut.

A ex gf lost a son in a car accident and was struggling with that as he was my daughter’s age and I cared about him. But it was hard to deal with life and have the low Estrogen. Yeah its been pretty bad for me for a few weeks now and i cant seem to shake it engery wise and mood wise, plus trying to stay dialed in has been more difficult for me than it ever has.

Just doing my normal 3 days a week push pull legs.

For all exercises this is my breakdown

2x10-12

The time change and winter settling in has been hard on us here. It’s been harder to get out of bed and get moving. Lots going on this time of year.

Well i have them scheduled for February 28th only time i can get in, fully covered by insurance, if i go to lab corp i have to pay 500 out of pocket and i could get in anytime i wanted, with xmas and bills and daily living expenses im like fuck do i really want to spend 500 dollars on bloodwork or do i wait and push it back, coach wants it done asap because we need to see where i am at marker wise after my current cycle since its basically almost over.

Maybe it's time to train with the powerlifters and get strong AF?
Ive thought about it because from a bodybuilding standpoint i am decently strong on low mg cycles makes me wounder sometimes.

Primo is my favorite just from a safety stand point and overall what it has done for me.
 
This cycle wasn't my best showing brother i will be upfront about that, i screwed up at the start by ordering testosterone in 400mg/ml had to reorder and switch it back down into the 250mg/ml, at one point i injected into my delt like ive done 100s of times before. Somehow it got infected, had to cycle off for a brief time let the antibiotics run its course, originally was running eq with my cycle, dropped that, added in tbol for 5 weeks instead, so i ended up running testosterone at 300mg a week Primo at 300mg a week and 10mg of tbol a week, lots didnt go right for me this time around and all of it was my fault, wether it was the high concentrations with a backwards logic on less is better, pinning to much gear into a small muscle learned the hard way on that, and bow possibilities of crashed E2, not alot worked right in my favor, at the end of the day i learned valuable lessons to not repeat in the future, and i can educate others based on my experiences.


Im in a tough spot here because im supposed to be runnia bridge here very shortly of test,npp,mast,proviron but if e2 is crashed mast even at 100mg might not be wise, i dont know need to run bloods see what is going on, all i know is for 3 weeks + my mental health has been suffering pretty badly, i just keep trying to push through it and not quit to reach my goals, i am 100% struggling and im ok to admit that.
Hang in there. Don’t always need to follow a routine to the T! I agrée maybe less volume. You’re a big volume guy. Cut out extra accessories maybe see what your 1 rep max is on you r compound exercises! That could be fun!! Might give you some inspiration. U hit some spotters at your gym ask what they do In Times like this. I’m confident you’ll get through this! You have a big community to help you. 💪🌸🙏🏻💕🏋️‍♀️

Do you have one of the lights you can put in next to u daily it’s got the spectrum of light you need to help mood. Seasonal affective disorder. It might help some. My step mom. Had issues when they moved to SE Alaska days are shorter in winter. Really helped her. I think those are cheaper to get a personal size these days. While I wait for Feb 28th. Too bad money doesn’t grow on trees right? 💪🌸🙏🏻

Yeah I hear that man. I’m supposed to get mine every 4 months and my insurance hasn’t changed yet I’m all of the sudden getting charged every time. I have to figure that out

Honestly, managing my estrogen is one of the most challenging things about TRT and cycling. I can really tell when it’s too high if my sex drive is low. And for me, I found that seems to be the easiest way for me to know if I need to take an extra .5 MG of anastrozole. But that’s just me. Last bloods, my estrogen was perfect so I was happy about that. But it is very challenging to know between bloodwork.

I needed that laugh right now, i truly must say thank you for making me laugh, been shitty for me for weeks mentally, i needed the support 💪 yeah, the people at my gym get confused when i do power building stages mainly because i BB, eo when they see what i lift when i apply myself and go for broke, they question why i do BB lol.

The science says it’s directly proportional to testosterone due to the body naturally converting test into estrogen. So if you reduce any ai and increase your testosterone dose, shouldn’t your estrogen increase?
Hope some vets can chime in on this.

I don’t think there is a “need break from gear” moment with your low dose cycles, but, yes, I think you should be switching compounds and investing into blood work.
I don’t understand, Why is it $500 to test estrogen? You can test test/estrogen for about $100-150.

Getting estrogen up is easy, pin testosterone no Ai no serm no primo no masteron. :)
 
Don’t want to hijack Noah’s thread. But I’m looking to put one together here soon. Another bulk. Likely run Nandrolone, TestC, dbol, maybe add Proviron, and for sure an ai. Speaking of my log… I need to go update. Haha

U make a vaild point i cant even argue that one you are correct.
@Noah Wixx use a credit card, do the test now, just limit the testing to Estrogen Prolactin and Testosterone, 3 things you need to test. Other parts of the bloods can wait. I agree with @Eddie Haskell

Coach wants all bloods needed so that is the extra cost brother, with labcorp tests are separate.

Prolactin is its own test
Testosterone complete is its own test
Complete cbc is its own test
Estradiol is its own test

Grand total 477 dollars.

If i only test those 3 things it would be super cheap could probably toss in a prolactin test, i figure the cbc would be the most important test with me running gear panting bigger picture

Don't waste time now, book the test for Monday and do it, it's worth the money. I just looked through about 50 pages, you for sure might have low-estrogen.

It feels like i could that was my best guess or possibility of organ straining which is leading into me feeling tired or brunt out, wont jump to any conclusion until i see bloodwork

Just a slight strain feeling on the front of the body, lower part righthand side, nothing crazy but just feels a nit strainedz hard to explain, slightest of aches, not a muscle ache, but a small nagging ache here and there.

The complete metabolic panel tests Alt and Ast so liver is covered. They do hage and independent liver test i think i could order.

The comprehensive metabolic panel tests all of this, which is all very needed and useful imo.

tests, measuring: glucose, calcium, sodium, potassium, chloride, carbon dioxide, albumin, total protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and total bilirubin; essentially assessing blood sugar, electrolytes, liver function, and kidney function.

Its either total testosterone test or solo testosterone test, the full testosterone test that includes shbg, the solo testosterone test doesnt include shbg, correct i am on a budget, all those tests total is 286 dollars

Yeah unfortunately lesser or two evils here, since the bridge upcoming has proviron in it, be interesting to compare shbg now, vs with proviron with February bloods.

Yeah i did i also found a 10% off coupon for labcorp, original total was 311 dollars got it for 260 dollars, every test i needed to aquire and run, is booked for Monday, December 23rd

Don’t know about the dryness mr. Would but true liver on the right side. You’re right cmp covers all the labs well not test estrogen stuff. But gives a good look. So hard on a budget just to get some Insight that’s useful will be of help. I’ll pray for the best Noah! 🙏🏻💪🌸

I always appreciate the prayer's and thoughtfulness it helps when things seem darker than usual, this last month or so, something major is off, my whole personality has flipped, from irritation, being mad over stupid little things, moldy, just not who i know i am, what i am right now isn't who i want to be, before anything else, blood work, i need to know what has caused the my regression from a mood stand point, typically im motivated happy to help, involved and im different right now, so hopefully we can pinpoint the issue fix it and i can be my old self again and get dialed back, i think i accidentally crashed my estrogen with some mild organ strain sprinkled ontop, judt been rough go, either way we push on and get through it, learn from it, fix it and teach others along the way.

It’s good you recognize that you feel off. Anxiety can really screw with people. And messing with hormones probably don’t help either. They affect mood for sure. So it’s good that you are trying to keep your PEDs and such to minimal doses as a rule. Cuz this shot can mess with peeps who are sensitive to hormonal changes. Hopeful you find answers for your own peace of mind my friend. But if you don’t please stay strong and don’t get discouraged don’t let it rule you! You’ll pull though it. 🙏🏻💪🌸🎄🥰

I will forever be a supportive person of the most minimalistic effective doses with my protocols, i grow just fine on small amounts, i dont believe in the whole u need x amount or its a waste, look how far ive grown on just two primo and test cycles in one year never went above 700mg, high doses arent for me tried it didnt like it, messed me up more than helped me out, i went backwards wasting time that way.

Ive always been very much aware of how powerful these drugs are and what it can do to a person and by the time u see it, its already to late, so for me if i can get luke this on low doses and feel off, id be in a horrible position with high doses i cant even imagine.

I will definitely figure it out and hopefully come back better and on the right track 💪
