Breakdown of some questions - been doing this a while so foods and supps are basically what i know works for me and keeps digestion good and bloods good 
Proteins:
Chicken Breast Mince
Chicken Breast
Lean Beef / Rump (want lowest fat protein sources)
Whey
Greek Yoghurt - occasionally, but always ends up being thrown out haha
Eggs occasionally
Carbs:
White Rice
Oats
Sourdough
Honey
Sultanas
Orange Juice
Fruits
No fat lollies (when on the run and need carbs - am on the road alot for work)
Fats (very lowgenerally, feel best on it and leaves room for carbs, try and get essential fats as all body requires)
Walnuts (EFA's one of the best fats for health)
Avocados, with sushi haha
really my only added fats, rest comes from EPA/DHA fish oil (4grams a day) and from my meats (lean)
Supplements / Vitamins (this used to be way bigger have narrowed it over the years)
Vitamin D3 / K2 / E / C / B / Magnesium / Zinc / Fish Oil (EPA/DHA from iherb) / Atragalus / Citrus Bergamont / NAC
