Approved Log 2026 Tendon Recovery Log

Nice workout mate. Some good weights there. You wouldn't be better replacing one of those back movements with a row of some form?
Yeah I might look at that. I did have a bent over row in there for the last plan I had and just switched it around. Probably will add another row in the next time I switch my training up.

Little different post for the log today. Been experimenting a lot lately with intra workout hydration, sodium intake and how it impacts performance, pumps and cramping during training.

Over time I’ve played around with different sodium amounts and different salt sources including sea salt, Himalayan salt and now Celtic salt. I also found I wanted a small amount of easy digestible carbs intra workout to work alongside the sodium to help with fuel, pumps and keeping that fuller look during sessions.

Electrolytes weren’t originally the main goal, but with everything combined the mix has honestly been working really well for me.

Current intra workout mix I’ve landed on:
  • 1.5 scoops Staminade powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic salt
  • 400ml water
I normally drink this fairly quickly early into the workout and then switch over to plain water for the rest of the session to stay hydrated.

So far I’m finding this setup gives me really solid pumps, noticeably less cramping and just that little extra bit of quick fuel during training without feeling heavy or bloated. Definitely something I’ll continue running and tweaking over time.

Just some basics but a nice cheap option. Pairs well with me pre workout good.

Week 3 Complete – Recovery Log

Another solid week in the books. Recovery phases are definitely a different mindset compared to a full growth or performance push, it’s not about huge lifts or massive size increases, but instead focusing on the little wins like reduced pain and improved movement.

This week has brought some nice strength increases which has been a really positive sign that the shoulder is starting to tolerate heavier loading much better. Definitely feeling like things are moving in the right direction now. Slow and steady.

Peptide Dosing - sponsored by @War Born Peptides
  • BPC157 & TB500 blend – 500mcg each ED
Really loving the peptides from @War Born Peptides so far. Honestly just an all-round great bloke to deal with and someone who genuinely cares about his team and the people running his products.

TRT Support - sponsored by @shadow labs
The addition of Shadow Labs Test E to support TRT has been great so far. Super smooth oil, pins really nicely and overall just feels very clean. Not a whole lot else to report yet which is honestly a good thing, it’s doing exactly what it should be doing.

Once I get my next round of bloodwork done I’ll post up the results and show where levels are sitting.

Overall another productive week and looking forward to continuing to make progress and keep healing this shoulder.

Upper day done and another really solid session in the books. Biggest highlight for me was getting the 50kg dumbbells up again on incline for a few reps. Pretty stoked with that considering where the shoulder was only a few weeks ago. Strength is definitely starting to come back while still keeping things controlled and smart.

The biggest thing right now is not overdoing it. Still sticking with the alternative grips, tucked elbow positioning and movements that keep the irritation down while letting me push some decent weight. This week especially I feel like I’ve noticed a big improvement in the shoulder overall. Pain is lower, movements feel smoother and confidence under heavier presses is coming back.

Incline Press Alternate Grip
  • 45kg x 7
  • 50kg x 5
Chest Press Machine
  • 103kg x 12
  • 103kg x 8
Rear Delt Reverse Fly
  • 10kg x 14
  • 10kg x 13
  • 10kg x 12
Seated Shoulder Press Machine
  • 52kg x 11
  • 52kg x 10
Single Arm Lateral Raise
  • 7.5kg x 15
  • 10kg x 10
Skullcrusher Dumbbell
  • 12.5kg x 13
  • 12.5kg x 12
  • 12.5kg x 9
Triceps Rope Pushdown
  • 32.5kg x 10
  • 32.5kg x 11

Really feels like the BPC157 and TB500 are starting to shine now alongside smarter training adjustments. Recovery is trending in the right direction and the shoulder finally feels like it’s moving forward properly instead of just surviving sessions.

Shadow Labs Test E continuing to pin super smooth as well. No PIP at all and feeling great week to week.

Another solid upper session in the books and honestly this week has probably been the biggest turning point so far with the shoulder. Definitely starting to notice a big improvement day to day now. Sleeping on it is getting easier, I can stay on that side longer without it flaring up and overall it just feels way less irritated. Huge win mentally as well as physically.

Strength is holding really well and movements are feeling smoother week to week. Still being smart with exercise selection and positioning but confidence in the shoulder is definitely coming back now. Keen to keep this momentum rolling and not get ahead of myself.

I’ve used BPC157 before by itself when dealing with a knee tendon issue and it worked great, but this TB500 and BPC combo has honestly made a noticeably bigger difference for me personally. Feels like recovery has accelerated a lot more once both were combined together.

Lat Pulldown (Cable)
  • 110kg x 6
  • 100kg x 10
Incline Bench Press (Smith Machine)
  • 100kg x 11
  • 100kg x 8
Straight Arm Lat Pulldown (Cable)
  • 32.5kg x 16
  • 32.5kg x 12
  • 32.5kg x 10
Single Arm Lat Pulldown
  • 40kg x 12
  • 40kg x 8
Bicep Curl (Dumbbell)
  • 22.5kg x 10
  • 20kg x 11
Hammer Curl (Dumbbell)
  • 20kg x 14
  • 20kg x 11
Leg Raise Parallel Bars
  • 19 reps
  • 17 reps
  • 14 reps

Overall a really productive session. Pumps were solid, strength is staying up and most importantly the shoulder finally feels like it’s properly moving in the right direction instead of just being managed week to week.

Enjoy of pic of my current lunch! And yes sauce is tracked and a low fat option haha

Killing it big dawg! Its crazy i never used to think too much about my electrolytes an then as i started tracking themit was night an day difference. Not only with my training but just day to day in general. Very overlooked how importance the balance of both water and electrolytes, water is the fluid and electrolytes dictate where that hydration goes.

Its been a pleasure to follow along! Thank you also for logging our products as accurately as you do.

This log has been a really good insight into the power of BPC and TB!

How truly incredible are peptides. Its only been a matter of weeks brother. I'm really excited to see where you are in say 2-3 months.

Week 4 underway and feeling motivated for another strong week ahead. Recovery is moving in the right direction and the improvements in the shoulder over the last couple of weeks have honestly been great to see.

Still staying smart with training adjustments, not forcing anything and focusing on quality movement while slowly building strength back up. Being able to sleep on the shoulder longer and train with less irritation has been a massive positive.

With the top up of TB500 from @War Born Peptides we will be running the below dosages:
- BPC157 & TB500 blend 500mcg each per day
- TB500 1mg per day

Half way through this recovery journey now and already really impressed with the progress so far. Keen to keep building momentum and see where the next few weeks take things. Let’s do it 👊

Have you put much thought on what happens on the other side of the injury?

Probably abit early in the set to call it but is there a new log idea with different goals?

Lean bulk etc?

Never too early to think about it haha.

I was doing a lean build when this injury came about so it will be on the cards again. I have a beach holiday planned in Thailand in September so I was thinking a lean build all the way until that trip. Will aim to keep things nice and tight and dry out a little right at the end.

Will look to do some blood work in a few weeks and this will help plan the next stage/log.

Little over a month now and wow, things are really changing for the shoulder. Now, don’t get me wrong, BPC and TB don’t fix you within one week but after hitting the month point, it is night and day compared to where I started. Consistency matters and I’ve been religious with my site injections of 500mcg each every day of the week. I can’t thank @War Born Peptides enough for his help.

Anyone on the fence about using BPC157 and TB500, it is worth the shot. Give it time and you will 100% see improvements. I’ll be continue the sit injections and hope to see steady improvements as we move forward.

@shadow labs Test E has been pinning smoothly. I’ll be getting bloodwork this week or next so will be great to see the results. Based on how I’m feeling, it lines up with how I’ve felt on accurately dosed test before. The MCT carrier oil never fails.

More workouts and pics to come this week!

Tuesday is run day! Little 6km complete with a pace of 4:50km. Cardio is always a focus for me no matter the phase. Heart health is key to longevity.

Sitting around 76kg at the moment. Holding steady and still visible abs with similar condition as when I began. Calories are allowing a slow growth whilst working through this recovery phase.

With this progressing well with the injury I am starting to think about the next phase and what that may look like. Love to hear people opinions and ideas. Of course bloodwork will determine if I’m healthy and ready to increase any anabolic load.

With this progressing well with the injury I am starting to think about the next phase and what that may look like. Love to hear people opinions and ideas. Of course bloodwork will determine if I’m healthy and ready to increase any anabolic load.
