I'm gonna lower the volume focus more on. Cardio I gotta get this fat off me
If anything volume is a cardio workout ontop of doing actual cardio, you don't have to go crazy with the volume, short rest periods in-between sets and a good 45-60 minutes of cardio ontop or it and you will see amazing results if the diet and sleep for recovery is on point.
