@SLT you're in Australia so getting n2guard not possible, but Astragalus and Nattokinase do work. Helps a bit with BP etc. Astragalus is great for kidney support and improving GFR, and nattokinase helps thin the blood and manage hematocrit, but they are limited in scope.Does anyone rate Astragalus for kidney health and Nattokinase for thinning the blood and keeping haematocrit under control.

In the USA we use N2guard for cycle support. N2Guard is more comprehensive because it targets multiple organs, not just one or two. N2Guard includes support for liver, kidneys, heart, cholesterol, blood pressure, and hormone balance. It contains ingredients like TUDCA, milk thistle, ALA, CoQ10, saw palmetto, and more. Using astragalus and nattokinase alone won't address liver strain or cholesterol issues. You can add them to your stack, but N2Guard should be the foundationi
