Warmup is the most critical aspect of the training routine. Today it will take me at least a half hour of warmups before I hit my working sets on squats.

For sure, no warm up will lead to more injuries.
 
One kind of annoying issue is needing to learn this the hard way. Something someone said in one of my logs recently was how I warm up with the bar. It's a MUST
@Mobster and unfortunately that’s the way it’s learned most of the time. People just want to jump straight in and go after it.
 
I timed my workout yesterday. I did 65 minutes of warmups on squats yesterday before I hit my working heavy sets of 505lbs.
 
Even in the states sometimes it can get bad with wait times, when i tore my tendon is 3 spots ( bicep tendon ) they did all the imaging and tests, even then wanted to try rehab first and made me wait 1 year before they would do the surgery, eventually i had it done and havent had any issues since.

1 year is a log time bro @Noah Wixx i waited only 9 months lol
 
if i out of pocketed 40k i could get it faster bro lol!
Well mine was 80k insurance covered all but 1k out of pocket after completion of surgery, some bs about medical tools ahd supplies 😂

This is a good deal, my insurance is good as well covers easy. :D
