Hi Gents,

Age: 27
Height: 182cm
Weight: 99 kg
Bodyfat %- 18

Recently underwent a surgery to the distal bicep tendon when it ruptured off my bone. I have opted to use TB500 and BPC 157 to help speed up the healing process and get back into training as soon as possible. Im also during this time experimenting with Reta. All compounds have been purchased from Livewell.

Currently protocol:

TB 500 - 2x 5mg ( Monday and Thursday)
BPC 157 - 700mcg daily (350mcg x twice daily) - im also experiencing elbow pain on non operated arm and injection that locally at 350mcg daily.
Reta- 1mg/ weekly first 4 weeks then titrate depending on how i feel/results

Day 1 - 4 days post op.

Morning injection 7am

- Reta - 1mg
- BPC - 350mcg
- TB - 5mg

Night injection 10pm
-BPC - 350mcg on each arm

Training:
Cant do much at the moment as i have to be in a sling however i completed 20 mins of cycling (indoor bike) and 15 mins of walking at 5kms/ 9incline.

Diet:
Protein : 187g
Fats: 49g
Carbs: 90g

Sleep: 7 hours

Day 2:

Morning injections:
1x 350mcg BPC to injured arm.

Sleep: 7 hours

Woke up today somewhat refreshed with a bit of pain to the operative arm. During this period i have decided to intermittent fast until 1pm.
Had my morning coffee and off to work i went, around 11 i started to feel what i thought were muscle twitching in my chest area, didnt think much of it at first however as it was continuing to twitch i placed my hand over my chest and felt heart palpitations like ive never experienced before. This was a bit of a concern and decided to sit down and observe for the next 30 mins- during this time as i was sitting down my heart rate went up to 150bpm which was really concerning to which the palpitations we’re going crazy. I decided to go to the ER just to rule out any health concerns- after hours of waiting around and multi blood tests, ECGs and xrays done the doctors concluded that my heart itself is fine and health and the reason this has happened is due to inflammation around the heart.
I also believe my electrolytes were low and as soon as i had coconut water and an electrolyte drink i did feel a little better for a short while however on my blood the electrolyte panel was well within range.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Did i overdose yesterday or did i do too many peptides at once? Please help.

Its currently 9:40pm and im still experiencing mild palpitations however nothing as before. Should i do my nightly injection of BPC?

@AJF bro you looking good on this. 18% body fat okay. you gonna lose it fast

I have had heart palpitations before. Bad ones. Very scary. It shouldn’t be coming from the bpc. You’ve got something going on, and that coffee on an empty stomach set you off. Caffeine is really a dangerous substance and it’s not good for you, although obviously it can be tolerated when everything else is ok. If you can’t get by without some kind of caffeine (like me) I highly recommend matcha. It isn’t as satisfying as coffee, but you’re very unlikely to have such effects, and it will prevent withdrawal headaches for the most part.

@AJF Injuries always suck. But also things in life will happen when I went through my divorce and lost my children, I thought it was the end of my life, so make sure you keep the grind going. You will come back stronger.

Morning injection 7am

- Reta - 1mg
- BPC - 350mcg
- TB - 5mg

Night injection 10pm
-BPC - 350mcg on each arm

Training:

Diet:
Protein : 187g
Fats: 49g
Carbs: 90g

Sleep: 7 hours
Dosing and protocol looks good here.

Day 3- Wednesday.

Total calories- 1767
protein- 188g
carbs- 129g
fats - 49g

Total calories lost - 3345
Steps - 20,382
Sleep- 6:30 hours

Forgot to take photos of foods.

Workout- 20mins bike ride at high intensity and 20 minutes treadmill walk 5.5kms at 9 incline. Next week going to start weight training again, been reading alot online how if you train the un injured side close to failure you are able to reduce strength loss and atrophy on the injured site, we will give it a go.

Heart palpitations still evident but nothing like the other day, more manageable. Consumed a lot of water as well as electrolytes which i believe helped with it.

I feel like the reta hasn’t fully suppressed my appetite however im more conscious of what i put in my body, i usually need a sweet after meals such as protein bars/ fruits etc however that is no longer needed, can comfortably reach my target protein intake which is important to retain as much muscle as possible.

Other arm does feel a little better, nothing drastic but feel like the pain is being reduced and we’re going to keep experimenting with it.

Daily vitamins/ supplements:

- creatine
- b12
- dh3 omega
- probiotic
- digestive enzymes post every meal
- fibre
- magnesium

Surgical arm still has pain, i cant stand still so im trying to use it as much as possible without causing any harm/ additional injury to it.

Have noticed my eyes twitch yesterday all the way up to bed time, assuming this has something to do with the palpitations. Nothing major however noticeable.

@AJF can you please post a picture of you face blurred, we need to understand and see your base.
