@toddthelineman not bat at all on the diet. you can always clean it up a bit more. maybe get rid of the sushi and cheese. a lot of times they are full of bad oils unless you make from scratch

I’m trying to get a really accurate idea of what I’m eating so I can see how it effects me, and then make changes ands see what that does.
I feel like I would be totally lost if I didn’t do it. I could probably just use measuring cups on some things, but the scale is right there. Not too hard.
I’ve made private personal logs over the years, but with only myself holding me accountable, it’s very easy to let the other things in life take over. I’m really enjoying this, and I appreciate everyone’s comments and advice

When I was getting bad numbers, that was really bothering me. Enough that I didn’t always want to check. But now I’m really glad I did because that’s at least one thing that I know I’m really getting right, and if it goes wrong I have ways to fix it without necessarily giving up on… being enhanced. I’ll take three pounds of ground beef, put it I. A cast iron, put pizza toppings on it, cover it in cheese, red pepper, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and cook it just like a deep dish pizza. I feel like I’m eating pretty consistently a lot, but a stupid day at work today caused me to be hungry for longer than I would normally allow. Maybe I’m a little leaner, maybe just water. Weight on the bar is still going up, and I feel like I could lift more if I really wanted to. Bicep/elbow/wrist-itis still feeling better so I braved some light barbell curls and it was fine, but I could feel it in my bicep near my elbow.

But I feel like whey powder is cheating. Like you could just make a gallon and drink it all day. Too easy. I’m not too sure all this protein is doing much for me since I’m on a pretty low amount of test. Scale is 179 every single day. But I think I’m going to want to add something soon.
