No no, I am currently taking testosterone and will continue to. 210mg/week is my trt, I’ve gone higher but I don’t feel the need to. I don’t think I need any type of sema-tetra-tirza-or any other “tide”. I’ve had abs since I was a toddler. I can eat pizza and icecream and whole cheesecakes every single day, I will not get fat, but I will get very sick. Testosterone greatly helps my stomach for some reason. If I take more than like 350mg a week, I can eat absolutely anything with zero arthritis or whatever itis I would normally get.
You're on TRT ok I see now.

I need to meal prep or I will fall into the absolute worst food habits. Whole bags of candy, gas station pizza, all that. Itll happen. I have a huge appetite and need to keep my weight up as my biggest priority, so I’ll post it and be accountable. I appreciate all of you. You can’t talk about this stuff to everyday people lol
Lets get meal prep started this week. :D @toddthelineman
Otherwise food control is difficult and planning macros is hard without it.

And EVO family here to help you. WE talk about this all day LOL :P I know I do.

Two years ago, when I was hitting my PRs and taking more gear, I peaked at 195 and I was maybe a bit watery but still lean. My arms have always been my best feature even when I was a skinny skater kid, I could arm wrestle someone and people would be like “did his arm just get bigger? Wtf was that?!” Hahaha. I have somewhat wide hips and being on T, plus doing squats and deadlifts, has thickened my body a lot and I look much better. I never really thought of myself as broad shouldered, I barely wear a large t shirt.
195 sure maybe start at 190 real lean.

Ok guys, I figure I should post something since I’ve been commenting. It only seems right that if I’m sharing information people want to know where it’s coming from.

I’ll try not to make this too long.

I have a very strenuous, dangerous, demanding career as a cable lineman running my own business and doing most of my own work. Over the first two decades I went from getting stronger and fitter every year to eventually working myself down to a skeleton. I was 150 pounds and 6’ tall. I was getting injured regularly.

So at about 36 years old I actually got tricked into being carnivore. Which was a huge help compared previously horrible diet. And that led me into the fitness world. Started lifting weights, and got stronger steadily for a couple years with no more injuries, but as I learned the very basics of barbell lifting, I was shocked to find that I’m pretty weak when it comes to lifting weights. My whole life people were shocked by how strong I am for my size.

So I learned about progressive overload, and because I was still working really hard, I’m probably not eating the best diet for getting super strong. I started hurting myself again. And then I found out about peptides, and then I talked to real people who were like yeah peptides are cool but they’re expensive and limited and what you really really want is testosterone. And I experimented with that, and nandrolone and a lot of peptides. Basically, as soon as I started taking androgens, I started feeling hypoglycemic, and I added things like rice and fruit to my diet

. Overall, everything I’ve been doing has been working really well, although I am currently having what I believe to be tendinitis flare in my left hand, which is something I’ll probably always have to deal with on and off.

I’m going to attach some recent pictures, workouts, and meals. I’ll do my best to keep up with it, and I am looking forward to advice from all of you. I had to figure all this stuff out on my own.

Some things I know I’m doing wrong right now are:
I haven’t gotten blood work in almost a year, my blood pressure isn’t always in check, I suspect that’s from coffee and Kratom mixed together, which is a vice. I haven’t been able to stop because I work myself way too hard sometimes.
What do you mean tricked into?

@toddthelineman If you have that body memory, that knows to be skinny, then you'll become skinny in no time. Just get back into it.

@toddthelineman This will be a really fun one to follow. We have a lot of guys on the Forum who also worked these types of jobs, It's a challenge but I know you'll be up to it.

Glad you got better. My recovery took sooooo long because it was a workers comp case and they were just… hoping I’d get hit by a bus or something?! They didn’t do shit. I suffered for years until I figured it out for myself. I hate the insurance companies. Never will I trust them ever, they are all horrible people, no one can change my mind
@toddthelineman bros of course insurance bad people. nobody get into that biz who honest. when i had accident they didn't pay me anything either

Plumbing is so hardcore man. I grew up with ooooold steel pipes and we took them apart and cleaned them and reused them all. As a kid, that was a very vivid memory of all the thick, fishy build up. Gnarly. I just battled a bunch of clogged pipes under my concrete slab house. Yup. Concrete saw and sledge hammer right through the dining room. I let the pipes stay clogged long enough to make sure my adult kids were sorry and wouldn’t do it again. Do the dishes in the yard😂
@toddthelineman bro the plumbing i did was hard for sure. lots of times i was inches away from death hanging in places and changing pipes
