Cutting Cycle

Hi everyone,

Been using PED’s for a number of years.

I’m 32, about 213lbs and 11-12% body fat.

I’ve started cutting and have access to the following:
Test, EQ, Anavar and I’ve got about 13ml left of Mast E (200mg/ml).

I’ve tried low dose tren before although after a week or two I find I get irritable and my mood tanks - which is not ideal as I’m in a shift work job and deal with people a lot.

I was thinking of Test (400-500) with Mast (300-400) alongside 20mg Anavar pre workout.

I’ve only got so much Mast left and then won’t be able to get more for a while as in AUS we are all sold out basically leaving EQ.

For a sustainable. Low side effect cycle - and one that will hopefully leave me feeling good mentally and training well - I was thinking of Test/EQ moving forward with the Anavar pre workout.

Thoughts on the above or Test/EQ in a deficit?

Keen for other suggestions. Mast/Primo are out which is annoying.

Training performance, libido and feeling great are my priorities and of course to enhance muscle retention / fat loss and then growth if I ever need to shift calories up.

Steroids are primarily for building muscle. Unless your planning on getting stage lean they are not required to drop a few pounds. It makes no sense to shut your balls down for this.
 
Welcome to the EVO board @Scrutiny12345. The mods will get you set up with a template for a log you can post on daily and start it off with a template of all your info regarding workouts, supps, macros, etc. If you didn't want to do that I'd say give us your intended diet caloric intake and workout routine because you may actually gain weight (without gaining too much BF%) on that cycle if things aren't dialed in.

Test and mast with a little anavar will work great for a cut, solid for holding size and strength while leaning down and you’ll feel good mentally without the harsh sides of tren. Once the mast runs out, test and eq with anavar around training is a fine move, eq will keep appetite up and help endurance so it pairs well in a deficit. But really it's all guess work talking about steroids for you without knowing you or your log info.

You really should start a proper log though, you’ve got the experience and compounds lined up and it’ll help track how your body responds week to week. Logging food, training, weight, and how you feel on different doses will give you a clear picture and others can give better feedback. Plus you’ll be able to look back later and see exactly what worked and what didn’t. It only take 15min to get one up and I'll give you instructions below.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
