Getting huge one more time. More so to prove a point to myself and be happy with my training again. Came on the scene fast in 2013. Went from 149lbs to 268lbs in between 2 and 3 years. Competed powerlifting but dieted and trained to look like a bodybuilder. Suffered plenty of injuries between 2016 and 2018. Finally broke down and fixed everything in 2018. Multiple surgeries: torn bicep (twice), both shoulders replaced, left rotator/front delt, and pec (still a whole in it. Ugh). Been a tough road back but this is what I love so lets give it a push. Biggest numbers (at a contest) were 540 bench, 675 squat (bum knee from my youth), and 800 deadlift. But im just getting huge now. Numbers dont matter to me anymore.
Advice or input is more than welcome but dont complain about running tren and deca together lol… always worked great for me and easily controlled (for me) with caber.
Diet will consist of:
Meal 1: Mass shake
Meal 2: 1 cup (cooked) jasmine/basmati rice and 8oz steak
Meal 3: 1 cup (cooked) jasmine/basmati rice and 8oz steak
Meal 4: 1 cup (cooked) jasmine/basmati rice and 8oz chicken
Meal 5: 1 cup (cooked) jasmine/basmati rice and 8oz chicken
Meal 6: Mass shake
