psyllium husk fiber every morning lots of fresh fruit peaches, bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries every day. veggies for dinner more often than not. I drink tons of water but i sweat a ton at work pictures of dinner getting cooked steak will be on the grill in ten minutes
Perfect! You shouldn't need stool softners. You look like you're good to go.

it’s hard to eat 400 grams of protein I have to take stool softeners every other day. Im not going to hit that today im only at 225 grams and i only have dinner left i might get another 100 in today. I have to drink protein shakes to do that much protein. I will do the 400 grams a day and the carbs you recommended . For two weeks starting tomorrow. I will post pictures of the shakes and meat. I went to the gym earlier did light 20 minutes cardio. i might be able to get the protein in if i eat dinner and a protein shake at 11:55pm. i’ve got a couple pounds of water weight my lats are a little jiggly the last couple days blood pressure is up a little as well around 140/70 if i can’t get it under control i will need to figure something out.
Stool softner? you need to get psyllium husk in higher doses like 2 tbps per day, and with each meal take a probiotic and digestive enzyme.

Post meal you can drink apple cider vinegar you'll see a difference @milbous1

Man 12hr shifts are rough. Looks like you got some really good protein there and healthy snacks. The pork rhinds I could do without but it sounds like your building into a new lifestyle and ditching all the bad habits at once can be tough...I know

I’m a millwright foreman. I’m a working foreman. friday with the gym i walked over 22000 steps. today i have 6066 steps in and it’s only 8:45. I am the guy honestly that goes in a fixes everyone’s mistakes. I spend a lot of my time doing rework. for other people. I am one of the only people on the jobsite that can align a motor. I weld do concrete carpentry hang iron whatever i need to do. Pork rinds are how i lost my first 35 pounds . i am cutting back on them. i was eating a whole bag a day for a while when doing keto. now i eat a bag about every 3 days.

With those step counts you must be maintaining a pretty big facility. I bet it gets pretty hot in there too. Great caloric burn

I do eat 8 Ounces of smoked salmon every day. when i run out it will be smoked herring again. I can get a supplement for omega 3. and i do mct powder in my morning shakes. I cook with olive and avocado oil.


Them ribeye sounds good i would probably pan fry them in grass fed ghee. Pork rinds are about the worst i’ve eaten in a long time. I’m going to hit my 400 grams of protein today for sure. Using the home gym tonight nothing but my dumbbell. Dumbbell are honestly my favorite way to workout. now that i have a little more muscles. I need to start using them more. Definitely not hungry at all eating this much protein

i cook all my own food. before i was a millwright i was a short order. also ran a catering kitchen for 6 years, won caterer of the year twice. My dream job would be a super successful food truck or restaurant catering business. just kind hard to match the money i make right now doing what i do.
 
I cook them at home on the grill and will eat them cold for snacks that’s what i do with chicken tenders

these are sprinkled with a carne asada seasoning from cosco only on one side the wifey doesn’t like food to spicy. they make great quesadillas

This is my first time doing this. I am putting a lot of stuff in my body. I will learn as much as possible. I can’t do this half ass. I want my body fat below 15 percent for the first time in my life. So doing it half ass only cheats myself. I appreciate everyone for all their help.
 
what digestive enzymes and probiotics do you recommend so I can answer yes to that question
I don't have a favorite, Jarrows is good though, but over 30billion CFU and regular digestive enzymes would work. @milbous1 on amazon a ton of mid priced ones think 30-50$ range.

i eat fruits during the hot day. veggies are at dinner time, every lunch consists of 100grams each blue berries, blackberries, and strawberries. then bananas everyday then peaches when i have ripe ones but that’s today’s lunch and snacks all that will be consumed in between 7and and probably 4-5

i got tenders cooked burgers cooked cans of tuna cans of smoked herring cans of chicken i only go a day without fresh meat snacks then i will substitute canned tuna or herring tuna stuff like that but i have enough meat cooked for snacks to last until Friday i only cook 3-4 days out tops i usally do my meal prep on off days of the gym which is tuesday and saturday and i only do cardio one of those days .

In a pinch the pork rhinds work for protein not my first choice but if its all i got acess with, im eating them lol.

yeah i butt heads with the lazy people at work when they want a slacker to quit they put them with me. My boss tells me make them figure it out or make them go. got three people to quit. One guy came down and said man if i stay with steve im going to put my hands on him. can you put me with someone else. My boss said no one else wants you, Go back to work dude left. Then two other people he gave me lasted about a week just never came back. I have my three people that stay with me and we rock shit out

Careful with the canned fish and mercury. Tuna is really bad that way.

Beef jerky is a great meal prep substitute. Just look for the all natural stuff. Not Jack Link's or anything like that.

I do buy the light tuna for that reason. I don’t get the albacore and stuff. That’s another reason i buy the herring and sardines them two are the best for lowest amount of mercury from my understanding for fish high in omegas

I heard Joe Rogan talking today about how he was eating 3 cans of sardines at night a lot and his doctor told him to stop cuz he had I levels of arsenic in his blood.

We've really fucked up the oceans....

that is how it goes in relationships too. you have to remember that the world cannot have too many type A's. there is a reason there are lazy people too. plus remember with Type A's we tend to stress ourselves out way too much and die from stress because of it.

I used to have a hard time understanding how everyone else was sweating the small details and just shrugged them off as stupid or lazy. Now I realize we just see the world differently.

Although...at work I'm still kinda a lot like @milbous1 lol. I justify it because the type of work we do really doesn't allow for type B's. I'm an electrical contractor and he's a millwright, so very fine detail types of work. The little things matter sooooo much in the big picture. If @milbous1 has an install off by a 1/16 of an inch it could be catastrophic. If I miss some small detail I could burn a place to the ground. Really not the right careers for type B's.

warm up cardio was short i did a mile as well as 24109 steps at work left watch at home when i went to gym tonight so don’t have total for today. I think i need more calories im losing weight pretty quickly right now I will weigh self again in morning but was at 208 this morning definitely don’t want to be less than 200# got protein and carbs in today i almost think i need to bump up calories to 4000 a day for this shut down at work . if i get to 203 i will do so goal is to lose fat gain muscle i know i am getting enough protein for muscles

Ya when you're really active you'll need to keep your food up. I'm trying to gain on my cycle and I noticed if calories got below 4000 consistently I was slipping back in weight.

Based on what I've seen you eat really healthy which is great. Just eat more of it.

i dated a type A who was even more then i was. it was tough not having that balance and we butted heads way too much. there is always going to be someone more Type A that will drive you crazy. our relationship was like putting 2 fighting fish in a small bowl. it won't work. you need 1 fighting fish and 1 lazy catfish who minds its own business on the bottom of the bowl to balance things out. lol

I have 10 pounds of chicken breast going on the grill tomorrow. tonight is leg night so im hitting the gym. Tomorrow will be chest and triceps doing that at home. The last few days I have had a hunger come on that i haven’t had in a while so i’m assuming it’s my body saying feed the beast. I know it’s the extra calories I am burning during this shutdown working the extra hours.

I have 10 pounds of chicken breast going on the grill tomorrow. tonight is leg night so im hitting the gym. Tomorrow will be chest and triceps doing that at home. The last few days I have had a hunger come on that i haven’t had in a while so i’m assuming it’s my body saying feed the beast. I know it’s the extra calories I am burning during this shutdown working the extra hours.
I think it's ok to eat more and grow :D in your case.

a mile is a great thing man. i do a mile every time post weights during the cool times of the year. i enjoy doing a nice trail run @milbous1

Whatever you do do NOT do, as I see many here do, freak out at gaining too much and immediately do a mini-cut
 
got the gym not bad decent workout first time i’ve done real squats since i was in my 20s ate like a horse yesterday. I got a few steps in for the day overall I am feeling good for only sleeping 4 hours. I know i need more sleep. Only way i get more sleep is to not work out or not to eat. or not work sleep will have to suffer some for another 1.5 weeks

last pit that chased me i picked up a broken table leg off the side of the road in someone’s pile of trash and i swung a home run right between his eyes as he was jumping in mid air to bite my ass. He didn’t make it. i got the cops called on me and everything. This dog bit 2 other people in the neighborhood. It really wasn’t his fault it was the owners fault but. My daughter was with me and i wasn’t taking that chance

And every single foreman, every single crew that I called out had issues. It’s an impossible situation because you just have to get the work done and it’s all really dangerous. We’re 20-40” away from a thing that absolutely can kill you if you touch it. All day. And right next to traffic and a ton of other things. Now we got all these kids that can’t even put their phone away. You can’t even take them seriously. I had a type b wife. They just kept giving him to other people and eventually a crew just paid him and they gave him a truck and had him just drive around on wild goose chases

This kid, I just don’t know man. He was like broken. He was really nice. Grew up in the circus, second generation. He could run and do a backflip and keep running. The most ripped definitely for sure 100% natural person I have ever seen. But he would like, wander out in to traffic and stuff. He got a truck and trailer so stuck in this old lady’s front yard. wtf. It didn’t seem like there was anything wrong with him, but he was completely broken and less than worthless 100% liability. I don’t think he could work at McDonald’s. But now he’s in the Air Force?!
