@milbous1 Bro. Is that not a bad thing at all? I mean, you got a strong metabolism, but you food bill gotta be really crazy high. Haha.it easier to lose weight when we want for sure i’ve put on some water weight with the carbs so my abs don’t pop really good until i’m at the gym but i figure i should be able to break this plateau go back to maintenance and be right back to where i was in a couple weeks. Hopefully it works like that. all i really have to do is eat like a normal person for two or three days and i start losing weight.
