it easier to lose weight when we want for sure i’ve put on some water weight with the carbs so my abs don’t pop really good until i’m at the gym but i figure i should be able to break this plateau go back to maintenance and be right back to where i was in a couple weeks. Hopefully it works like that. all i really have to do is eat like a normal person for two or three days and i start losing weight.
@milbous1 Bro. Is that not a bad thing at all? I mean, you got a strong metabolism, but you food bill gotta be really crazy high. Haha.

Well, this Log is an excellent weapon. You can kind of test little things out and see how your body reacts, and you always have a reference point to go back and look. @milbous1
 
Seems like you know your body very well, which is good. @milbous1 I like how you stay patient and you're okay with taking a step back or maintaining. You don't always just improve in a linear fashion.

it’s about 2-300$ a week for me and the family. we eat good. to maintain it’s around 3600 calories a day to actually put weight on it’s definitely above 4000

here’s my average step count for the month so far. I have been only doing cardio like 2-3 days a week and only 1 maybe two have been intense cardio sessions been trying to gain a little bit of muscle as active as i am i burn everything i eat i still climb at least 15-20 flights of stairs daily sometimes more. today i’ve been up and down 4 stories 6 times. does all this count as cardio.

bros steak cheap in your neck of the woods? how much per pound?
if i go to the little grocery store it’s cheap i buy a bunch if i can find nice steaks. fillet is 1299 a pound I have to go three or four times a week to find steaks that I like I buy every steak that I like sometimes I only find 2 steaks sometimes I find 10 steaks. but if i can’t find it there is about 22$ -25 a pound

Doing my gym routine like this for the last 4 weeks push pull legs rest pull push legs rest push pull legs rest today was pull. I have been going a little bit lighter weight what ever i can do 12-20 times depends on how my joints are feeling. I started doing 15 minutes on the Elliptical again before I work out then i do my warm ups then I hit the weights. The elliptical gets everything warmed up and lubricated. seems like my joints and wrist are doing pretty good for the most part. 180 mg test c split in 3 dose. 10 mg npp daily. Went off my diet the whole week of christmas. That was kinda interesting. I ate my protein like i was supposed to but everything else was out the window. I broke out pretty bad for the first time since i’ve been on anything. had to be diet. I was on a year long cut pretty much. so I decided to eat a little bit. I have been eating a little bit more carbs mainly rice and oats. a small apple fritter and a couple doughnut holes once a week usually on saturday. I think i have put some quality mass on. I will weigh myself Sunday and take photos. I gained a little bit in my belly I think. My arms and chest are a little bit bigger. My buddy and his ex got in a fight and she threatened him with his kid and steroids so he came over and gave me all his gear. He gave it to me for free but i still gave him a 100$ Gave me 5 bottles of 50mg each test p tren a and mast P it’s a cut mix 150 and 2 bottles of tren a 100 I felt bad is why i gave him the 100$. all are either dragon pharma or para pharma with almost 2 years of shelf life. I think that might come in handy. I still think my next cycle is going to be test c Eq and maybe some anavar. Anyway i’ll post lunch pics tomorrow. pretty much same diet. After i run out my snacks in 2 weeks back to some fat loss. I still think I’m somewhere around 15 percent body fat.maybe a little bit more or less scale says around 13 percent but those aren’t very accurate. Proposed to my other half she said yes. I think we have pretty much healed from the pain we caused each other in our addiction.

Good to see you back mate. Sounds like you've been doing ok. The refeed over Xmas probably helped a lot.

Definitely. They are kinda separated and saw he was slimming out and getting a little bit more muscular and she started in on him. I told him that i would hold it for him and he said no take it. Between the holidays and work and the gym I had no time to do anything really. Good thing my diet is the same food pretty much all the time so it’s easy to follow. I just added rice oatmeal and fair life Chocale milk. to add weight.

I’m not sure on when probably february ish. We have another couple week shutdown coming up and it will be after that. I hope the EQ doesn’t make me snappy like the masteron did. I wish it had a shorter ester so if i had any sides i could stop it and it would clear quickly. My other half doesn’t care if i use PEDs as long as Im not a dick.

What doses are you looking to run? Masteron hit me hard with sides too
 
I was thinking some where around 500 test and 300 Eq. 400 test and 400 primo was nice up until week 14-15 and my body was ready for a break. The Masteron made me snappy over dumb shit.
Masteron seemed to give me low e2 sides, i was running it 300 with 200 test, if I did it again I would go higher test, I would advise the same for eq go to 600 test 300 eq

I’m going to run 4 and 2 the first 4 weeks get bloods and if everything is good bump it up to 600 and 300. I ran primo and test 400 and 400 and my e2 was 15 so far all my blood test have been between 15-17 except 1 and that’s when i first started sub q in the belly twice a week that was a little bit higher. I’ve taken i think 6 or 7 blood test between my trt and the last cycle. That’s another thing i will have to wait for to start my cycle my trt doctor will want blood tests soon. I know the primo was legit I sent it in and got it tested at janoshik.

so this was my work out tonight had to go to planet fitness ☹️ My gym closed at 4. my daughter talked me into going out to eat since i couldn’t find any steaks that were worth cooking. so I ate chips and salsa and this shrimp chicken and steak fajitas. Tomorrow’s dinner is Cabbage-ham and black eyed peas It’s a down south traditional new years meal
Tonight was supposed to be a push day but my upper body joints wanted a day off so i did legs and will do push tomm. i have been thinking about doing legs in the middle anyway to give my upper body the rest it needs

Eq should be ok, masteron and eq work differently

Still a good looking workout despite the different gym mate. That prawns (shrimp) and steak dish looks awesome.

It was a good workout. My legs feel it today a little bit. Dinner was pretty good plenty of protein it was a double portion meant for two people. she ate 4 shrimp a couple pieces of chicken and i ate the rest. It was a little bit greasy but it was leg day. Leg day I eat a little extra. Legs tax me pretty hard some days.

Yeah same mate. Can see why some people carb cycle and put the high carbs on leg day!

That incline barbell is quite impressive considering you're hitting 4x12.
yeah light cardio and stretching is mandatory at 45 😂 . My last set was only 10 on the incline but it’s also a drop set and i take off 20 pounds do it as many as i can then 10 pounds off then another 10 i usally get 5-7 reps of those then the bar and i get about 10 reps of that in and im shaking. Days I do the chest flys first I only do about 110 on the incline in reps of 12. I haven’t done flat bench in months always incline. I feel the most activation in my chest with incline.

Yeah I've started doing incline only no flat pressing. Trying to fix my severely lacking upper chest.
 
macros for yesterday normal breakfast shake and my usual lunch and snack dinner was a protein drink not that hungry last night. Yesterday was a off day at the gym

I would like to keep it a lean bulk. I know the extra carbs will make me puffy. Yesterday was a light calorie day no work out. I set it close to 3000 so i don’t go over 4000, Right now. I eat when im hungry Im at a little over 3000 right now and haven’t eaten dinner yet. Already hit 400 grams of protein. But On my way to the gym right now will eat some food afterwards probably around 750 ish calories. i was at 222.5 pounds when i came back from vacation I just weighed myself im at 216 it’s because Im back at work moving burning everything up. Will post some pics tomorrow. Will post workout and macros later

I don’t want to do a bulk where it’s all water and i drop mostly everything after i’m done
You can lean bulk easy but you need carbs to bulk, drop protein to 250-300 and up your carbs @milbous1

Kinda sounds like what you wanna do is main gain. That's a totally different thing but possible too. You'd just need to choose the right compounds and let them do the work. From what I've seen online with those kind of cycles guys are happy to add around 5lbs and stay lean.
 
so the calories in the app don’t count the food on the two plates. I was hungry. that’s my back and biceps work out for tonight. I also did some stretching on the rack afterwards and did 10 minutes in the hydro bed massage . dinner was chicken swarma, rice, gyro meat, pan fried cheese desert was 1/3 a piece of apple pie cheese cake. also ate a small side salad with feta cheese dressing.

You can still maintain decent conditioning while bulking..BF might go up a bit and you will look fluffier cuz you're holding more water but you can't take that off easy after you're done.

If you really wanna grow there's no way around it, gotta up the food.

I'm bulking myself right now so I get what you're going through. I have the same issues myself and not wanting to lose my conditioning. In the mornings when I'm dry I can still clearly see my abs, by the end of the day they're a little blurry. Just is what it is. I know when I get off this cycle and back on my TRT and normal macros I'll look like myself again but bigger. Just part of the process.
 
so the calories in the app don’t count the food on the two plates. I was hungry. that’s my back and biceps work out for tonight. I also did some stretching on the rack afterwards and did 10 minutes in the hydro bed massage . dinner was chicken swarma, rice, gyro meat, pan fried cheese desert was 1/3 a piece of apple pie cheese cake. also ate a small side salad with feta cheese dressing.

there was some rice on that plate lol. Oats are my favorite way of getting carbs. I’m going to make some of those homemade oat and protein bars when my other protein bars run out. I have about a week supply left. I’ve been eating oatmeal about half of the mornings. And usually if i need something sweet after dinner its a half cup of oats cooked in milk with powdered peanuts .(The pb2knock off) and a Tbs of honey. Honestly that’s pretty much how i always eat my oatmeal. When I was my biggest and strongest when natural that was how i got my carbs in. I also like Dates for my pre workout. or 1.5tbs honey. I found a way to make chicken salad pretty healthy. I take my chicken and mix it with 1 percent fat cottage cheese (i guess i could use no fat cottage cheese) add my onions and stuff I could diced up some cooked sweet potato’s and add that in for my carbs. I eat most of my food cold during work hours. Even lunch. I carry my lunchbox wherever I go at work except the few places we aren’t allowed to have food or anything other than a bottle of water. I’ll quit rambling now

I’ll have around 10 weeks after the end of january before the next shutdown at work so i should be able to bust ass and when the shut down comes go a little bit lighter for a couple weeks kinda de load a little bit and ready myself for the last little bit. I never know though when they could put us all on 12 hours because we get behind or something.

Life on the production like eh. As long as the work keeps coming it's all good though. Atleast you guys have some industry. Up here in Ontario Canada we lost most of ours after free trade came in. We lost our last industrial customer about 10 years ago. All of its in Mexico or Asia now.

I’m a millwright there is always work as long as i am willing to travel. honestly I can do enough of a lot of trades to figure out a job if i need to. I prefer mechanical over hanging iron and building forms. I do a lot of work i. steel plants and grain production. right now we are doing a big addition so they can make bio diesel.

Let me clarify a point on that 'lean enough to bulk'.

Old school bulk would have you pile it on and that included a fair amount of fat. I'd have you sit around 12-15% bodyfat and JUST ADD LEAN MUSCLE. Aka 'lean bulk'.
Yes that’s my plan keeping the fat gain to a minimum. That’s where i will have to modify my carbs up or down slightly. I know protein calories, are less efficient for the body vs fat or carbs Meaning it takes more for the body to break it down to usable energy vs fat and carbs would be the simplest explanation i can think of that makes sense to me.

today’s food and work out tomm is rest day. probably play around with a little meal prep for up coming cycle see how palatable it is.

Granted if it would have been 4-5$ extra a hour i probably would of taken it but 1-2$ a hour to have to stay at a company i dont really respect ain’t worth it. I took this job because it was a 2-2.5 year job. The higher ups are pretty sleazy there. I told myself 3 years ago i wouldn’t go back. The stars lined up and i did what was best for my daughter.

Bloods came in from trt clinic they aren’t the best but i’ll get real blood work done 6 weeks in. my Shgb went back up but last time i blasted it went dow pretty low so i will see. I have some proviron if need I have my Ai’s and my gear only thing missing is turinabol it will be here shortly. I know i still gotta up my carbs. making probably just home made granola bars I have no problem getting protein. cooking sweet pots tonight. Blood pressure has been good low to mid 120s / 75 ish. blood sugar stays around 90 though that’s on a lower carb diet Gotta keep an eye out on that.

Been doing a lot of reading on joint health and it made sense why my joints were hurting being in an almost year long cut and trying to push myself to the limit. I learned a lot though next cut will be lighter weights more reps and leave a little in the gas tank so to speak not trying to max out on weight. the last six weeks with eating a little extra and gaining some weight has made things feel better.
 
well Shut down is postponed until end of february. I’m going to start today. I’ll take pictures every two weeks, and i update my macros usually daily with my exercises done for the day. It’s time to put some mass on. I take pictures here and there of my meals but breakfast and lunch are pretty much always the same thing breakfast is always a protein shake now i’m adding two servings of powdered oats to it every morning for the extra carbs in the process of making my new lunch menu probably will consist of a lot of chicken salad made with low fat cottage cheese and chunks of sweet potatoes. and some kind of asian style rice salad

you should try to get bpc if you have actual joint issues

Also anyone ever tried date syrup on stuff instead of honey for like granola bars it’s GI is considerably lower than honey and has all kinds of minerals and stuff. Just wondering if anyone has tried it.

i was thinking the date syrup for my home made protein or just granola bars. It has a lower glycemic index than honey. I eat dates regularly probably will be eating a few more now that i’m pretty much 4x my carb intake. I use them or honey for a pre workout. Or if i have a nagging sweet tooth. I get the big dates. I buy the big containers at cosco.
 
My bloods are good it’s just not a very complete test. yes the ones in blue are my new ones the others are my first blood test ever from them.
