@rayray01 Seems like a really tough workout on your legs. I'm sure you woke up this morning when you got out of bed and you were a little bit sore. But that is great. I'm glad you're pushing yourself and to improve
Honestly man, that is my leg workout twice a week, and I do not even get sore the morning after, the day of I am a bit tired but I was still able to hit my daily step count and every thing else. Like my body has gotten used to it and conditioned so well that I literally just run through it like its nothing. Granted some equipment's are a bit more challenging but I never try to overdo it in terms of weights, I keep it just a little bit above comfort zone but not which would cause injury or pain. Just a slight strain that's it. Hopefully upping my protein intake will allow more muscle to grow to allow me to push a bit heavier across everything.
 
you and whoever kathleen is need to spend time together at the gym. both of you spend more time there then everyone else combined lol. good job on the dedication @rayray01
hahaha... i am sure who she is, but I tell you what she keeps me on my toes, she is relentless in her effort to close the gap, i just have no life so I pretty much wake up at 4:30am and get to the Gym parking lot by 5am, walk the parking lot till 5:30am when it opens up, then workout from 5:30am to 7:30-7:45am (complete routine- weights, walking and sauna) then come home and work all day till about 4:30-5pm, and then I hit crunch fitness in the evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, go home have a light dinner and in bed by 9pm. Wake up and rinse and repeat 7 days a week. lol. I have partied enough for 7 people for 7 life times over on 7 different continents. bars, shopping and all does not excite me anymore. I am very content and happy with my routine. and on weekends I get to see my daughter with whom i spend all my quality time with, granted she is only 10 month old, so i am sure as she gets older I will go and do where ever she asks me to come along with her...

4 scoops of protein 3-4 times a day is no joke,
Yes that is a lot of powder and a lot of protein. It takes a little time to work up to it.
Should i split the EQ 100mg in two shots or just one shot will last the week?
I believe EQ being a very long ester it’s best to get it all in there right away and then keep it regular. Certainly no more than once a week is necessary
 
Yea so the gym has E-Gym system where if you use Matrix Machines or Peleton Machines they are uatimatically tracked and logged. Which is pretty cool. Personally did not pay much attention to it till late last month, but it is a pretty cool tech, shows how many sets, time, how long, all kinds of details.

I’m sure the chicken is going to work great for you. This is going to be excellent for your cycle. You can see in my first log, as I continued to eat 400g and more of protein a day consistently I got much leaner and more muscular at the same time. I wasn’t lifting anything crazy and I started from a good place, but I had never made progress quite like that before and it was the protein that did it, the one variable that I never had Consistently for long term. Mind you I actually LOWERED my test dose early in that log, but gained muscle and lost fat. That was an amazing experiment and success
I mean I am doing the 400gms but it is supposedly harsh on kidneys, should I continue it? Any thoughts? Remember I habe only one remaining wrong at about 70%

I will forever myself through it for the results, but it's it even possible for my body to absorb that much?

Remember that PEDs allow you to utilize far more protein than without. This is a primary function of them. As far as harming your kidneys, this is heavily debated. You need to watch your kidney function like a hawk already. My egfr has been good despite nearly a decade of extreme protein consumption. And digestion is KEY, it’s counterproductive to ingest anything that you can’t digest.

So you can see that the internet hasn’t given you a complete answer. My log and my lived experience shows that I can indeed use more than 10g of protein per hour because I’m eating like 50 per hour with excellent digestion. And for much of my life and y last long I did it without powders.

But you need to watch yourself carefully. EQ is famous for high RBC. High blood pressure harms kidneys. None of this is worth harming yourself. So take it reasonably slow and make sure you are paying attention. Don’t force 400g right away if it doesn’t digest.

High amounts of protein can and will change some things on your blood work. But it doesn’t NECESSARILY mean that your are injuring yourself because the ranges are made for regular people who are not eating in extreme ways.

I doubt there is a single person on earth who actually had kidney failure from protein consumption, unless there was something very strong with them of course. They are extrapolating that it could happen because of skewed numbers in blood work.

Got it i will continue my protien intake as advised. To counter EQ rice issue, I plan to donate blood once a month to help reduce to load. Have to increase drinking more water as well. That will also help flush out toxins from the kidney.
 
I have leaky slept through most of the day, everytime I had the protein shake, I get so full and sleepy that I lay down and nap. Luckily there was hardly any work to do at work, I how my body gets used to it quickly. If not I will be the most well built unemployed person on planet... lol laid off coz I fell asleep.
I would dial it back, take out the extra scoops around work time. You don’t need 400 yet. You are struggling with it 🙂

I started it so let me continue it atleast through the cycle, I will figure out ways to not be so sleepy or stay a bit more active after drinking it. Or atleast try for z another day or so, I have scrap calls tomorrow so will find out tall quick if I can or not, if I took a nap through one of them... lol

I surely got the commitment part down, hopefully the results will also follow..lol. I am just being silly, they are slowly and steadily I have been making progress, hopefully with everyone's help here, and incorporating the correct advise and tips, I can get there in a more efficient way.

Curious about your full blood work. What is your egfr with only one kidney? I got some bloodwork back today, and the very high protein most certainly is throwing the numbers off. I can’t say whether you should be comfortable with that or not. But I also had high blood pressure for an unknown amount of time. A couple years probably.

I have elevated bun/creatinine ratio at 26, egfr is 84, and now elevated potassium at 5.5. That’s got me stressed, because I never had that before and it can be dangerous in and of itself as well as a sign of poor kidney function. I haven’t even been eating high potassium food

Not sure I am getting leaner or fatter...lol, i am just being silly... in all honesty my old trouble spot is a little bit of fat in around my belly button, if i can get that gone, I am golden. I am doing everything that i know of under the sky, and have made great progress but have hit a plateau. Do you recommend to get a trainer at the gym. Coz so far not feeling any strength gains or seeing any visible muscle growth. My concern is now am I training properly at the gym.

I have had high BP for over a decade and half myself and had been taking medication. eGFR- on Oct 1st bloodwork was at 75, Bun/Creatine of 12.4 is high for me as well, i am usually around 9-10. I have the trouble where my body does not retain potassium, I have 20mg of potassium pill 4 times a day, so 80mg per day for over a decade now. that is the only way i can stay in normal range, if i stop of like 2-3 days that number tanks for me to 3.0 or below. One advise try not to stress about it, stress= higher BP=impact on kidney function. control your controllable is all one can do. 20251007_113856.webp i literally have to take that many prescription medication everyday to make sure i dont keel over before my time...lol and not counting all the supplements on top of that i take.20251007_113909.webp

Yea man I was not sure where to even start to so started at reddit post, got scammed by some douche on telegram out of $750.00 then of course after losing money found steroid warehouse and naps, which both turned out to be solid. learnt about domestic supply after joining this forum. but between the 3 domestic supply was the quickest one and very decent selection as well. Naps has the widest selection without a doubt and have been on point about things. Some delays but you know what, i rather get legit quality stuff a bit late, than get screwed like I did before. Could not be more happy with my overall experience throughout the process minus that douche who took my $750. Actually not his fault, i am the idiot that fell for it, so shame on me.

A good trainer at the gym can fine-tune form and loading so you get more from each set. Even a few sessions can expose small gaps that make a big difference in muscle growth and strength. :D

You’re handling a tough setup well and staying consistent with medication and potassium management which keeps things stable long term. Staying relaxed and training regularly at a moderate pace 4–5x per week with controlled breathing on compound work will help blood pressure more than chasing max loads.

But don't keep protein this high with your kidney numbers too long, you should swing that up and down, try high protein for a week or 2 and lets get bloods again.

Man I stay away from free weights and so not thing happened r ever done a squat. I only use machines gor the reason that the range of.motion is limited s reduces the chances for injury. Plus Mt ass is clumsy as fuck just using the dumbells I injure my fingers atleast once or twice a week... need a proper spotter to ensure I do not hurt myself in an effort of pushing my limits. I will find out how much it costs and go from there

Less talk and phone equals quicker in and out
Bruh, I do not.speak with anyone at the gym, I am that guy, I just hve my ear buds in amd my music on... and I am in the zone. I go out of my way to not be social, however I do give myself 3-4 mons rest between sets. I am by no means complaining about my.time in the gym. It is my medication time, that is how I relax and think through things for the day or un my life.
 
I track my.weigth and fat percentage very closely. Ever since starting in the cycle, I have seen the uptick in my weight and fat percentage, however my routine has stayed the same and my.diet has also.remained very very similar besides increase in protein intake. This is week.twp of 300mg/week of Testosterone C. And week one of 100mg/week of Eq. Is this normal or do I need to adjust something, Kindly advise.

You started the cycle very recently, I believe. What you are seeing is increased water, both on the surface and i the muscle. This is normal and good, and as long as your dose is steady, this will remain steady as well. From here, the muscle that you gain will be from your increased weight or total volume when you lift, as well as your increased food, of course. It will happen steadily and because you are checking it so closely and observing it daily it will seem like nothing is happening. But over time you’ll be able to see a huge difference as long as you are consistent

Ok will I end to with abs, how do I get there, I do excersizes everyday, was running a decifit but since hoping my protein i went from decifit to a surplus, I am now thinking abs probably not happening... lol.. coz I am just not lean enough for them and now that not in decifit definitely will be harder to lean up....

You’ll get abs. Be patient. Keep working, adjust things slowly.
 
I should drink more water for sure, I have struggled with that ask my life, I have not experienced any discomfort or anything but ofcourse will need bloodwork to the impact of it on kidneys.

Not.enough for sure, I need to.drink aleast a gallon or.more, but if.i do.that, I will.sure as heck.wont be able to.eat.anything, wont have any space left for.food. lol

This is normal probably water retention.
 
I will do so moving forward but could not have been more than 5-6 glasses of water besides water in the protein shake
are you able to get 3-4L of water per day?
 
Today diet and workout, plus remaining test for the week, so total of 300mg test and 100mg eq done for this week

So if I drink.64oz bottle of.water whole.i am in suna will that count towards daily goal.or not because that makes it more manageable. Also when I woke up.pre workout I was 154lbs and after morning workout I was 157lbs I bet a lot.of it was water weight that I drank I. Sauna after workout session. But in a week I went from 149 to 157 😭... hope this thing stabilizes quickly if not my ass will be right back.to 200 real quick... lol

It’s 99.9% water rayray. It’s impossible to gain muscle or fat that quickly. You’ll be fine. Try not to check multiple times a day. This is obsessive and will mess with your mind and distract you. Best to just weigh once in the morning👍

Drinking in the sauna still counts toward your daily total, it’s just that you’re sweating a lot of it right back out. Keep fluids steady through the day and get more in when you’re training or using sauna like that. @rayray01

The jump from 149 to 157 is mostly water and glycogen, not fat. Let it level out over a few days while keeping meals consistent and you’ll settle at your real baseline soon.
 
Today's Workoit... seems like i am spending a lot of time there and it does not account for my morning gym time which is a different facility.

Do you recommend to start Aromapex 25 to avoid estrogen effects of testosterone simultaneously throughout the cycle. Coz feeling like my man boobs are.starting to show up.
You have nipple pain? Burning? Sensitivity? Aromasin is good, but strong. You would need blood work and an experienced person to guide your dosing. It only takes a quarter or half pill at a time With lower dose cycles like ours. Don’t want to over do it

If you don’t have those symptoms, then it’s unlikely you are experiencing elevated estrogen resulting in gyno. You are simply holding more water. It’s part of the process, but it will be less apparent as you become leaner from reducing fat as well as increasing muscle, both of these things Work to lower your overall body fat percentage. Water manipulation tactics can be a little risky and with your health history and age I would avoid it and it’s completely unnecessary

If you try to use an AI for something that isn’t actually a result of elevated e2, you’ll crash your e2 and be miserable.

Injured my right shoulder yesterday while doing dumbell bench press, got it popped back in at chiropractor today been icing and bio freezing it.

Also signed up.for 4 - one hour sessions with a trainer at the gym in an effort to clean up any technique flaws and gain some confidence with some dead lifts and squats, hopefully should help me push myself in the right direction.

Yes sir, BPC-157 blend is.on its way will be here on Monday. Not sure about it being pain free ever, but MRI is also coming up next Friday so should get some additional clarity. Right now I cant even lift 5lbs with right shoulder, so I guess a lot of legs day ahead of me...lol. hoping it gets better quickly, am so mad at myself to even heavier weight without someone spotting me. Smh...

@rayray01 that is a very moderate cycle. eq and test is pretty good. can get low sides and clean gains

Come to think of it @LevButlerov, should we adjust the dose to 400 or 500mg a week on test and to 200mg Equipoise? Please advise, so far all has been well no sode effects....

what happened to your shoulder? seems like you may have torn something i hope not though. if it doesn't get better get an MRI @rayray01

i mean dosing is very individual. i've always done well on EQ 300-400mgs a week

when it comes to shoulders its not something that you need to take lightly @rayray01 once a problem starts it will likely get worse and worse. so stay off of it for a while

Man this injury is a 22 yrs old, trust me I know man, hopefully this mri will help identify the problem so I can work towards resolving it once and for all.

@rayray01 bros bpc gonna help speed up healing. but if you keep pounding at it gonna tear it more. eventually gonna need surgery if you do that!

let us know how it goes. @rayray01 bpc and tb are not cheap. but they do speed up repair. i would also avoid certain lifts

You got it, I rcvd bpc today luckily, took one shot of it in the shoulder as soon as soon as it got here and will take another one at eod before bed. Took today as rest day just to recoup and let the body recover since been going non stop for 20 some days. Will keep the gear at the same level and got my.250gms.of protein for the day.

These are my main problem areas, come a long way from 203lbs to 154lbs. But last bit of belly fat is determined sob. No matter how much walking I am doing or abs excersizes I do no luck. Not sure if my kidney removal surgery ruin the muscles underneath because they cut me right above my naval. Please share any advice on how to get ride of it, I moved from good amount ofdecifit to less decifit, but not making the desired progress. Would a cut cycle be helpful in such case?
