Yeah i just reupped on my 2nd bag of psyllium husk. I bought the big bag this time. I take it twice a day getting in 25 grams a day. I found that was a good spot for me. I take probiotic in the mornings its part of my greens drink. I take it after working out. Actually my gut is the best it has been in ages. Right now I take 25 grams a day psyllium husk, greens vitamin, mineral, and probiotic mix, Coq10, vitamin d, Tudca, NAC, milk thistle, wild fish oil omega 3s, creatine, HMB, electrolytes, and EAA. I take valsartan HCTZ, baby aspirin, and .5mg of arimidex. I think that is it. Oh magnesium glycinate before bed.been reading your diet back about 10 pages now broly @kcates

but a few things i noticed you dont mention psyllium husk intake?
probiotic intake or digestive enzymes?
with the amount of meat you do its a must
did see that supps TD but didnt see any digestive aids there
