i like your protein level its staying high perfect
but a few things i noticed you dont mention psyllium husk intake?
probiotic intake or digestive enzymes?
with the amount of meat you do its a must
did see that supps TD but didnt see any digestive aids there

Yeah i just reupped on my 2nd bag of psyllium husk. I bought the big bag this time. I take it twice a day getting in 25 grams a day. I found that was a good spot for me. I take probiotic in the mornings its part of my greens drink. I take it after working out. Actually my gut is the best it has been in ages. Right now I take 25 grams a day psyllium husk, greens vitamin, mineral, and probiotic mix, Coq10, vitamin d, Tudca, NAC, milk thistle, wild fish oil omega 3s, creatine, HMB, electrolytes, and EAA. I take valsartan HCTZ, baby aspirin, and .5mg of arimidex. I think that is it. Oh magnesium glycinate before bed.
 
I got my labs in. My estradiol went down from 96 to 19 on .5 mg ever other day. I actually never really felt bad before. I just had noticed in my sleep was not the best i would wake up at 3 am and be up for an hour tossing and turning. Then fall back to sleep. Now I am sleeping all night long and got wild dreams going all night long.

I don't really like anything anymore but something that taste chocolate. I have been on tirzepatide for a year and 9 months now. It has taken away any enjoyment of any kind of food. I crave ice cream with chocolate at night sometimes but I typically will have a chocolate protein shake to curb the craving. Those GLP-1 just ruin things that use to be an enjoyment. I use to love just eating good food, smoking wéed, and social drinking, and playing online games. I only eat for the protein benefits now I don't care what it is. My wife always ask me what I want for dinner and I just tell her I don't care I just need 100 grams of protein. She tells me she's sick of hearing about protein. I stopped drinking and smoking weed Jan. 1st 2024. Now I did try some drinks on a cruise last summer and I had some jello shots this Father's Day but could have just gone with out them. They didn't do anything for me. Now I try to still play games with my kids but I make it for 30 to an hour and I am done. I use to play for hours on end and all weekends. Yeah the GLO-1 rewires the brain and kills the dopamine for sure. I just eat the eggs every day good source of all kinds of stuff so I make sure I take them daily like medication.
