My name is MrPillowPantz. I posted previously about cycle advice and got some amazing feedback. I found out this community isnt as scary as they show on some forums. My goal is to lose body fat and get lean. I want to look like Im flexing when Im not flexing. I know that sounds dumb, but its my goal.

Currently Im 34 years old. 6ft tall. 245 lbs. Each scale is different so Im gunna stick with the scale at the gym.

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 n2guard

This is the cycle Im using from https://umbrellalabs.is/ which was recommended to me by Dylangemelli. Im still not 100% a believer in SARMs but if it works for me I know it will work for everyone else. So we gunna test this out together. Im going to try this LOG thing for the first time.
Today I wont be eating as clean as I need to as I forgot to thaw our beef or chicken last night. either way. Good or bad its all going on here. Food, workouts, water intake, and Sarms dosages.





CHEST

Incline press: 135LB X 10, 165LB X7, 115LB X 10

High to Low cable fly's: 3 SETS OF 10

Low to High cable low: 3 SETS OF 10

Standing chest fly's: 3 SETS OF 10

TRI'S
Triceps pulldowns: 3 SETS OF 10

skull crushers: 65LB X 12, 55LB X12, 55LB X 12

Single arm pull down: 3 SETS OF 10

weight assisted dip machine: 2 SETS TILL FAILURE

DISCLAIMER: I did not include warm up sets. I stretch and warmup before all workouts.




FOOD
Breakfast 8am- 3x Bacon, egg, potato, and cheese tacos. 1350 cal/42 sat fat/ 54 carbs/ 63g protein

Lunch 3pm - Fried trice and Chicken 1120 cal/ 11g sat fat/ 101 carbs/ 83g protein

Dinner 8pm - white rice and chicken 444 cal/ 44 carb/ 59g protein

Total 2914 cal/ 53g sat fat/ 199 carbs/ 205 protein

I know these macros suck. I forgot to thaw my meats. I ate Fast food ish foods for today only. These are my go to when Im running behind on prepping. Fuzzys Tacos shop ofr breakfast and Panda Express grilled chicken and rice for lunch. I meal prep 95% of the time. We had my daughters 10th birthday yesterday so it was hectic. Life happens.

@MrPillowPantz great start to the log and I saw your original honest cycle advice thread it was something you're going to have to follow now.

at this point you need to log more info like your warm up sets
are you doing cardio?

on the diet, foods are not good you need to go up in protein and drop carbs to around 50 grams

we also need to see a face blurred picture from you @MrPillowPantz

Sorry for late post. My son had a football game. Normal Sarms dosage as listed in first post. I havent started doing cardio yet but I will soon.

Straight bar pull down bicep curl- 3 sets of 10

ez bar curl - 65lbs 3 sets of 10




Back

Lat pull downs - sets of 10

Seated cable rows- 3 sets of 10

wide grip seated rows - sets of 10

1 i still havent seen your face blurred picture with your body can you post?

2 diet carbs are low protein is high I like it but FAT too low you need to add omega 3 fats fish oil ASAP

3 training i dont see cardio and why all sets of 10? how about sets of 20?

4 blood work i cannot open PDfs NO ONE can lol you need to screen shot this and post pictures of the blood work
 
Make sure you screenshot the blood work so we can see what is going on in possible for us to get it open, especially when we're using A phone or iPad.
 
I think your diet is fine, keep your carbs where they're at or a little lower and then increase it a little bit with the fats.
 
We support your log 100%, mr. Pillow, however, I would like to see more things like cardio and blood work posted.
 
You could snap a picture of your blood work then upload it. Using a code on to your log.

Im only counting saturated fats, is that correct?

I do sets of 10 cause im lifting heavy. I cant lift heavy and do sets of 20. My muscle fatigue sets in fast

I started Cardio today. 45 min of Air assault bike in my home gym

nice job on this log, keep Pushing along. I know that it can get tedious but it will be worth it in the end.
I think going from eating alot to cutting is the biggest hurdle for me. I failed again today putting out thawed meat to cook from breakfast. So I went to a local spot here to get it and Im having a hard time putting together all the nutritional facts to count my macros.
 
1 Cup of low fat small curd cottage cheese, half cup milk. add nacho cheese powder to taste. blend till its liquid. high protein liquid cheese
may give that a try

@MrPillowPantz no you count all fats not just saturated

and on the sets lets go low weight high rep for at least 1 set per bodypart to increase pump in the end

and the cardio thats good, you keeping cardio going?

@MrPillowPantz dont worry about details now start slow.

Put what time you eat and what you ate on phone NOTES, like 1pm steak and beans 2pm shake
start there and we add details after
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@MrPillowPantz start n2guard 7caps ed right now because I see your cholesterol not good, you need n2guard and psyllium husk ED in diet
 
Make sure you let us know what time you eat and keep notes on what you're eating exactly.

if your heart issues are bad now, imagine once you get older. get n2guard

I devolved serve stomach pain and bad uncontrollable diarrhea. Vomiting. We first thought it was a 24 hour stomach bug that has been going around, after 24 hours symptom's got better but over the next 5 days they progressively got worse. They put me on Flagyl and Stipro anti biotics, and Bentyl and a anti diarrhea meds. I took them for a week and didnt get better. Had to do Cat scans and ultra sounds of my stomach. The interior lining of my intestines are coming off and passing through bowel movements. Dr said I have developed aggressive IBS over the last few weeks. He cant say if it from working out, stress from work, SARMs, Food or anything else.

Im scheduled to see a GI specialists in 3 weeks. Soonest they can get me in. I havent worked out in over 3 weeks. I tried working out yesterday and the stress caused very bad abdominal pains. So untill then. I dont know what to do.

@MrPillowPantz sorry to hear this; thats not good sounds like some poisoning , i would stop taking sarms and start keeping a very clean diet like low meat no red meat and clean light

as someone who has had IBS my entire life if that is the case no need to panic

you just need to be extremely diligant on what you put into your body. eliminate all inflammatory foods, stick to a low FODMAP diet, avoid fiber rich foods like granola garlic/onions are no-no's.. so is tomato sauce. it is all about knowing what you are eating. and fasting is a huge friend which is gonna be mandatory

i view it as a blessing. it allows me to stay on point with my diet otherwise I'll end up sick like you

you took three weeks off from the gym that's not a big deal just relax and take another week where you rest and get your body back strong
 
yeah seems like your body is under a lot of stress you need to just take a break
 
don't get discouraged many of the guys on here doing logs I've had medical things come up
 
there are going to be other people suffering with the same condition so don't stopped updating us on what you find out
