My cycle history is trt only 4 yrs ago 260 mg weekly
My diet is pretty clean. I do fast quite a bit. When I do eat its oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, rice, veggies, hamburger, sandwiches with wheat bread, red meat and a few cheats ( ice cream) here and there but not every day
not much cardio ( once in a while, stationary bike)

Ibuprofen and Tylenol due to many injuries

My training consists of a bro split 7 days a week ( if i get overly tired I take a day off)

I sleep between 5 and 9 hours a night

As far as vendors.... I have looked at domestic-supply so far, prices don't seem all that bad. I still have to look at us- pharmacies.
 
Does the primo come already mixed in oil? Does it have to be mixed in bac water?
Almost all steroids are used with an oil based carrier and come pre-mixed. What you'll be looking for is Primo Enanthate and most come in a concentration of 100mg/ml, although some vendors offer 200mg/ml.

Painful is relative :p. A little EO in there and it'll dissolve nicely at 200 migs.
 
The reason I asked is kfl told me that they get mixed with bac which I thought was strange
Who is KFL I'm not familiar with that acronym?

I'll try the psyllium husk and get some vitamin c to start on.
I've been using 1.5 mgs of bpc-157 but kind of became immune to it. So I've been taking Tylenol. I have tendonitis in both elbows a bad knee and arthritis in my shoulders and lower back from surgeries. I have to start each exercise light and work my way up to see how I feel for the day. I actually feel pretty good after I get done lifting. It's the stiffening up that's the problem.

I've been using 1.5 mgs of bpc-157 but kind of became immune to it. So I've been taking Tylenol. @JSTKK nice job. I like the training. Just be careful on the Smith machine. Make sure that you don't lock yourself into a bad position when you're doing those exercises.

I like the Smith Machine Split Squat and I like the Vertical Leg Press. These are good exercises. You're not going to go wrong. @JSTKK

No I didn't try those. I am going to try to stop the Tylenol. I found a good stretch on tiktok last night that really helped to loosen up my shoulder. That is where most of my issues lye is with my last shoulder surgery. Rotator cuff is still super tight.

The anastrozole is what comes with my prescription. I think I will probably stay with it.

Supplements are looking really outstanding and the training speaks for itself. @JSTKK lots of good exercises that you're doing.

I have not heard of Kratom. Checking out red light belts on the web. Haven't picked one yet.
Check kratom but dont abuse it, it can help instead of tylenol but has abuse potential @JSTKK

red light i mean whole lamp not belt, like a top down one
 
I did shoulders today and had to drop the weight in half due to pain. I didn't take any Tylenol
lets cut the weights and try to go lighter
