follistatin344 for growth

Looking to grow beyond my genetic potential.
I’m 58 kg and I am around 5’8”.
Would like to bulk up 5 or 10 kg on this.
Do you think 100 mcg in the morning? And then eating a big breakfast is a good plan with follistatin344?
And would you stack it with something else? Maybe with some sarms or growth hormone?

follistatin344 does work but depends what for, if you want growth you need some HGH, you can mix it with 100mcg with 1iu

Be much better served spending your cash on GH or IGF. Follostatin is expensive for what you get out of it.
 
I would go with growth hormone me personally
 
I would say there's better options igf is probably better
 
If want to bulk up. Look into
Ghrp-6 100mcg am fasted and pm fasted before bed or am and pre workout
Mk-677 12.5mg am and 12.5mg pm
Igf1 lr3 Receptor grade post work out 50mcg
Testosterone enanthate 200mg a wk Split dose
Boldenone undecylenate 300mg a wk Split does

This stack will increase appetite and funnel the food to your muscles for growth.
Train hard and eat high protein and clean carbs and healthy fats you will grow

For me I like chicken and fish and whey Isolate protein and casin protein and greek yogurt
For carbs I like banana, sweet potato, broccoli, quinoa, green beans, arugula, and spinach, rice cake and honey

For fats and protein and carbs
Peanuts,almonds, walnuts, cashew, pumpkin seeds, avocado
