My goal is to bulk up a little bit. I’m around 158 lbs at 5’6”. I’m lean about 7 or 8% body fat. I’m okay gaining a little body fat if it means I’m able to bulk up and get stronger. I’m around 27 years old about to turn it next week. What do you think about using Deca at 600 mg a week? A buddy of mine says that I should run it really high if I want to build my appetite and get bigger. Should I run some testosterone with it? And what about proviron?
