I’m 27 years old and around 150 pounds
Recently got into road races and I do a lot of 5k especially those are my bread and butter.
Currently right around the 24 minute mark and my improvements have stalled
I tried high intensity and interval training and actually got slower I think my body has a hard time recovering from my cardio.
With sarms do you recommend I use with gw501516 to improve my times?
