How good is the sleep, I always have bad sleep till I started the hgh and now on 7iu I feel I’m in coma sleep lol and just visually and generally feeling so good.
I've had Insomia since a teen, I litterally sleep so good now, recovery is great wake up easy.
Just had to start low dose and slowly titrate up.
That’s where I messed up. Went too high too fast so I had to lower dose for a bit but now slowly back up.
