How to run steroids ?

Never use steroids before but a friend recommended I should try them
I'm twenty-eight years old and I am 6 ft 3 in in 207 lb
how would you recommend I run my first cycle. I'm looking to gain strength and also put on some more muscle mass on my frame
 
first cycles don't need to be complicated. keep things simple

however a lot of people will recommend 500mgs a week test. which is a fine first cycle. BUT they won't tell you that a cycle like that will shut you down, cause estrogen and androgenic sides and more. when you use steroids its serious business so don't think 'oh i am just using test, nothing bad will happen to me'
 
you should not listen to your "friend" whatsoever.. you need a lot of time just learning and studying, not going off of a recommendation of your clueless "friend" who is only going to get you hurt... stick around here and learn A LOT more first before even considering something like this
 
To echo Dylan's words NO ONE should use steroids cos a friend said 'try them'. No more than I'd try coke for the same reason. I did a LOT of reading and waited as long as possible (age 37). Start with our articles

Now, as all too often, how come it says you joined last year and just today posted?

500mgs testosterone enanthate/week
5mgs aromasin eod
7caps n2guard
 
500mgs testosterone is your goal now
 
500mgs test aromasin n2guard

Sometimes our "friends" don't realize that these are serious hormones and you don't just jump on them. Take the necessary time to learn about them before using something you don't understand. And when I say take time, I mean like a year. Not just reading some articles for a few days.

Mate, I suggest do more research and more homework please before jumping into any Cycle. For me to sit here providing all the tools, it just makes me feel unsafe.
Please I suggest do more research you will thank yourself for taking the time.
