Training felt off yesterday, I had trouble getting through sets and cardio wasn't as crisp and fast for the same settings at the end. I went out with the family and found the tofu ice cream, technically it was strawberry, it didn't taste much of anything. :ROFLMAO:

@jenesaisquoi good day but your ratios and diet off

meal 1 drop the corn and tortilla replace with veggies and oatmeal
meal 2 drop the pad thai
all meat and add more chicken legs so you get the healthy natural fats
try to go Higher protein higher fats lower carbs, under 50 and fats over 100 and protein over 200
Thanks for this. I'm always looking for food alternatives, never sure what could be good (nutritionally) or not.

Hell yeah. Can't eat good food without good teeth. I used to *hate* going to the dentist. I had some bad experiences in my youth, but I found one now who's all about not causing too much pain and lays it all out ahead of time. It's so important to have trust in medical professionals.

Not quite yet, they're still imported here but usually begin local picking in July, I can't wait - A friend of mine has some trees where we lay a basket on the ground and just pull on a branch full of blueberries and they fall into the basket easy peasy and so sweet.

i do want to see you cut the ice cream out and add a protein bar instead :) better taste too btw

but you're still low protein and low fiber
have to up both please add psyllium husk asap

A new recipe for veggies on the barbecue, added olive oil, a few pinches of garlic powder, lemon juice, pepper, salt and a few shakes of chili flakes for some extra kick. It was really good!

how do you feel with the psyllium and probiotics? should be better

on the macros not bad for 1 meal and you're a big man so you can do this easy, stay on this route :)

how about longer fasting? can you implement 36hours/week water fast to start
