on the macros not bad for 1 meal and you're a big man so you can do this easy, stay on this route
how about longer fasting? can you implement 36hours/week water fast to start

I drove to my parent's house for Mother's Day, had a slice of cheese pizza and about 100 g of french fries for lunch then a large iceberg lettuce salad, 200g of chicken breast with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing for dinner.

Fasted 14 hours (for blood test)
Spent the day driving around - 4 hours (total) and crossing an international border later - got my bloods done less expensively compared to here. Thanks @stevesmi for the link to Privatemdlabs. It's a sad state of affairs where it costs less to take a day off work and drive across a border to get private tests done, compared to local private clinics. That being said stay tuned for blood work post in a few days.
Played basketball as a replacement player in an organized rec league for approx 30 minutes on court (and 30 minutes off) at night. I had not run back and forth in a gym against people in a long time!
Bought a box of protein bars and chomped on those while driving.
