Weekly doses:
500mg test cyp up from 350mg
350mg mast p
50mg Anadrol prewo

 Food

High carb on back, quad and ham training days. ~5000 cals
280g Protein, 790g carb, 85g fats

500mg metformin xr upon waking, just got myself a blood glucose monitor. Will be tracking tomorrow to make sure it stays in range with these new macros.

food is looking on track. nice protein, carbs and fats. carb intake is insanely high vs. protein. but if it works then it works

I feel protein and fats after a certain point just make me lethargic/ heavy and don't really give any extra recovery

carbs are good as long as they are clean carbs
 
Oats, rice, berries, banana, sourdough, little bit of honey & coconut water
yes those are good. i have a tough time with bananas though digesting

Thats good news and we are blasting around the same time brother 💪 i start take off on monday with cycle ramping up high.

750 carbs but I still think you need more protein broly like 350
