Overhead tricep extension 3x20@31kg
Tricep emphasis Dips 3x10@bw

Shoulders today
machine shoulder press dropsets 2x10@ 70/35/17.5kg, 60/30/15kg
s/s, db lat raise 3x12@8kg
S/s, db front raise 3x12@6kg
S/s db rear delt fly 3x12@6kg
Rope face pulls 3x10@35,45,55kg
Reverse pec deck 3x10@31kg

@willipede Not bad at all on this man. 500 test cyp is a strong dose with that masteron. should get some nice effects

food is looking on track. nice protein, carbs and fats. carb intake is insanely high vs. protein. but if it works then it works
