Post op, feeling a lot better this morning. I think after a few more days I'll be back eating normally.

Should be able to get back to work Monday

Back + Biceps

Nice lighter session done. I was actually pretty sore before this workout with some mid thoracic back pain, felt like I just slept on it wrong. All cleared up during this session and backs been feeling good since then.

Chin Ups 3 x 8
Chest supported row 2 x 10@160kg
1 Arm Db Row 2x 12 @30,35kg
Lat Pull Down 2 x 10 @70kg
Machine High Row 4 x 12 @40kg

Surgery Update

Mostly recovered had some complications, have lost a bit of size and weight after the surgery.

Weight was down to 84kg, coming up slowly 85.1kg this morning.

This is the result of days of no food, 2 hospital stays. Been on yoghurt, whey protein and berries for the last week. Had my first real meal yesterday, chicken and rice.

Have help onto a lot of muscle thank fuck to my cruise+ dose of test cyp. Gh has been helping and been pumping in bpc, ghk-cu. Tb500 arrives tomorrow but most of the healing is already done.

Going to attempt a light session tomorrow.

This is what 95g of protein looks like. If anyone's struggling to hit there macros this meal would be less that $8. Usually I use the Coles high protein greek yoghurt which is even better.

First Gym Session

Snuck out early today couldnt wait till tomorrow to hit the gym.

Just did some warm up sets and worked up to top weight, decided to just do a set on everything to get blood flowing again. Mind you I have to keep BP down. Doc suggested 4 weeks off gym but I'd rather cut off my own cock than do that lol

110kg x 6 Barbell bench
90kg x 12 low rows
80kg x 8 machine Lateral raise
110kg x 12 leg extension
90kg x 12 lying leg curl
20kg db x 12 alternating hammer curls
80kg x 10 cable tricep pushdown

@willipede you look really good at 85kg, hospital or not you still have good muscle base and lean.

Yes this was my best effort at self control.

A lot lighter than I was lifting previously and didn't feel too strenuous, was a little over the top on the bench maybe though, everything else felt like light work

@willipede There is some good training on this update. i don't think taking 4 weeks off has any bearing on blood pressure. just try and get more sleep

You should go light if you not supposed to train though. :D

I think its just to keep bp down while wounds are healing as they don't want anything to open up and bleed from pressure & straining

Starting to do some meal preps again now that life is starting to get back to normal.

Had my first steak, Mash and veg tonight. Good signs that I can eat real food, tiny bit painful but worth it to moral up hahaha

Chicken thighs in coconut milk with some asain spices ect. will having this with rice and greens.

Going to try some sourdough and eggs in the morning
