Felt really weak yesterday doing chest. Also ran out of time again unfortunately. Im putting it down to just a bad day

Db chest press 9,5 @ 47.5kg
Incline db fly 2x10 @ 27.5kg

Nice lighter session done. I was actually pretty sore before this workout with some mid thoracic back pain, felt like I just slept on it wrong. All cleared up during this session and backs been feeling good since then.

Nice lighter session done. I was actually pretty sore before this workout with some mid thoracic back pain, felt like I just slept on it wrong. All cleared up during this session and backs been feeling good since then.

@willipede Nothing beats and nice back day and nothing beats a nice bicep day. Combining them is all the more better just be careful with your back pain, make sure you're stretching really good after your workouts.

@willipede Not bad at all on this workout, it's simple, but it's effective. Sometimes, these lighter sessions can be extremely effective, and it gives your body a chance to recover.

Surgery is done, after a few nights in hospital and some complications later. I'm glad to be home.

Down 4kg already. Eating what I can.

Mostly I can tolerate yogurt, whey protein and frozen blueberries. So this will be my diet until I can tolerate more solids

Recovery slowly happening, today I'm finally starting to feel better. Lots of whey protein

Recovery protocol is helping

1mg bpc-157, 2.5mg ghk-cu, 4iu gh daily
500mg curcumin 2 x daily

Waiting on tb500

Test increased to 0.4mL eod = 350mg per week
