Slightly different session because I trained with someone else for a once off. The first three exercises are in my normal program but I followed him for 2 others. Was a bit of fun and my lifts still progressed so I was happy. Two photos from my posing session bellow.
I have legs tomorrow morning so it's a high food day aswell. I will post my log tomorrow evening. Today was a rest day.
Diet today:
Meal 1: 1 cup of overnight oats, whey, 40g blueberries, 20g dates, 10g almond spread
Meal 2: 150g chicken breast, 40g pineapple, 200g sushi rice, pink himilayian salt, low calorie sweet chilli sauce and cinamon
Meal 3. 150g chicken breast, 40g pineapple, 200g sushi rice, pink himilayian salt, low calorie sweet chilli sauce and cinamon, 10g almond spread
Meal 4. 150g chicken breast, 40g pineapple, 200g sushi rice, pink himilayian salt, low calorie sweet chilli sauce and cinamon, 10g almond spread.
Meal 5. 240g Chicken breast, 500g spud light potato fries, 50g pineapple
Meal 6. Shake.
Cycle is the same: 800mg masteron, 300mg NPP, 400mg test E weekly.
Supps:
