My boyfriend is currently on a tren/test cycle and i am on an anavar cycle (10mg/day - split into two doses). we've both been on for about 2-3 weeks now. I've read a lot about how guys can get their gfs/wives pregnant while on cycle so its not a good method of birth control, but i haven't been able to find anything about situations where both the male AND female are using AAS. Since we're both using, does that diminish the risk of pregnancy greatly?

We currently don't even use birth control - just use the pull out method. We've been together 9+ months and have sex 1-3x a day usually and have never had any pregnancy scares so....pull out game is super strong? He wants to finish inside though/i also want him to because lets be honest, its way more fun. Getting pregnant wouldn't be the WORST thing in the world, we've talked about the "What if" scenario, but id obviously still like to avoid that. If we're being honest im suspicious that he WANTS to knock me up and 'lock me down' because he's said before he wants to get married and have a kid with me/is financially stable blah blah blah even jokes about knocking me up. So i don't trust him when he says "im on cycle you can't get pregnant"

I cant for the life of me find any information on the web about pregnancy risks when both people are on cycle...anyone have any first hand experience?

inb4 "you're dumb just go on birth control" - i've tried birth control in the past and it is the fucking devil (water retention like a mother fucker, acne + crazy mood swings. no fuckin thanks)

inb4 just do anal and finish in the booty - we already do that too ;)

YES you can still get pregnant when you are both on cycle. Practice safe sex and use a condom or birth control. You are really risking getting pregnant not using protection when having intercourse.

Using steroids can promote infertility but it does not guarantee it. I would say you still have a 5% chance of getting pregnant each time you have sex.

Use a condom.

Steroid use only reduces fertility, but in now way does it completely negate the possibility of getting pregnant. And as Murphy's law says - if something can go wrong, it will. If you are really concerned with having kids, then use a condom or the pills. Otherwise, there will always be a chance....

Let's see......you don't want to get pregnant, but yet you're leaving it all up to him, to pull out, and in the back of your mind you know he wants to get you pregnant, get married and do the whole family thing......

Hmmm, really? He's going to do what he wants to do. Plain and simple. He's already telling you "don't worry, it's ok ect..." You're going to get knocked up unless you take control.

It's your life, your body, so get a handle on it NOW. Or stop complaining, start buying prego clothes, diapers, and get ready for your life to change forever.

He's already told you his goal: You are the prize! He sees you as his wife and mother of his children. If your goal is something different, well then get yourself in gear. Take control, lots birth control devices out there, find one that meets your needs.

well if he wants to lock you down why hasn't he proposed to you and given you a ring? think about that for a second. getting you pregnant locks you down for the next 18 years in child support payments, that's about it. I think you are wrong as to his intentions. but he is also dead wrong for thinking steroids are birth control, it only takes 1 sperm

I think you both need to have a talk as to your futures and he needs to read some threads online of guys who have gotten chicks pregnant while on cycle. it happens all the time.

right now you both are not on the right page at all!

We conceived our first child while I was on high test cycle. She was not on AAS at the time but either way it is definitely a possibility to get pregnant.

I agree with what has been said above.

But the big concern here is not so much about getting "locked in" and your future. Here's the issue......YOU are on steriods. If you get pregnant you won't know you are actually pregnant for at least 2 weeks (at least)....more like 4-6 weeks. All the while you are taking drugs. This isn't cool.

On top of that....which is huge. When your planning a pregnancy, or not doing anything to prevent pregnancy.....you should be taking a prenatal vitamin, or folic acid to ensure proper development in the super early stages of pregnancy.

What you guys are doing is very irresponsible at this stage of the game.

You still need to be very careful. A close friend of mine was able to get his wife pregnant while he was on cycle. You have to think about what you really want in your life. Is it worth it to leave it to chance?

What could possibly go wrong with getting knocked up while both of you are on the juice???
